Sometimes these limitations and so many methods make Agile software development more stressful. This work is about finding the current limitations and advantages of Agile software development. For finding the actual limitations beyond the literature, an online survey was conducted with the specified sample size of Agile experienced professionals, then the ANOVA test is applied to satisfy the hypothesis.

In today's era, agile is one of the ways. "Kanban" is a similar method that not only makes the production process flexible but also gives the best results through continuous monitoring. Although both Agile and kanban processes are used in the software industry, kanban is being used extensively in the field of mechanics. Kanban is not an entirely new way, but it is a means to further improve an already running process incrementally. In this article, the authors have mentioned about the history, experiments, and benefits of kanban.

With the end of the year 2019, the world had affected with an unknown terrible disease which was,... more With the end of the year 2019, the world had affected with an unknown terrible disease which was, at an initial stage, inculcating the symptoms of pneumonia and spasm but later on people start realizing that it was much more than expected and called it as the "Noval Coronavirus (COVID19)". The worst part was that no medicine and vaccine was available to tackle the situation. Within two months, it spread to almost all continent and affected many countries and obviously had entered in India at the end of January. Soon, the disease had crossed the stage one and entered into stage two. The rate of growth of COVID19 in India has been increased exponentially up to an extent and affected the country in so many ways whether it is socially, economically, and culturally. This paper contains the study of the effect of COVID19 on Indian citizens, their minds of state, Indian Government's actions to tackle the terrible situation generated by this disease, as WHO categorized it pandemic.

But sometimes the recruitment process gets affected by human perceptions, beliefs, pat experiences, feelings, personal relations etc..So, for making recruitment process more automatic and accurate, various authors have proposed their solutions with Hungarian method. In this paper, authors are proposing a method of recruitment by the use of fuzzy triangular number and genetic algorithm with Hungarian method. After performing the first stage (written test) of recruitment with fuzzy triangular number and Hungarian method, the later stages are accomplished with linguistic variables and final recruitment is performed by the use of genetic algorithm.

In the chain of software development models the current one is Agile Methodologies, which in turn more reliable, more dependable and more realistic in comparison to other ones. Agile methods not only provide agility but also transparency. This paper is an attempt to provide a way to implement this model in small organization so that these small organizations can also achieve the same level as of large organizations.

Pair programming (an activity from agile techniques)-where two programmers work on the same module at one computer; with one programmer takes responsibilities of writing the actual code and the other one takes the responsibility for the monitoring of strategies, designing and defect related issues. The incorporation of pair programming leads to a better software development process resulting in a high quality product. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate some parameters for building an effective team for performing pair programming.

Though, many software reliability growth models have been evolved so far but still they are restricted to test data and nature of the software project somewhere. In this paper, we propose the use of fuzzy logic with Takagi Sugeno fuzzy system to measure risks and quality for estimating the software's reliability in a better way.

We study two approaches, for "color morphology" are vector approach and component-wise approach. In set theory approach, Mathematical morphology is developed by J.Serra and G. Matheron. Edge Detection is well known approach which aims at searching and detecting the points in a digital image at which the image brightness changes stridently. Edges are significant local changes of strength in an image. 3D biomedical images edge detection is an essential for object recognition of the human organs. Object recognition is a vital processing step in biomedical image segmentation. Important appearance can be extracted from the edges an image (e.g., corners, line, curves, etc.). In this paper, basic mathematical morphological operators are introduced at first then a mathematical edge detection algorithm is proposed to detect edges of the lungs CT image with salt-and-pepper noise and the Gaussian noise.

There are various applications of image processing like satellite imaging, biomedical imaging, re... more There are various applications of image processing like satellite imaging, biomedical imaging, remote sensing and radar imaging where the size of the image and quality of the image is most important but it requires a lot of space to store at the places due to the high bandwidth of the communication of the original image. In these applications we apply the image compression techniques to store the data and reduce its space for storage time. There are various factors which affecting the compression like spatial resolution, bit depth, noise, image sizing, viewing distance, etc. Biomedical imaging focuses on the capture of images for both diagnostic and therapeutic purpose. The biomedical images can be displayed by the high bit resolution and we have to convert the high bit resolution into the low bit resolution for displaying the images. This problem is occurs mostly on the low-cost or small devices. In this paper, we capture the 2D images for resolving. The resolution of the 2D images is very high so it takes more space for storage. If the size of the image is very high then it is not easy to send the image without compression. We focus on the 2D images compression which convert the high bit resolution into low bit resolution and we compress the 2D biomedical images with the help of the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and apply the Lempel-Ziv-Welch (LZW) lossless image compression technique.
