The goal is to be transparent and accessible with information pertaining to our mission to protect and restore the environment for the health and well being of all Marylanders by providing the public with searchable platforms of permit and compliance data and access to view or download available records or documents, including:

• ​Citizen complaints.
  
• Permits issued.
• Inspections (full or partial compliance evaluations) of a regulated entity.
• “Informal” enforcement actions where we provide written notice to an entity that infractions occurred and need to be corrected in a specified period of time.
• “Formal” enforcement actions where an entity has been ordered or has consented to specific terms in a binding settlement agreement.
• Reported releases of raw or partially treated sewage from sewer systems and treatment plants.​
