We have been awarded a new offshore drilling contract by #EniCôted’IvoireLimited, valued at approximately 260 million USD.  In particular, the drillship #Santorini will be deployed offshore Côte d’Ivoire for a long-term development drilling campaign, with operations scheduled to begin in early 2027. 👉 The project includes a firm commitment for an extended drilling program, with the potential deployment of the rig in neighbouring countries as well as additional optional periods, thus further enhancing the long-term visibility and continuity of the unit’s future utilization. This new award confirms our competitive positioning in offshore drilling, as well as our ability to efficiently deploy our high-specification assets in support of clients' exploration, appraisal and development activities. Through our subsidiary PT Saipem Indonesia, in joint venture with PT Tripatra Engineers and Constructors, we have been awarded a contract for the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (#EPCI) of a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (#FPSO) unit for the “Kutei North Hub Field Development Project”, located in the Kutei Basin, East Kalimantan, #Indonesia.    The contract, valued at approximately USD 2 billion for our share, has been awarded by #EniNorthGanal.  👉 The project execution, with an estimated duration of 48 months, includes project management, detailed engineering, procurement of materials, fabrication, construction and installation activities, as well as commissioning and start-up of the FPSO unit.    The Kutei FPSO project is part of the Kutei North Hub Development, which comprises a subsea development tied back to a new FPSO, a dedicated gas export pipeline to the Bontang LNG Plant and domestic gas users via the existing East Kalimantan System.    This award further strengthens our positioning in the floating production segment, leveraging our unique combination of engineering and local fabrication capabilities, as well as our well-established expertise in fast-track project execution.    Read more: https://lnkd.in/dY5Kx5XY     #Saipem #EngineeringForASustainableFuture #Kutei  

The JV between Itinera, #Saipem and Gruppo ICM has been awarded the contract for the design and construction of Lot 4 of the A8 "Unirii" Motorway in Romania. The total value of the contract is approximately €700 million, of which our share amounts to approximately €245 million. 👉 The motorway section will extend for approximately 21 kilometres, including around 5 kilometres within the territory of the Republic of Moldova, and will connect the city of Iași, in north-eastern Romania, with the Republic of Moldova. The project includes approximately 14 structures, including bridges, viaducts and underpasses, three interchanges, a 500-metre cut-and-cover tunnel, and a twin-bore tunnel approximately 1.7 kilometres long. The project forms part of the broader A8 Motorway initiative. This strategic infrastructure is part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T), strengthening connections between Central and Eastern Europe. Funding is being provided through the European SAFE (Security Action for Europe) programme. This contract award represents an important recognition of the expertise of three leading Italian companies in delivering sustainable infrastructure.
