Tento príspevok sa zaoberá Wittgensteinovým chápaním jazyka, aplikovaným na náboženský jazyk. Autor eseje si všíma Wittgensteinov posun vo vnímaní jazyka od obdobia Traktátu k neskorému Wittgensteinovi v jeho Filozofických skúmaniach a spise O istote. Vďaka tomuto posunu hovorí o náboženstve Wittgenstein viac, ako by sa dalo čakať od človeka, ktorý chce mlčať o veciach, o ktorých nemôže rozprávať. Wittgenstein sa zaoberá významom náboženských jazykových obrazov a metafor. Aplikáciou teórie jazykových hier na oblasť náboženstva získava pre náboženskú vieru priestor, ktorý je neprístupný vedeckým explanáciám. Pri analýze vzťahu medzi jazykom a životom dospieva k tomu, že tým, čo poskytuje "krytie" papierovej mene jazyka, je ľudské konanie. Odmieta tak teoretické explanácie náboženstva v prospech náboženskej praxe. Vystupuje nám tu tak nový prístup k náboženskej epistemológii, podľa ktorého je náboženstvo, podobne ako veda a iné dôležité ľudské aktivity, formou života, ktorá si ustanovuje vlastné interné kritéria zmyslu a racionality. Filozof tak podľa Wittgensteina nehľadá evidenciu či zdôvodnenie viery v Boha, ale snaží sa explicitne vyjadriť rôzne praktiky, ktoré utvárajú náboženskú formu života a dávajú jej zmysel. Kľúčové slová: Ludwig Wittgenstein, filozofia náboženstva, náboženská epistemológia, etika, logika, jazykové hry, istota, wittgensteinovský fideizmus "Logika a etika sú v zásade jednou a tou istou vecou -povinnosťou voči sebe samému." Otto Weininger, Geschlecht und Charakter Dielo Ludwiga Wittgensteina (1889-1951) sa bežne delí na dve až štyri obdobia, v závislosti od posunu jeho pohľadu na úlohu jazyka. Napriek tomuto rozdeleniu ostáva Wittgenstein po celé svoje tvorivé obdobie verný záverečnému výroku svojho raného diela Tractatus Logico-Philosphicus: "O čom nemožno hovoriť, o tom treba mlčať" 1 . Avšak vďaka posunu v jeho filozofickom pohľade na svet, ktorý bol v období Traktátu akoby redukovaný na to, čo je obsiahnuteľné logicko-pozitivistickým pohľadom, hovorí Wittgenstein viac, ako 1 Wittgenstein: Tractatus logico-philosophicus, s. 85 (TLP 7)

Tento príspevok sa zaoberá ontoteologickými prvkami filozofovania stredovekého mystika majstra Eckharta z Hochheimu. Opisuje hlavné Eckhartove koncepty: Boh ako Jedno, čiže radikálnu jednotu božstva, atribúty a ne-atribúty (via negativa) Boha ako Jedna, Boha ako bytie, ďalej Boha ako myslenie a Boha ako bytnosť a tiež vzťah Jedna a Trojice. Eckhart si tiež kladie otázku, ako môže z jednoty vzniknúť mnohosť a aký je vzťah medzi Bohom a stvorením. Odpútava sa od tradičnej terminológie látky a formy, podstaty a akcidencií a pracuje s pojmami bytie, existencia a nad-Bytie.

