Last month, Stocker Street Creative reached a major milestone, receiving California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Approval! Now, 75% through the Plan Check Process, construction is set to break ground later this year for this signature mixed-use creative campus that will include offices, sound stages, retail spaces, and parking structures. We are proud to have achieved CEQA approval for this extremely collaborative process, ensuring the needs of the client, community, and governing municipal agencies are addressed systematically. Congratulations are in order for Marc Brewer! Marc is transitioning from his role as Assistant Operations Manager at Newark Airport, where he supports our Asset Management Contract, to our East Coast Business Development and Proposal Associate role. Developing relationships is nothing new to Marc, so he’s looking forward to utilizing this skill in his business development role to connect with the people who help grow the communities JGM serves. As he phases out of his operations role, he is still enjoying being on the ground floor, servicing one of our contracts and supporting the team. When Marc isn’t at work, you can find him participating in sports or hiking with friends, and recently, enjoying the World Cup. Our operations team at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) Terminal B was recognized last week for its excellence in achieving and exceeding Key Performance Indicators.  The JGM team is particularly proud of keeping system jam clear times under three minutes, which is typically a difficult achievement. The team also achieved minimal system downtime, excellent system performance for maximum efficiency, and recorded no injuries during the reporting time period.  Along with our partners Oxford Airport Technical Services and LaGuardia Gateway Partners, we are proud to continue serving Terminal B and positively impacting passengers' travel experience.
