Last week, we had the pleasure of taking part in the Young Talents Day 2026, organised by tophotels.wien , of which Almanac Palais Vienna is a proud member.   Bringing together apprentices from Vienna's leading luxury hotels, the event challenged the next generation of hospitality professionals with a series of exciting tasks designed to showcase their skills and teamwork. At Almanac Palais Vienna, our challenge was all about the art of napkin folding. Without any instructions and under time pressure, our two apprentices were asked to create a rose and a lily. We were truly impressed by how beautifully they mastered the task together.   The afternoon was a wonderful reminder that, in hospitality, success is built on collaboration, creativity and supporting one another. We couldn't be prouder of our two talented apprentices, who represented our team with such enthusiasm and dedication.   A heartfelt thank you to tophotels.wien and Silvia Tiemann for organising such an inspiring event and for the thoughtful goodie bags, which brought great joy to our apprentices.