Táto práca sa venuje filozofii náboženstva v diele Immanuela Kanta, predovšetkým jeho rozboru náboženstva v spise Náboženstvo v medziach číreho rozumu. Práca je zameraná na tieto hlavné témy spisu: existencia zla v človeku, predispozícia k dobrému, sklon k zlému, boj dobrého a zlého princípu o vládu nad človekom, ľudská prirodzenosť, pôvod zla v nej a možnosť dobrého, t. j. mravného života. Kant navrhuje vytvoriť (neviditeľnú) etickú obec ako spôsob realizácie kráľovstva Božieho na zemi. Vo svojom diele sa Kant zaoberá znakmi pravej cirkvi a pravého, t. j. mravného náboženstva rozumu, ďalej vznikom kultového náboženstva a spôsobu založenia mravného náboženstva rozumu transformáciou historického (kultového) náboženstva. Historicky vidí túto úlohu splnenú v podobe kresťanstva, pričom predkladá jeho dôkladnú a radikálnu interpretáciu prostredníctvom mravného zákona. V poslednej časti spomínaného spisu sa Kant venuje možnostiam služby pre etickú obec a formám pseudoslužby, ponúka kritiku viery na zázraky, zástupné konanie, viery v silu či zmysluplnosť osobnej a verejnej modlitby, a tiež kritiku akéhokoľvek náboženského kultu, ktorý bezprostredne nevedie k mravnému konaniu. Kľúčové slová: filozofia náboženstva, mravnosť, radikálne zlo v človeku, náchylnosť k zlému, pôvod zla v človeku, etická obec, kráľovstvo Božie na zemi, prirodzené náboženstvo, morálny zákon, morálna povinnosť, viera na zázraky. "Náboženstvo je rozpoznanie všetkých našich povinností ako Božích prikázaní." Immanuel Kant Immanuel Kant, jeden z najväčších mysliteľov európskej filozofickej tradície, prežil celý svoj život v Kráľovci vo východom Prusku (Königsberg, dnes Kaliningrad). Bol vychovaný v prísnom pietistickom duchu, od roku 1740 študoval vo svojom rodnom meste na univerzite, kde sa v roku 1755 stal docentom a v roku 1770 profesorom logiky a metafyziky. Ako prednášajúci bol vyhľadávaný a obľúbený nielen medzi študentmi, ale aj medzi obyvateľmi mesta. Vo veku 40 rokov sa kvôli svojmu zdravotnému stavu rozhodol lepšie hospodáriť so svojím zdravím a začal dodržiavať presný denný režim: vstával o piatej ráno, hodinu premýšľal o svojom dennom programe a od ôsmej do deviatej, prípadne od deviatej do desiatej (podľa ročného obdobia), prednášal na univerzite. Na obed si pozýval Was darf ich hoffen? Poznámky ku Kantovej Religionsphilosophie -2 -svojich priateľov (v počte nie menej než Grácií a nie viac než Múz). Pri obede sa vyhýbal filozofickým témam. Denne o piatej začínal svoju prechádzku a neskôr sa venoval čítaniu až do desiatej večer -času spánku. K jeho známejším prácam patria Všeobecné dejiny prírody a teória nebies (1755), Kritika čistého rozumu (1781), Prolegomena ku každej budúcej metafyzike, ktorá sa bude môcť nazvať vedou (1783), Základy metafyziky mravov (1785), Kritika praktického rozumu (1788), Kritika súdnosti (1790), Náboženstvo v medziach číreho rozumu (1793), Traktát o večnom mieri (1795), Spor fakúlt a Antropológia (1798).

Priestly theology, providing the rules for access to the Holy, was challenged already at the stage of forming of canon by the prophetic theology teaching change of heart. After destruction of the Jerusalem temple, there is growing difference between Rabbinic Judaism and Christianity in their understanding of the ritual laws. On one hand the former sharpens and specifies dilligently all the ritual requirements, building so called fence around the Torah, on the other hand the latter completely leaves all the ritual laws and defines ethical maxims instead. The first extra-cannonical Christian writer who reflects the set of ritual laws is the author of the epistle of Barnabas, dating towards the end of the first century. He makes the first Christian attempt to explain food-laws, keeping the Sabbath and meaning of the Temple.

