Last week, following a ceremony hosted by the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States, UFORCE signed a memorandum of understanding with RECONCRAFT, a leading Special Operations combatant craft manufacturer. "This partnership sets an important precedent," said Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States, Olga Stefanishyna, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal. "I am confident it will encourage many other companies to follow its example and deepen U.S.-Ukraine defense industrial cooperation." The agreement reflects a shared commitment to strengthening defence cooperation between the United States and Ukraine, while helping ensure that battle-proven Ukrainian technologies can benefit allied nations. The MAGURA family of autonomous surface vessels holds one of the most impactful and reliable combat records in modern maritime warfare, helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine drive the Russian Navy from the Black Sea. The drone warfare proven in Ukraine’s Black Sea now points to a clear answer for the Gulf — one that pushes the first line of defence out to sea. Low-cost drones skim metres above the sea, slip under ground-based radar, and overwhelm single high-end interceptors. The counter is a layered, autonomous shield: unmanned systems loitering on station, detecting early, intercepting drone-on-drone, with lasers to hold the cost curve. As UFORCE CEO Oleg Rogynskyy puts it: “Given the geography of the Gulf, basically, that first line of defence should be on the sea. UFORCE Statement Regarding Incorrect Media Reports UFORCE is aware of media reports identifying the vessel involved in the incident at Constanța Port, Romania, as a "Magura" or "Magura-type" maritime drone. This identification is incorrect. The vessel involved in the incident is not a Magura maritime drone manufactured by UFORCE. Its hull form, construction, and visible technical characteristics do not correspond to any Magura variant. While certain unmanned surface vessels (USVs) produced by other manufacturers may share visual similarities with the Magura, UFORCE is the sole and exclusive manufacturer of the Magura family of maritime drones, including the V5s, V7s, and MV7s. No third party, in any country, is licensed or authorized to manufacture Magura-family systems. "Recent reports have incorrectly identified the vessel involved in the Constanța incident as a Magura drone," said a UFORCE spokesperson. "We can state unequivocally that the vessel shown in publicly available imagery is not a Magura platform. Any reporting suggesting otherwise is inaccurate." Technical specifications and official imagery of Magura platforms are publicly available on the UFORCE website and can be independently verified at uforce.com.
