No des d'un enfocament "interdisciplinari", doncs no es tracta de juntar diferents ignoràncies per assolir un coneixement complet d'un determinat "objecte" d'estudi, en aquest cas la memòria. La idea de memòria és essencial en el pensament d'Occident i té una llarga història en la filosofia i en la crítica literària, en la psicologia, en la psicoanàlisi i en les neurociències. En tota elaboració psicoanalítica d'una biografia hom aconsegueix aclarir la significativitat dels records de la primera infantesa. The stem extract of Chasmanthera dependens was used in the biofabrication of silver nanoparticles... more The stem extract of Chasmanthera dependens was used in the biofabrication of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) in this study. The AgNPs was characterised using UV-visible spectroscopy, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), EDX, and the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Antibacterial, antioxidant, anticoagulant, thrombolytic and larvicidal activities of the biosynthesised nanoparticles were carried out. There was a peak at 418 nm with a strong silver peak observed around 2.7KeV when the EDX analysis was carried out. The FESEM showed a large number of cubically shaped nanoparticles with sizes ranging from 24.53 to 92.38 nm. CDE-AgNPs was effective against Klebsiella pneumoniae at 80 µg/ml and 100 µg/ml concentrations while little or no inhibition observed with other bacterial isolates used. CDE-AgNPs displayed potent activity with LC 50 and LC 90 of 7.15 µg/ml and 20.86 µg/ml respectively against the Aedes aegypti mosquito larva after 1hr of exposure. The synthesised nanoparticles displayed scavenging activity of DPPH at all concentrations. High anticoagulant efficacy was displayed, while 45.61% clot lysis was observed. This study therefore demonstrated the effectiveness of biosynthesised Chasmanthera dependens stem extract silver nanoparticles as antimicrobial, antioxidant, anticoagulant, thrombolytic and larvicidal agents.

This work reports the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using the leaf extract of Almond ... more This work reports the synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using the leaf extract of Almond plant. Larvicidal activities of the biosynthesized AgNPs were evaluated against the fourth instar larvae of mosquito Aedes aegypti. The biosynthesised AgNPs were characterised using UV-Visible, Fourier Transmission Infrared Spectroscope (FTIR), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscope (EDX) and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM). The absorption spectrum of the synthesized AgNPs showed a maximum spectrum of 430 nm while FTIR analysis showed different functional groups present on the surface of the AgNPs with broad peak between 3000 and 3800 cm -1 . The FESEM showed a large number of spherically shaped nanoparticles with sizes ranging from 8.34 to 78.96 nm. The 50% (LC 50 ) lethal concentration of the nanoparticles after 12 h was 13.54 µg/ml. This study showed that almond leaf can be used for synthesis of AgNPs thus adding to the available drugs that could be used in combating multidrug resistant pathogens.

Es claro que el “dicho de otro modo” cambia de modo radical el alcance y el sentido de la primera pregunta al pasar a las otras dos. Se desliza también, en ese salto, una presuposición no explícita y es la asimilación entre “recurso a lenguajes y disciplinas distintas a la suya” e “interdisciplina”. Bien pueden usarse lenguajes de otra disciplina sin que ello implique el maridaje que la palabra “interdisciplina” representa. Trauma is a barrier that puts distance with respect to a time that is earlier to it and which is reconstructed after it. That earlier time is the object of reconstruction of memory and the chances are that it never existed. However, the subject yearns for it. That's nostalgia, a condition which was considered to be a disease between the seventeenth century and the end of the nineteenth century; in the twentieth century, it was forgotten and even despised; and today, it reappears in the clinical depression and disorders, often serious, of those who are forced into exile. This is another pole of traumatic memory.

De nueva cuenta también cuestionaré las presuposiciones que subyacen a las interrogaciones, lo que ellas dan por sabido sin decirlo. Es un vicio profesional; ni modo. Ello me recuerda al clásico chiste: — ¿Por qué ustedes, los judíos, responden siempre a una pregunta con otra pregunta? —¿Y qué tiene eso de malo? ¿Cuáles son esas presuposiciones?
