Based in Los Angeles, Jake leads our business development and preconstruction efforts throughout the West Coast. His role reflects Reis' belief that the most successful projects begin long before construction starts. By engaging early with clients, architects, owner's representatives, and design teams, Jake helps establish the right strategy from the outset—aligning design intent, budget, schedule, constructability, and project goals to create a strong foundation for success. With more than 30 years of experience spanning architecture and construction, Jake brings a true design-to-build perspective to every opportunity. After earning his Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State, he built his career with leading architectural firms before operating his own design-build practice and ultimately focusing on high-end residential construction. Throughout his career, Jake has guided projects from concept through completion, earning a reputation for collaborative leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and building lasting relationships. His ability to bridge design and construction aligns perfectly with Reis' commitment to serving as a trusted partner from the earliest stages of project development through project completion. While many of you have already had the pleasure of working with Jeronimo over the past year, we realized we never officially introduced him after he stepped in during Lauren's maternity leave. It quickly became clear that Jeronimo had found his place at Reis—and we were fortunate to have him! Please join us in officially "welcoming" Jeronimo Aguilar Gutierrez as Director of Business Development for Florida & the Caribbean. Today with Reis nearly a year, Jeronimo lives in Miami to support our continued growth and long-term commitment to the Florida market, while still supporting our efforts nationally. In his role, he leads business development efforts across Florida for Reis and the Caribbean for Remian, building relationships with clients, owner's representatives, architects, and designers while connecting exceptional teams with exceptional projects. With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry and formal training as an architect, Jeronimo brings a unique perspective that bridges design and construction. His ability to understand both design intent and project execution allows him to collaborate seamlessly with clients and design teams from the earliest stages of a project.
