Et cerise sur le gâteau : c’était aussi l’occasion parfaite pour célébrer notre certification B Corp ! 🌱 Une fierté collective, le fruit d’un engagement partagé par tous et qui méritait bien d’être célébrée. [RENCONTRES DE LA CHIMIE : JOUR 2] Le vendredi 26 juin, la deuxième journée des Rencontres de la Chimie a rassemblé industriels, enseignants, étudiants et acteurs du territoire autour d'un enjeu commun : accompagner la réindustrialisation et renforcer la souveraineté industrielle de nos territoires 💡 La matinée s’est ouverte par une réflexion sur la place de l’intelligence artificielle dans l’industrie à travers la table ronde "IA : alliée ou ennemie de la réindustrialisation ?", avec : David Ollio (VAP INDUSTRIE SAS) Alan M. (SUEZ) Philippe Robin (Alysophil) Benjamin Hernaire (Cluster IA Grand Est ENACT) Les échanges ont permis d'aborder les opportunités mais aussi les défis que représente l'IA pour les entreprises industrielles. La discussion s'est ensuite tournée vers la contribution des étudiants et des Junior-Entreprises à cette dynamique, avec la table ronde "Les Junior-Entreprises peuvent-elles être un levier de réindustrialisation des territoires ?", qui a réuni Gena Zidat et Clémence de ZWART (ENSIC Process) 🔬 Enfin, la matinée s'est conclue par une réflexion sur les compétences qui accompagneront les mutations du secteur lors de la table ronde "Nouveaux métiers, nouvelles compétences et réindustrialisation", avec : Jean-Philippe Goddard (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse (ENSCMu)) Alain Durand (ENSIC) Pascal MULLER (Veolia | Hazardous Waste Europe) Laurianne Moity (Syensqo) Jerome Emonot (Université de Lorraine) Frédéric Louis (AFYREN NEOXY) Cette dernière séquence a permis d'aborder l'évolution des métiers industriels, l'attractivité des formations et la transformation des compétences face aux mutations industrielles. Bridging theory and practice: Inspiring exchange with the next generation of innovators💡 We recently welcomed a group of student researchers from Universität des Saarlandes to our site AFYREN NEOXY. What struck us most wasn't the technical questions - it was the ones we didn't expect. Yes, they were curious about our fermentation platform. But they also wanted to understand how you position a young biotech on the market, how you build a commercial strategy from scratch, what it actually feels like to scale an industrial company when everything is still being figured out.🌿 That kind of curiosity is rare. And honestly, refreshing! These visits remind us why staying connected to academia matters - not just to share what we've built, but to be challenged by people who haven't yet been told what's "not possible." A big thank you to the students and Michael Kohlstedt for the engaging discussions.
