  • 🇩🇪 And that’s a wrap on the INMA World Congress of News Media. It’s been an intense and incredibly enriching week in Berlin; full of insights, inspiration, and great conversations across the industry. One theme echoed throughout the week: in a rapidly evolving media landscape, trust and quality matter more than ever, and human judgment remains essential to understanding what truly resonates. Beyond the sessions, it was great to reconnect with so many familiar faces, meet new ones, and exchange ideas with people shaping the future of media every day. The week ended on a high note at the Global Media Awards dinner, recognizing some of the industry’s most impactful and innovative work. Until next time, INMA 👋

  • 🗽 Great conversations last Friday at The Audience Club in New York, hosted by Clara Soteras Acosta! We were proud to sponsor the event and to see Michael Henry join such a strong lineup of speakers discussing some of the biggest shifts happening across media right now. A few themes stood out throughout the evening: 🔸 AI is rapidly reshaping discovery, workflows, and audience strategies 🔸 Publishers are rethinking what growth looks like beyond clicks and search traffic 🔸 Creator-led content and direct audience relationships continue to grow in importance 🔸 The industry is moving toward more intentional, sustainable audience engagement Thanks to everyone who joined the discussions and shared perspectives throughout the event. #AudienceStrategy #AIinMedia #DigitalPublishing #NewsMedia #MediaInnovation

  • 🎯 Most publishers talk about “their audience” like it’s one group. The reality? It’s not. And even after a short time using Marfeel, Reason Foundation's team is already getting ahead by breaking it down in real time 👇🏻 “Marfeel wowed us with its ability to instantly filter dashboards and reports by key audience segments, like loyal, newsletter, mobile app and syndication audiences. We also love it for analyzing conversions such as newsletter signups and social shares by section and traffic source.” – Peter Howley, Analytics & Insights When you can instantly see how each audience behaves, you stop reporting on data, and start acting on it.

Day 2 of the INMA World Congress of News Media 2026 set the tone for a packed and energizing week ahead. It was a day filled with insightful sessions and meaningful conversations, with a clear sense that the industry is moving fast and being reshaped by a few key forces: brand as a real competitive advantage ✨, trust as something to be built systematically 🤝, AI transforming audiences, and stronger industry collaboration 🌍. Beyond the conference sessions, we had the pleasure of hosting an aperitivo with Tickaroo, Pugpig, and Viafoura. And we wrapped up the day by hosting an exclusive dinner alongside our friends at Arc XP, MonetizationOS, Mather, and NTB; closing Day 1 on a high note with great company and even better discussions. A strong start to the congress, and plenty more to come! 🚀

  • 🌏 Great few days at the WAN-IFRA, the World Association of News Publishers Digital Media Asia. From conversations on stage to chats in between sessions, one theme came up again and again: AI is no longer experimental, it’s becoming part of everyday newsroom workflows. Across the event, there was a strong focus on how teams are navigating an increasingly complex stack of tools, and how automation can help reduce manual work and bring more focus back to what really matters. A highlight for us was our session together with The Manila Times; sharing how their newsroom is using data and automation to move faster, streamline workflows, and get more out of their content. Thanks to everyone who joined, connected, and shared their perspectives. #WANIFRA #DigitalMediaAsia #NewsMedia #AIinMedia #MediaInnovation

  • 📊 Most publishers track content performance. The best ones understand what actually drives subscriptions. That’s exactly what the team a Ottawa Business Journal unlocked with Marfeel 👇 “Marfeel has all the tools to help newsrooms better understand how readers react to content, from what they consume to how they ultimately become a subscriber. More importantly, it focuses on the readers who are your most valuable target audience. The AI embedded in the tool is also a great prompt when looking for inspiration on how to follow or expand on a story or issue.” – Anne Howland, Editor-in-Chief While many teams are still guessing what converts, others are already optimizing for it.

  • 🇬🇧 London’s up next. Vincent R.