Такие понятия как забота об окружающей среде и поклонение Богу достаточно слабо совмещаются в нашей голове. Обычно, в восприятии евангельских верующих эти две вещи не то чтобы плохо, совершенно никак не увязываются в единое целое. Это и не удивительно, ведь в целом мир материальный, к которому относится и забота об окружающей среде, и мир духовный, куда, собственно, надлежит поместить поклонение Богу, в нашем миропонимании принадлежат не просто к разным системам, но к системам враждующим, противостоящим друг другу.

Během prvního století své existence zápasila církev o svoji identitu. Vzešla z misie Židů, jež se stali křesťany. Ve velkých centrech Římské říše tak vznikly křesťanské sbory z nichž některé byly smíšené, tzn. potkávali se v nich křesťané ze Židů i z pohanů jednoho stolu, jiné pak vnitřní pnutí nevydržely a rozdělily.
Tento článek se zaměřuje na roli stravy v tomto procesu. Nejprve popisuji dietní praktiky pohanů v Římské říši prvního století, poté dietu k níž zavazovala Židy jejich víra. Tyto porovnávám, a na základě písemných svědectví církve z přelomu století sleduji, zda si křesťané původní dietní návyky ponechali, či je přetvořili a jak. Zaměřím se zejména na vegetariánství v židokřesťanských sborech a jeho opouštění ve sborech smíšených.

This is draft of a part of the last chapter of my thesis. The chapter summarizes holiness and purity in Paul. This four pages long text is my exegesis of what I consider one the most confusing places in Paul. Is Jesus´inviting call of contagious holiness to be exchanged for restrictive exclusivism of the pure ones?

Luther's Sola fide has become the basis of all the Protestant theology. Through acceptance of Christ's sacrifice in faith, Christians are rescued from the tyrant of the Law, even if unable to reach its fulfilment. Not under it, free from it, they are now rescued by grace. All Protestantism builds on the idea that Judaism uses the Law as a ladder towards salvation. Protestantism gave personal answer to the question : "How can I be saved?" in face of the stern requirements.
Against the Protestant individualistic approach to Paul's concept of "Law and grace" can be placed yet another pair, used by Paul himself: "Law and faith". This comes clearly out of the exegesis of Rom 4, 14-16 and Gal 3, 16-17 where Jesus liberates from the nationalistic salvation in Moses (being in/ under the Law) and leading to the universal salvation through faith (Abraham).
In the light of the "New Perspective on Paul" I would like to discuss how far the Protestant (Luther - Käsemann) individualistic understanding of salvation has influenced the reading of the two above mentioned Scriptures.

In terms of OT language of holiness and purity, “desecration” or “blasphemy“ is the movement from holy towards impure. Impurity is mutually exclusive with holiness, it disqualifies one from the presence of God. Ritual purity was therefore fearfully treasured.

In her article, the author will come out of her analysis of the historical description (e.g. based upon work of  Reasoner and the recent book by Petropolou) of the two groups that met in Roman church over the common meal and describe what possible clashes could have arisen due to their different ritual-purity status. Considering edict of Claudius and its impact on the Roman church in the form of mutual judgment, it will be discussed how apostle Paul addresses this issue by moving his focus from “ritual” towards “ethical”. From observing days and ritual vegetarianism to living in faith. The question shall be addressed whether the present subjectivism is Paul's own, or not. This shift from law to faith, with motto: “From Moses to Abraham” will also be confronted with Rom 4 as exposed by Sanders, Dunn and others.
Next, the new rule of “purification by faith” shall be described, which can be traced, beside Rom 14, also throughout the NT (e.g. Mt 7:19; Ac 10:15,15:9), resulting in the modification of the expected pair κρινειν – οικοδομειν into κρινειν – απολυειν and αγαπειν – οικοδομειν, which reverses the flow of holiness and purity. Therefore the conclusion shall be made that by mutual judgment and lack of love and faith corrupt consciousness and thus bring about actual desecration.

The contribution of this paper is in reading the present abundantly commented text from the larger perspective of the holiness semantic field in the NT.

