No reponse from priority support

Hello,
I’ve twice attempted to contact priority support. My account is no longer displaying my subscription or previous transactions history. It should have auto-renewed the subscription at the beginning of this month, now I am worried it is not going through and I need it paid soon as my procurement department is starting to question the delay.
Can someone please get back to me.
