A new editorial from The Virginian-Pilot and Daily Press makes the case for expanding clean energy in Virginia, especially shared solar, in order to better insulate residents from volatile foreign energy prices. The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities has officially adopted rules implementing the state's new 3,000 MW community solar program which is expected to deliver energy bill savings to half a million New Jersey households. As one of the largest owner operators of community solar projects in the Garden State, we are thrilled to see Governor Sherrill's support of this program, and we applaud the Board's decision. We look forward to getting to work to bring many more New Jersey residents significant savings on their utility bills from new community solar projects. In case you missed it -- our latest project financing was Dimension's largest to-date. $412 million for a new 134 MWdc portfolio of community solar projects in Illinois, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. We were thrilled to have MUFG lead their first Dimension financing, alongside our longstanding partners First Citizens Bank and Advantage Capital, as well as ING, National Bank of Canada, Cadence Bank, and Siemens. CRC-IB acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Dimension. This portfolio of community solar projects will save subscribers at least 10% on their energy bills at a time when national electricity prices are steadily increasing. https://lnkd.in/e7wMkyF4

It's official: We've raised over $1 billion from investors this year to build more community solar and meet growing demand for local, reliable, lower cost energy solutions. We’re proud to have HPS Investment Partners, LLC support on our latest financing -- the upsize of our corporate credit facility from $300 million to $450 million.