Summary
The present thesis maps the development of the semantic field of the Greek term “ἅγιος”. It is a lexical-theological analysis, which starts linguistically from single lexemes and, in search of the meanings, pays attention also to their contexts resulting in the theological summaries. The starting point is the Old Testament concept of holiness, summarized in Leviticus 10,10, which also delineates the semantic field. In the ten chapters of this thesis, ten of the most representative
authors of the New Testament and Apostolic Fathers are explored as to their use of the holiness word-group. This thesis starts with the single occurrences of the terms in their original context and from here, the theology of holiness is
drawn, reflected by the use of the words in every single of the authors. Every chapter is divided into two parts, the first describing holiness and the second one dealing with purity. The main questions asked to the text are: First, is the
holiness understood as the transcendent quality of God, which, by being near to him, changes believers, or whether, on the other hand, it is a description of holy, i.e. ascetic life. Second, what is the relation of holiness and purity? Is purity
presupposition for meeting with the Holy? Third, is there a visible shift in understanding of holiness compared with the Old Testament? How does the author reflect the abandonment of the ritual laws by the Church. Answers to all these questions are drawn from close inspection of development of meaning of the specific terms in their nearest context.

In meinem Beitrag beschäftige ich mich mit zwei religiös-ethischen Modellen, die zur menschlichen Situation Stellung nehmen und diese Situation in Bezug auf die Bedeutung der Religion verändern möchten. Worin diese Umstellung besteht, wird eine der Fragen, die ich in meinem Beitrag beantworten möchte. Ich nehme Bezug auf die normativen Aussagen beider Modelle, die für die gewünschte friedliche Weltordnung von konstituierender Bedeutung sind. Mein Beitrag hat das Ziel, die theoretischen Bedingungen für die Gestaltung der friedlichen Weltordung sowie die praktischen Konsequenzenen der festgelegten normativen Aussagen beider Modelle aufzuzeigen.

The unhindered trustful access to God is damaged by sin, humans repel God by their wrongdoings,
harming the relationship. However, God’s desire for fellowship is bigger than his craving for revenge,
thus he provides his people with the ritual law. The broken bond can be restored if people take the offer,
only then can they return to God and resume the relationship.
Every year the Day of Atonement has been celebrated by God’s holy people, which gives them new
chance to come near to God. In the Second Temple period, only on this special day, the High Priest
entered an otherwise forbidden place, the Holy of Holies, where he pronounced the Name. The epistle
of Hebrews, chapter 9, uses the Yom Kippur imagery to explain the sacrificially understood death of
Christ. Jesus is presented as the High Priest according to the order of Melchizedek, who enters the
heavenly Holy of Holies thus bringing lytrosis. This is only one among many metaphorical expressions
for atonement, the precondition for reconciliation between God and men used in the New Testament.
The original sacrifices had to be repeated individually. Even the “restart” granted to the whole holy
nation on the Yom Kippur had to be repeated every year. It achieved only the bodily purification,
Hebrews says. Yet, who could purify conscience? Adam and Eve in the Eden are said to be ashamed,
which is the reason for their hiding from God. Can it be, that the perfect sacrifice of the High Priest
himself can restore humanity to the pre-fall trustful state, which makes them oblivious to their
nakedness? In giving up his own life, Jesus destroys the matrix of the ritual system by fulfilling its
purpose, bringing the perfect sacrifice. What was the price and how far should this way to reconciliation
be imitated? These questions shall be given to Hebrews 9, 11 - 15, the text which describes the
heavenly Yom Kippur.
In the beginning of my presentation, the Second Temple period festival of Yom Kippur shall be
reconstructed, which was the basis for the imagery of the epistle. Second, the exegesis of Heb 9, 11-15
shall be presented, focusing especially at the questions regarding atonement and actual reconciliation
between God and humanity. Rather than conclusions, several questions arise from the second part.
These shall be elaborated on in the final part of the presentation.
