⏰ The strongest conference experiences are not built in the room. They are built before you arrive. Before Los Angeles, prepare three things: ➡️ Your résumé. ➡️ Your LinkedIn profile. ➡️ Your 30-second professional story. Why? Because when you meet the right recruiter, executive, founder, or corporate partner, clarity matters. People should understand who you are, what you do, and what kind of opportunity you are ready for. Do not wait until September to organize your value. Start now, so you can walk into L.A. with confidence. ✨ Tap the link to register and begin preparing your Road to L.A. 🔗https://lnkd.in/eF4szeYR #NBMBAA #RoadToLA #PIVOT2026 #CareerPreparation #CareerGrowth

📸 Reflecting on an incredible, high-impact day at Cisco RTP for The AI Readiness Summit! We officially wrapped up an immersive, "pure-doing" experience, and the energy in the room was unmatched. We brought together over 300 business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate professionals all driven by a shared mission: moving past the theoretical hype of AI and building immediate, tangible technical capacity. I want to extend a massive Thank You to our phenomenal partners who made this vision a reality: RDU NBMBAA The RDU Triad Chapter of the National Black MBA Association for their brilliant leadership, coordination, and dedication to bridging the scaling gap for professionals. Cisco Cisco (and the Connected Black Professionals-RTP Inclusive Community) for hosting us at their world-class RTP Campus and championing equitable access to advanced tech stewardship. 🛠️ What We Executed As a scholar-practitioner, my goal was to bridge advanced management science with real-world technical execution. Throughout my five sessions, we didn't just talk about the future, we built it in real-time: AI 101 Panel Rotations: We broke down foundational prompting, algorithmic operational infrastructure, and responsible AI governance. AI In Your Life Practical Labs: Laptops were open, and the room shifted from passive listeners to active innovators. Attendees walked away with actionable blueprints to automate personal productivity, streamline enterprise workflows, and protect revenue infrastructure. Whether you attended as an employee looking to optimize your daily operations or an entrepreneur architecting an autonomous business system, you proved that our community is ready to build, create, and innovate. The momentum doesn't stop here. Let’s keep engineering systems that scale and protect our vision. 🚀 #AIReadiness #NBMBAA #Cisco #TechLeadership #AgenticAI #InformationSystems #ManagementScience #DigitalTransformation #RTP Tech #ScholarPractitioner
