  • If you're still benchmarking against a 25-30% attendance rate, it's time to update the playbook. Cue Ted Lasso: "If that's a joke, I love it. If not, can't wait to unpack that with you later." It's no joke! We analyzed 26,190 B2B webinars across 522 organizations, and the average attendance rate has climbed to 40%. Time for new benchmarks. Also, *almost* time for Season 4... 💙

  • "It's easy to post about it on LinkedIn." - Sara McNamara of Vector 👻 ... on the vibe-coding flex that keeps showing up in your feed. Her point: spinning something up is the easy part. Making it work, keeping it working, ...and letting it grow with the business is the actual job. And the posts announcing a weekend CRM rebuild tend to leave out the detail that the company has five people in it. That was the whole theme of this month's Insider session: an AI roast with Sara, Mike Rizzo of MarketingOps.com, and Jomar Ebalida of Bowtie Funnel. Less hype, more of what actually holds up in production. Watch the full session on demand: https://lnkd.in/eWKBzyqm

gm happy monday, here is one of my Partnerships Hills To Die On ☠️ most co-hosted partner webinars are measured like marketing campaigns and executed like one-off events 🙊 the teams agree on a topic, build a landing page, promote it, collect registrations… and then the webinar ends with no real plan for what happens next who owns follow-up? what counts as meaningful engagement? how will sales use the information? how will either partner measure influenced pipeline? Goldcast’s 2026 B2B Webinar Benchmark Report found that webinar attendance increased 172% year over year 📈 SO the audience is clearly there.. but the bigger opportunity is turning that attention into something both partners can actually act on. the strongest partner webinars are planned backward from the post-event motion: shared goals, clear ownership, useful engagement signals, and coordinated follow-up. otherwise, you didn’t execute a partnership play. you just put two logos on the same webinar and hoped for the best 🤷🏼♀️ Goldcast’s full report has more data on how B2B teams are approaching webinars in 2026... check it out 👀👇🏼 https://lnkd.in/gqSEb-Eu #GoldcastPartner #ad #partnerships #partnermarketing

  • 97.8% of all video clips created in Goldcast last year were made by AI. 365,253 total clips. 357,364 AI-generated. ❌ We're not talking about AI "coming for" content workflows. ✅ We're talking about AI already being the default. Get the full breakdown in the 2026 B2B Webinar Benchmark Report → https://lnkd.in/eR6m9QsK

  • B2B webinar attendance doubled year over year. Not registrations. Attendance. 33% → 40% show rate. 51 avg attendees → 102. We analyzed 26,190 webinars across 522 brands to figure out why. The answer is in the 2026 B2B Webinar Benchmark Report (linked below)

Last week I got to do something I don't get to do often: attend a conference as a full participant, not the person running the logistics behind the scenes! Just back from Cvent CONNECT in Nashville, and it was exactly the recharge I needed! A few things that stuck with me: Mindshare > intent. One session made the case that most buyers aren't "in market" yet, but they're already forming opinions. Events build the kind of trust with buyers that AI can't replicate, and there's real value in extending that trust year round. Brand is the differentiator. As AI levels the playing field across companies of every size, thought leadership, content, and brand strategy converge at events, and connecting events back to pipeline and retention is how you earn budget and executive buy in for your program. Beyond the sessions: cat cafés, "build your own" activations, paint by number murals, and watching Cvent's rebrand unfold live. Mostly, though, it was being around "my people" again, reconnecting with old coworkers, making new connections, and swapping notes (and a little friendly judginess) with other event planners who get it. Grateful for the learning, the energy, and the reminder of why I love this work. 🧡 #CventCONNECT #ILoveEvents

excited to jump on with Cindy Dubon (Goldcast) and Nick Bennett (Reachdesk) on July 21st to talk demand gen plays-- we're ganna cover plays we're inspired by / stealing, ones that have worked for us, and some flops. if you're looking for answers to questions like: - how do i get my AE involved in video production for marketing (and why it's inspired) - how do you use partner offers to make your offer more sexy (especially when you have a boring product) - what are some obvious analogies to claude and game of thrones (lore + demand gen) - how do you run a yacht party as your VIP event and should i actually do that (and how would you actually explain that line item in a board report) should be a good time. link to join in the comments 👇
