This is in line with the growing number of studies that have been conducted to assess the effects of mindfulness in diverse settings. However, the role of mindfulness in reducing mental health issues among university students has received little attention. Therefore, the current work seeks to investigate how mindfulness could reduce the anxiety, depression, and stress of university students and how self-compassion and psychological well-being could mediate the links between mindfulness and these mental health disorders. To that end, an explanatory sequential mixed-method design was adopted. Quantitative data collected, through a two-wave survey, from 560 Vietnamese students having an average age of 18.7 years were used to test the hypotheses. To measure the six variables in the research models, we opted for the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), Self-Compassion Scale (SCS-26), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21-7 items for each subscale), and World Health Organization-Five Well-Being Index (WHO-5). Additionally, qualitative data from 19 in-depth interviews were utilized to explain the quantitative findings and explore students' experiences in practicing mindfulness and self-compassion to decrease stress, depression, and anxiety. The results elucidated that self-compassion and psychological well-being serially mediated the relationships between mindfulness (as a predictor) and anxiety, stress, and depression (as outcome variables). The findings demonstrated the key role of mindfulness in increasing students' self-compassion and psychological well-being as well as reducing anxiety, depression, and stress. This research holds substantial contributions by providing universities and psychotherapists with recommendations to deal with negative psychological consequences caused by COVID-19.

This prompted all organisations to focus on social customer relationship management (Social CRM) which is mainly aiming at personalising such experiences and interactions. Despite the notable evolution in social CRM scientific research, however, limited attention has been paid to clearly demonstrate the essential influencers and challenges of social CRM as well as its associated benefits for businesses. To this end, the current work aims to provide a deeper understating in relation to social CRM and its related key challenges and benefits. This research develops an integrated theoretical framework of the major challenges and benefits to adopting social CRM, leading to substantial theoretical and practical contributions to concerned entities.

It also tested the direct paths between destination reputation, tourists' perceived trust and revisit intention. Moreover, it investigated the moderation impact of fear arousal due to COVID-19 on the relations between visitors' revisit intention and its associated antecedents. PLS-SEM was employed to analyze the data gathered from 543 domestic holidaymakers who have recently visited tourism destinations in Egypt. The findings indicated that tourists' revisit intention is positively and significantly influenced by DSR, destination reputation and their perceived trust. Additionally, DSR is positively linked to destination reputation and visitors' trust, which in turn is positively affected by destination reputation. The results also revealed that fear arousal negatively moderates the link between destination reputation, holidaymakers’ trust and their intention to revisit. Academic and managerial implications, limitations, and directions for future studies were also presented.

Nevertheless, no previous work has systematically and critically analysed the literature on this subject. To fulfil this gap, this paper examines the evolution of SET as a research topic by mapping the scientific production on it. To this end, 84 papers published from 2011 to April 2019 were retrieved from Scopus. To map this data, a blend of bibliometric analysis techniques, including the analysis of evaluative measures (productivity and impact metrics) and relational techniques (word frequency analysis and key theme analysis), was employed. Evaluative metrics were carried out using Plotly, Excel, and DB Gnosis software. The reviewed papers were then visually analysed through mind maps using BizAgi Process Modeler. The study presents an original theoretical insight, as well as a significant methodological contribution, as it employs an integrative approach of...

Thus, based on the internationalization framework of Dunning (Multinational enterprises and the global economy, Addison-Wesley, 1993), this article aims to empirically investigate and compare the FDI determinants of the tourism industry in Oman and Egypt not only through the investors perceptive but more importantly through other stakeholders perspective such as experts in economy and tourism sector due to their vital role in decision making. It also examines the moderating role of investment environment on the relationship between the determinants and attractiveness of FDI. Further, PLS-SEM was employed for data analysis purposes. The results revealed that resource-seeking and efficiency-seeking have a significant role in both countries. However, though market-seeking was positive and significant in Egypt, it was found insignificant in Oman. Interestingly, the investment environment has a significant moderating role in both countries. The current study contributes to the literature by providing an obvious understanding of tourism FDI determinants with a special emphasis on the essential view of the related experts. It also presents a clear sight to tourism authorities on the essential factors that attract FDI in tourism.

In this paper, we investigate how the changing conditions under which individuals work because of various restrictions have inuenced the productivity of scholars based on a global sample of 1073 scholars from 83 countries. The findings show that tourism and non-tourism scholars react in similar ways to the changes in the social and physical environment of the pandemic with one exception: teleworking stressors positively affected all scholars' perceived safety and did not impact tourism scholarly productivity. Tourism and non-tourism researchers' productivity had also a positive relationship with social isolation and perceived safety. Additionally, perceived safety mediated the relationship between the psychological factors and scientic production. Moreover, perceived risk moderated the link between perceived safety and scholarly productivity. This paper contributes to tourism st...

These solitons are of the kink type, necessarily residing on a constant pedestal, determined by the mean-field repulsion and beyond mean field quantum correction and having exactly one-third of the uniform condensate amplitude. Akin to the kinks, the propagating modes occur in pairs and are phase-locked with the background. The lowest chemical potential and condensate amplitude at the flat-top boundary matches with the self-trapped quantum droplet. More general excitations of analogous kind are obtained through the Möbius transform, which connect the required solutions to elliptic functions in general.

It also examines the direct association between these attitudes and behaviors and emotional exhaustion as well as investigating how mindfulness moderates these associations. Based on a quantitative approach, data were collected from 437 employees of Egyptian travel agencies. The PLS-SEM analysis revealed that PCB positively affects employees’ emotional exhaustion and job-related attitudes as well as behaviors, which consequently impact their emotional exhaustion. The findings indicated that the effect of organizational cynicism, workplace incivility, and work alienation on emotional exhaustion is weaker with higher levels of mindfulness and greater with lower levels of mindfulness. Besides its theoretical contributions, this paper presents substantial practic...
