The brands winning at LTV have stopped treating email, loyalty, CX, and win-backs as separate problems - they've stitched them into one connected journey. So we brought together a specialist for every touchpoint of the subscriber journey, on one stage. The Modern Retention Stack - a live webinar on August 6th. No single-vendor pitch. Just the operators who master each layer showing how the pieces actually connect: → Interactive in-email commerce - Brice Douglas, Zaymo → Loyalty, rewards & community - Rohan Sinha, Bubblehouse → AI & agentic CX - Craig Stoss, KODIF → Offline reactivation & win-backs - Ben Walter, PostPilot → The subscription core it all runs on - Sakshi Jain, Loop Subscriptions You'll leave with a reference architecture you can map your own retention stack against. 🗓️ August 6th · 8 AM PT / 11 AM ET · Live Save your spot: https://lnkd.in/dX5ZWRQm

Working with brands people know and use every day is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. One recent example is Starco Brands, home to brands like Soylent, Whipshots, Winona Pure, and ART OF SPORT. When evaluating AI platforms, their team wanted more than a prompt-based tool. They needed AI that could connect directly to the systems their business relies on. With KODIF, they integrated with NetSuite and Microsoft Excel from day one - without workarounds or manual processes. Months after launch, Taylor Ford shared: "The biggest thing that I brag about with KODIF is that we just jumped straight to NetSuite and then the Excel piece." We're grateful to the Starco Brands team for trusting us as a partner and excited to keep building together. Read the full case study: https://lnkd.in/gswT7GcD

one of the most surreal and favorite parts of building KODIF is getting to work with brands i already see everywhere i go. Soylent is one of them. i was a customer and a fan long before we ever started working together. so hearing Taylor Ford from Starco Brands say this was pretty special: “the biggest thing that i brag about with KODIF is that we just jumped straight to netsuite and then the excel piece.” unprompted. not a line from a case study. not something we asked them to say. Starco Brands runs a lean cx team across multiple consumer brands, including Soylent, Whipshots, Winona Pure, ART OF SPORT and others. when they were evaluating ai vendors last year, one of the alternatives showed them what was essentially chatgpt with their logo on it. everything was prompt-based. Starco Brands chose KODIF because we could integrate directly into the systems their business actually runs on. netsuite and microsoft excel from day one. no workarounds. no duct tape. no forcing their operations into a generic ai product. the quote came months after launch. what i respect most about the starco team is how much ownership they bring to the process. small team. high standards. fast execution. we’re incredibly fortunate to work with brands that are part of people’s everyday lives - and with teams that trust us enough to become true partners. grateful to the entire starco brands team for letting us be part of the journey. full case study: https://lnkd.in/eXMFtbZZ

The new KODIF is live! It says what KODIF actually does: reads the order, checks the policy, resolves the ticket. Resolution, retention, revenue, all in one place. Plus the part we're most proud of: CX teams own all of it. Write a rule in plain english, ship it the same day. No engineering tickets, no waiting on developers. go take a look: https://kodif.ai/

we just rebuilt our website. again. the last version? we launched it a year ago. in any other era, that would feel too soon. i remember when websites had a shelf life of 1-2 years. you'd build it, launch it, and leave it alone. not anymore. ai is moving so fast that features we shipped six months ago already feel like they belong to a different product. the way we talk about what KODIF does has changed. the capabilities have changed. the depth of what our customers can actually do with the platform has changed. so we rebuilt it. our new positioning is all about resolution, retention, and revenue. most cx agents deflect. KODIF takes action. it reads the order, checks the policy, and actually resolves the ticket. no "we'll get back to you." no escalation for things that shouldn't need one. and now, cx teams own the whole thing. no engineering tickets to add a policy. no waiting on developers. you write the rule in plain english, and it ships the same day. the shelf life of everything in ai is shrinking. if you're not refreshing how you show up, you're already behind. take a look: https://kodif.ai/ the speed of change in ai is wild. if you're also feeling this pressure to constantly refresh your product or positioning, what's your biggest challenge right now?

Gorgias is jazz. KODIF is classical music. That is how Clearly Filtered described the difference, and it captures what they were after: less improvisation, more structure. Predictable, controllable ai their team can actually trust. Their CX environment is complex (Shopify, Recharge, Gorgias) with requests spanning subscriptions, returns, order changes, and technical questions around water filtration, pfas, and heavy metals. That is where ai has to do more than answer faqs. It has to understand the situation, follow policy, connect to live systems, and take action. The results: -72% chat containment -2,120 automations per week -4.36★ csat on subscription management Structured, consistent, trusted every time. AI that knows when to act and when to hand off to a human. Full case study: https://lnkd.in/g_pvpSnk

