🎉 What an amazing day celebrating our local community! 🎉 We were once again out enjoying the sunshine, and spending time in our local community as the headline sponsor for the Pontefract Liquorice Festival; celebrating Yorkshire’s rich sweet-making heritage! ⚫🍭 The popular parade was back again this year starting at the town hall and making its way to the iconic Pontefract Castle, bringing back our HARIBO-themed sweet costumes along with performances from local community groups, and of course led by Goldbear. The day, visitors could enjoy a host of local business setting up stalls around the bustling town centre offering liquorice -themed sweet and savoury treats. A massive thank you to all of our #TeamHARIBO colleagues who supported on the day and ran our HARIBO zone, creating fun memories and many moments of childlike happiness for the local community and all visitors attending the event! We are “HERE FOR A CHEER”! 🎉 To bring this spirit of everyday cheer to life, HARIBO’s “Here for a Cheer!” tour is travelling across the UK this summer, celebrating everyday efforts and turning them into moments of recognition – with little rewards and plenty of HARIBO cheer. Last week, we launched the campaign at London Waterloo Station, where commuters were surprised with our colourful HARIBO “Cheer-Thru” pop-up, cheerleaders and little HARIBO rewards – celebrating everything from making it through the daily commute to the small efforts that often go unnoticed. Our “Here for Cheer!” tour will be popping up across the country over the coming weeks, so be sure to see if you can spot a chance to celebrate your little wins! 🎉 Our new warehouse is officially open! ✂️ With a traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony support by Yvette Cooper, MP for Pontefract, Castleford and Knottingley and Foreign Secretary, we celebrated the completion of our new warehouse and site expansion in Castleford, marking an important milestone in our continued investment in West Yorkshire, our home for over 50 years. This £35 million investment will help us support future growth, modernise our operations and help to continue bringing our much-loved treats to fans across the UK. Built in partnership with Yorkshire-based Caddick Construction Limited and supported by a local supply chain, this project reflects the skills, talent and manufacturing heritage that make the region so special. 👏 A huge thank you to #TeamHARIBO and everyone involved in bringing this project to life. A new chapter has officially begun at @MartinHouse… Huge congratulations to the team at Martin House Children's Hospice on reopening following The BUILD. This milestone represents more than a transformed space; it’s a renewed commitment to care, comfort, and creating meaningful memories for the children, young people, and families they support. This weekend’s reopening celebrations brought together supporters, partners, and the wider community to celebrate, reflect on the journey, and recognise the dedication from the team behind the transformation of the hospice. It was truly incredible to see the wide range of support and what the hospice means to so many people throughout our community. At HARIBO UK, we’re proud to have been a supporter of Martin House for over 18 years, and it is a pleasure for our #TeamHARIBO to be able to support this special place that makes such a lasting difference across Yorkshire. It has been a whole week since our Football Fiesta! ⚽ It was exactly seven days ago, that we welcomed over 1000 colleagues, their families and friends to our Castleford site for our Share the Happy event to enjoy a day full of smiles, treats and shared joyful moments! ❤️ Under Yorkshire’s blue skies (or just about 😵💫), HARIBO colleagues and their guests were able to enjoy a free afternoon of football-themed food, great live music, and some exciting activities for both kids and grown-ups - and let’s not forget the sweets! Goldbear and in particular our MAOAM mascot Max had a fantastic time - and we hope all of our guests did too. 🕺 Thank you again to Sheena Haigh and our Share the Happy team for organising the event to allow us to come together to celebrate and to create some unforgettable memories. #teamHARIBO #Sharethehappy #colleagues 

We are back with Martin House Children's Hospice for more fundraising at Leeds Train Station 🚂     We will once again be joining our charity partner for 2 days at Leeds Train Station, today and tomorrow (23rd of May) to raise as much money and awareness as we can for the hospice! Come along to see and hear from members of #TeamHARIBO and other volunteers from Martin House – all joined by our iconic mascots, HARIBO’s Goldbear and his Martin House friend Marty!
