Outstanding customer service from Rosie…

Outstanding customer service from Rosie and Claire. My first package was incorrectly delivered. I contacted customer service and explained. As the package couldn't be retrieved,a replacement was immediately sent out.
I would highly recommend this Company for choice,price and amazing staff. Thank you so much.

Amazing Service!

Incorrect names on engraving

Incorrect names on engraving

Ordered a Father's Day gift and thankfully I checked it before gifting to my husband, as the product had a completely different name on it.

Unfortunately no one to deal with the issue over the weekend and still awaiting a response. Would make me wary in the future, clearly no proof reading takes place after production. Two very upset empty handed little girls this morning.
