𝗕𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗫 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 (https://lnkd.in/e9DsVjVK), Nechako Ridge, a hybrid clinic–lab founded in 2024 by Registered Denturist Carson Law in British Columbia, has achieved significant improvements: ✔️𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟳𝟬% compared to traditional analog workflows. ✔️𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 from around 60% with analog processes 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟵𝟱% with ATLIX metal 3D printing and digital workflows. ✔️𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝟱𝟬%, from around 60 minutes to 20–30 minutes per framework. Scheftner manufactures dental alloys, CAD/CAM materials, and 3D printing powders for dental prosthetics, with all materials developed, produced, and processed entirely in-house. It was an inspiring and highly valuable Customer Day at our Ditzingen facility last week, marked by a full day of 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴—where the technology stands today, where it is heading, and what it really takes to bring it into successful production! Our Additive Centre is preparing for its next major equipment addition. Here is Jonathan Ahern at the ATLIX plant in Schio, Italy, overseeing a factory acceptance test of our new TruPrint 2000 ahead of shipment. The investment will further strengthen Smithstown Light Engineering’s additive manufacturing capability, supporting our continued focus on precision, innovation and advanced manufacturing for the sectors we serve. With this in mind, today we had the pleasure of 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗻. Presentations, open discussions, networking, good food, and an informal atmosphere: this is the experience we wanted to create for our guests. As we continue to strengthen our presence in the German market, our goal remains clear: to bring innovation and help push additive manufacturing beyond the boundaries of serial production, enabling new opportunities across industries while 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀' 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸. The presentations delivered by our valued customers and partners provided a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and connect our technology with real-world applications.
