It’s exciting to see the latest exploration results and underground expansion potential coming out of Tomingley Gold Operations, operated by Alkane Resources Ltd. As the site continues to grow, we’re proud to have recently supported critical infrastructure behind the scenes!
Over the course of 8 days, our team at Goals A+N successfully delivered a complex warehouse relocation for Tomingley Gold Operations in regional NSW. The project involved the disassembly, transfer, and reinstallation of 32 heavy-duty Brownbuilt shelving units, along with the secure relocation of high-value stock and equipment across sites.
As part of our end-to-end delivery model, a dedicated Project Manager was deployed on-site to oversee pre-move planning, stock mapping, labelling, and the coordination of every shelf and container move. We also managed the relocation of 3 x 20ft shipping containers worth of materials, ensuring every item was accounted for, labelled, and placed according to the new warehouse layout.
Despite tight access, safety requirements, and cross-site coordination, the relocation was completed on time, with zero stock discrepancies or safety incidents.
A huge thank you to Tomingley Gold Operations for trusting us with this critical infrastructure move, and to our incredible team for making it happen smoothly from start to finish.

Alkane's latest exploration results for underground expansion at Tomingley reveal extensions to our deposits, which remain open at depth and along strike, and new areas of mineralisation. This drilling demonstrates the significant resource expansion potential across the mine site.

🏫 GOALS A+N recently delivered a successful relocation project in partnership with School Infrastructure NSW, supporting works at Cecil Hills Public School as part of a broader upgrade and maintenance program.
Delivering within a live school environment required careful planning, close coordination with school leadership, and a strong focus on safety and minimal disruption.
Our scope included:
✅ Systematic packing of storerooms
✅ Relocation of furniture, fittings, and equipment (FFE) from demountable buildings
✅ Transport of designated assets to offsite facilities
✅ Coordination with painting schedules, demolition contractors, and school staff
♻️ Sustainability remained a key priority throughout the project, with reusable and recyclable materials identified and diverted through approved recycling channels.
This project highlights GOALS A+N’s capability to deliver complex school relocations with precision, compliance, and care. From WHS management and Working With Children compliance to on-site supervision and stakeholder communication, our team ensured works were completed safely and efficiently.
We’re proud to continue supporting Schools Infrastructure NSW and local communities by delivering relocations that are organised, sustainable, and fit for purpose.
🎉 With 40,000 bricks laid and 7,200 tonnes of locally sourced concrete poured, our Cecil Hills High School project is a true reflection of community effort and progress. Students have a state-of-the-art multi-storey classroom building that includes 46 modern classrooms, 4 STEM learning spaces, and the major upgrade included a multi-sports court and more!
🏫 "This achievement reflects our school’s growth and our shared commitment to providing the very best opportunities for our students" said Andrew King, Principal of Cecil Hills High School.

We would like to congratulate Sydney Fish Market on their incredible milestone and the official opening of the new precinct!
We are proud to have successfully delivered a highly complex, multi-stage relocation for Sydney Fish Market, supporting their transition to the new Blackwattle Bay precinct. This project required meticulous planning, close stakeholder coordination, and precise execution to ensure continuity across corporate offices, wholesale trading operations, and the Sydney Seafood School, all within tightly controlled timeframes and operational constraints.
The relocation involved staged early moves, office relocations, specialist handling of large and heavy trading floor assets, palletised crate movements at scale, and the careful packing, storage, and reinstallation of specialist kitchen and educational equipment. With access windows dictated by live trading operations, our team deployed a tailored logistics strategy, utilising multiple truck types, forklift-assisted loading, and experienced on-site supervision to safely complete the major trading floor relocation within a single overnight window.
This project exemplifies Goals A+N’s capability to manage large-scale, operationally sensitive relocations with confidence, precision, and professionalism. Through proactive planning, adaptable resourcing, and strong collaboration with the client team, we delivered a seamless transition that supported business continuity and positioned Sydney Fish Market for a successful next chapter in its new world-class facility.
The new Sydney Fish Market is officially open!
As of today, Sydney proudly lays claim to the best fish market in the world.
This defining moment for Sydney and Australia’s seafood industry brings together 42 retailers, 19 wholesalers, live seafood auctions, dining, education and immersive visitor experiences under one spectacular roof. From the very first auction at 4am this morning, the market is already delivering on its vision of transparency, sustainability and connection between industry and community.
We were proud to see the inaugural charity auction raise $57,000 for OceanWatch Australia, supporting vital work to protect marine habitats and advance sustainable seafood practices. Thank you to Tony Muollo from GetFish/GetSashimi and Sim Chua from Casula Fish Market for their generous support.
Designed by 3XN/GXN Architects, in association with BVN Architecture and ASPECT Studios, and delivered by the NSW Government and Multiplex, the new market is set to welcome more than six million visitors each year - becoming a must-visit destination for seafood lovers, tourists and locals alike.
This new precinct creates a global platform for our fishers, wholesalers and retailers, while offering visitors an authentic, immersive seafood experience like nowhere else in the world.
Our sincere thanks goes to all those involved in bringing this project to life, particularly our Sydney Fish Market Team: who live and breathe this market every day.
We look forward to welcoming you to experience the future of Sydney Fish Market.
