Most behavioral health programs track admissions volume, but volume alone doesn't show where prospective clients are lost along the way. These 7 weekly KPIs give intake directors a clear view of conversion, speed, and referral performance at every stage. Consistent visibility turns admissions from a guessing game into a manageable process. 👉 Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eU2X6hPn Want first access to Ritten content? 📣 We're hiring a Customer Support Engineer at Ritten! We're building the next generation of EHR + practice management software for behavioral health providers, and we're growing quickly. If you enjoy digging into complex technical problems, collaborating with Engineering, and making sure customers get real solutions—not just ticket updates—we'd love to meet you. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of Customer Support and Engineering—someone who loves investigating root causes, using data to solve problems, and improving the systems that power an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do: → Investigate and resolve complex customer escalations using tools like LogRocket, Metabase, SQL, and application logs, partnering with Engineering when deeper fixes are needed. → Serve as the Voice of the Customer during incidents by identifying root causes, communicating customer impact, and driving issues through resolution. → Improve support operations by building dashboards, documenting runbooks and knowledge base content, and identifying trends that enhance the customer experience. We're looking for someone with 3+ years of technical SaaS support experience, strong SQL skills, experience investigating issues with tools like LogRocket or FullStory, and a passion for solving complex customer problems. Experience with Metabase, incident response, and engineering escalation workflows is a big plus. 📍Location: Denver or Philadelphia (Hybrid) 📩Interested? The form exists. The policy requires it. The training has been done. So why does medication reconciliation keep showing up as a documentation deficiency in behavioral health audits? The answer is workflow design, and the fix comes down to three things: embedding med rec in the admission sequence, structuring the form for speed, and making incomplete med recs visible before they become chart problems. 👉 Learn more: https://hubs.ly/Q04qcwJV0 Want first access to Ritten content? Clean claim rate. Days in A/R. Denial rate. Documentation completeness. Authorization coverage. These are the 5 areas payer audits target most. Here's how to audit your own revenue cycle first, and fix what you find. 👉 Learn more: https://hubs.la/Q04px_FY0 Want first access to Ritten content? Two programs, identical clinical complexity, wildly different authorization rates. The difference is not the client, it is the documentation. Vague language like "client continues to make progress" gets challenged, while specific PHQ-9 scores and functional milestones get approved. 👉 Learn More: https://hubs.la/Q04nC4bl0 Want first access to Ritten content? Denial management is not primarily a billing problem. It is a documentation problem. The five most common behavioral health denial categories (medical necessity, authorization, credentialing, coding, and incomplete docs) are all identifiable before a claim is ever submitted. Here is how to fix them at the source. 👉 Learn more: https://hubs.la/Q04mWMYr0 Want first access to Ritten content? How long does it take your team to complete a treatment plan? We asked ourselves the same question and then we measured it. Before AI: 17.1 minutes median, from form creation to first signature. After AI: 5.8 minutes. That 3x improvement is one of the clearest signals we've seen that AI in behavioral health isn't hype. It's showing up in the actual day-to-day of clinical work. We're curious: where does your team feel the most documentation pressure? Drop it in the comments. We read every one. Utilization review outcomes come down to documentation quality, not just clinical complexity. Payer reviewers are scanning for four specific elements: current clinical presentation, active treatment response, discharge barriers, and a transition timeline. Programs that structure their notes around these elements consistently see higher authorization rates. 👉 Learn more: https://hubs.la/Q04nCr9L0 Want first access to Ritten content?