Gorgias is jazz. Kodif is classical music. that is how Matt Dale described the difference. i first met Matt years ago at ElevateCX. s/o to Sarah Hatter at the time, we were still early at KODIF. we stayed in touch over the years, and recently we finally had the opportunity to work together with Matt and the Clearly Filtered team. this one was special. Clearly Filtered has a complex cx environment: Shopify, Recharge, Loop, Gorgias. Customer requests vary significantly as well: subscriptions, returns, order changes, and highly technical questions around water filtration, pfas, fluoride, heavy metals, and other contaminants. that is exactly where ai cannot just be an faq bot. it has to understand the customer’s situation, follow the right policy, connect to live systems, and actually take action. one thing Matt Dale said really stuck with me: "a lot of ai tools feel like jazz: too much improvisation, too much unpredictability, too much “let’s see what happens.” what he wanted was more like classical music: structured, clear, predictable, and easy to control. that is exactly what we are trying to build at Kodif. not ai that sounds impressive in a demo but becomes hard to trust in production. ai that cx operators can understand, train, control, and improve. because the goal is to turn cx operators into the conductor, guiding ai to produce classical music: structured, consistent, and trusted every time. ai that knows when to take action and when to hand off to a human. the results so far with Clearly Filtered: 📈 72% chat containment 🔥 2,120 automations per week ⭐ 4.36★ csat on subscription management and in Matt’s words, Kodif works in a way that “makes sense to my brain.” that is probably one of my favorite customer quotes. because the future of cx ai is not just about more automation. it is about giving operators confidence that the ai will do the right thing, the same way, every time. i am also proud of the team behind this. our sales team listened deeply during the sales process. our onboarding team helped get the implementation over the finish line. and our engineering team jumped in quickly whenever something needed to be fixed. that is the company we are trying to build: a product that works. a team that cares. grateful to Matt Dale, Amy O'Connell, Elena Salsedo and the whole Clearly Filtered team for trusting us. and grateful to the cx community. sometimes you meet someone at an event years ago, stay in touch, and eventually get to build something meaningful together. full case study: https://lnkd.in/gUWKQngC

This is the conversation the whole industry needs to be having. Our VP of Solutions, Craig Stoss, joined Brett Rush on Unresolved.cx to dig into one of the most underexamined problems in AI-powered support: what does "resolution" actually mean - and why the current definition is leaving real ROI on the table. AI assistance is doing meaningful work every single day. Gathering context before a ticket reaches an agent. Drafting replies. Surfacing the right next step at the right moment. None of that shows up as a "resolved" conversation on a dashboard. All of it reduces cost, improves speed, and makes agents more effective. If you're only paying for and measuring resolved conversations, you're undervaluing what you have - and flying blind on a significant chunk of where the value actually lives. Resolved, contained, assisted. Not the same thing. The industry hasn't caught up yet. Full episode drops July 1st on Unresolved.cx. Worth the listen.

What does an "AI resolution" actually mean? The customer that dropped off the convo? Or the 8% that click “Yes this helped?” If you ask ChatGPT a question and get an answer, does anyone know if it was right? Did you have to ask someone else afterward? Nobody's tracking that, but it's exactly how AI vendors are measuring success. Craig Stoss, VP of Solutions at KODIF, called it what it is: an unsolved problem across the entire industry. Full conversation available Wednesday, July 1st on Unresolved.cx.

Neuro went live with KODIF in 15 business days, right before Black Friday, and is now containing 81% of chat conversations while maintaining 4.7+ CSAT on subscription management and damaged product claims. The story shows where AI CX is going: beyond FAQs and ticket deflection, toward real workflow resolution across subscriptions, orders, shipping, returns, and cancellations, with the CX team in control. Most "where's my order?" answers are a guess wrapped in a tracking link. KODIF supports 2,400+ carriers worldwide, so your team can give customers the real, up-to-date status the moment they ask. Accurate every time, no matter who's carrying the package. That's the difference between deflecting a ticket and actually answering it.

Our first Customer Advisory Board is a wrap! CX leaders. Unfiltered feedback. Real conversation about where AI-powered customer experience is headed - and what we need to build to get there. Thank you to every brand that showed up! You're shaping what KODIF becomes next!

we just wrapped our first KODIF Customer Advisory Board and it was one of the most energizing sessions we've had as a company. cx leaders from some of the best dtc brands in ecommerce gave us 2.5 hours of unfiltered feedback. no agenda-steering, no fluff. just honest conversation about where ai-powered cx is headed and what we need to build to get there. a special thank you to John Dukesherer at Dollar Shave Club for opening up the playbook on what three years of building with KODIF actually looks like. seeing a real implementation from the inside - the wins, the iterations, the hard lessons - is the kind of peer learning no webinar can replicate. a few things we heard loud and clear: - cx teams want smarter visibility into where ai falls short - they want to know their customers, not just their tickets - they want to learn from each other as much as from us so that's exactly what we're building toward - not just a better product, but a better community around it. huge thanks to everyone who joined: Andrew Martin, Dorian Kröhl, Jessica-Rose Garcia, Matt Dale, Ali Anderson, Andrew Winter, Cindy Rodriguez, Cristina Fucchi, DIANA LEE, Domonique Brown, Lauryn Dawes, Roma Y., Gereme Viray, Marivic Victoria, Michelle DiNitto, T. Ford, Theodore (Ted) Pfeifer you're not just customers - you're co-building the future of cx!

Happy customers don't lie. Chyngyz D. shares some of the feedback coming in from customers across our partner brands - and it speaks for itself. This is what AI CX looks like when it's built to actually resolve, not just respond. Shoutout to the teams at Neuro, Primal Harvest, Knockaround, and Clearly Filtered 🙌

Most brands measure CX success by tickets closed. The real signal? What customers say after. "Never thought I would say this but the bot was better than trying to talk to someone." "Thank you for making this a positive and personable experience ❤️" "Your assistant was very helpful, thank you." "Thank you for having such awesome customer service. Much appreciated." These aren't just feel-good moments. They're proof that AI CX, done right, doesn't degrade the experience - it elevates it. The bar isn't "faster than a human." The bar is: did the customer leave better than they arrived? That's what we're building at KODIF - and we're grateful to be doing it alongside brands that hold that same standard. Thank you to the teams at Neuro, Primal Harvest, Knockaround, and Clearly Filtered for trusting us with your customers!
