As part of our continued development, we would like to share a few updates within our leadership team. After years of dedicated leadership as CEO, Peter Vooijs is handing over the CEO role to Bastiaan de Koning. At the same time, Peter will remain closely involved in the organization as CTO Executive, continuing to focus on technology, innovation and the further development of our capabilities. We are also pleased to welcome Maurits de Jong to the Board as Director of Engineering & Business Operations. In this role, Maurits will be responsible for helping to further strengthen operational excellence across the organization. These changes reflect our commitment to continuous improvement, clear responsibilities and sustainable growth. Most importantly, they ensure that we continue building on the strong foundation that has brought us to where we are today.
