  • Every Titan Tailgate starts with breakfast, but it's really about making time for the people behind the business. We loved bringing Titan Tailgate to the AmeriPro Roofing team this week. We appreciate the chance to spend time with your crew, hear what's happening on the ground, and connect beyond the day-to-day. Looking forward to supporting your continued growth. #ServiceTitan #TitanTailgate

We're grateful to our partners at ServiceTitan for hosting the Titan Tailgate breakfast for the AmeriPro Roofing team! As we continue our transition to the ServiceTitan platform, we're excited about the opportunities this technology brings to our business—from streamlining operations and improving communication to delivering an even better experience for our customers. A great partnership is about more than software—it's about investing in people, collaboration, and long-term success. Thank you, ServiceTitan, for for helping us kick off this next chapter. Here's to continued growth and raising the standard together.

  • Seventy-four percent of contractors expect AI to improve how they work. Among those already experimenting, 62% say the results are showing up, with many tracking three or more hours saved each week. In home and commercial service contractors where the owner is still the bottleneck, recovered admin hours go toward the parts of the business only they handle. The contractors who started a year ago are already past the question of whether AI works. They're measuring what it's returning, week over week. • Infographic titled "State of the Trades" highlighting AI benefits. The text states, "The AI efficiency payoff isn’t hype. It’s already showing up." Key statistics: 74% of contractors cite improved efficiency and productivity as a top expected AI benefit, and 62% report time savings of 3+ hours weekly with AI. • Workflows should adapt to your business, not the other way around. From new capabilities to practical resources, we’re sharing what’s next for roofing and exterior contractors. Register here: https://lnkd.in/ecA92e_m #ServiceTitan #Roofing #Exteriors

We spent a lot of time thinking about where roofing and exteriors businesses lose time they can't get back. One of them is building workflows from scratch every time the scope changes. New crew. New milestones. Insurance restoration work that needs its own structure. So we built the templates in and put them directly in the platform library. Standardize production milestones, expand into insurance restoration, deploy instantly and adjust to fit your operation. But the templates are one piece of something much bigger we've been building toward. July 29, I'm joining the team for a session built specifically for roofing and exteriors. We're walking through what's new, giving an early look at what's coming, and covering resources we built specifically for #Pantheon2026 There's time for real questions too. Whether you're already on ServiceTitan or still evaluating, this is worth an hour of your time before the summer rush ends.

  • Heather Ludwig, operations manager at Peak Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, said something most operators would love to be able to say: "We don't have invoices from 2025 that are outstanding." Two years ago that wasn't close to true. So they rebuilt the back office end to end: cards get stored before a tech even leaves for the job, the team bills out yesterday's work every morning, and nothing goes more than 48 hours without a follow-up call. The business grew right along with it, from $1 million to $12 million in two years, five techs to 25. Learn how they did it: https://lnkd.in/ex3jPDbj #ServiceTitan #Plumbing #HVAC

    • This image features a person wearing a Peak Plumbing, Heating & Cooling hoodie and a cap with the same logo. Text on the image highlights: "From $1M to $12M in four years" and "And the next goal is $100M." Below is the Peak Plumbing, Heating & Cooling logo. The background is a blue grid with icons labeled "Job" and "History.
  • Six years of generator install data, and the number held steady. A spike in 2024, a 17.8% pullback in 2025, right back to where it was. The underlying demand didn't move. Generator is a year-round conversation whether contractors are having it or not. The ones treating it as a reactive play compete for the same spike every time. The ones building it into their regular service work already own those customers. Full breakdown at the link. Worth comparing to your own call patterns: https://lnkd.in/eaFwDFK3 #ServiceTitan #StateofTheTrades

    • Bar chart titled "Installed generator demand by year (2020–2025)" showing demand changes: a slight increase of 13.2% in 2021, decreases of 3.0% in 2022 and 2023, a significant increase of 25.8% in 2024, and a decrease of 17.6% in 2025, with a dashed line indicating the average.

Chesapeake Electric cuts callbacks before they start by addressing a handful of repeat offenders like a diagnosis that got missed, or arrival times that weren't accurate. Ryan Deshaies treats those as fixable patterns, not bad luck. It's why he'll take a lost sale over a callback, every time. Chris Hunter sat down with Ryan to walk through how his team catches those patterns before they cost a second truck roll, including how his techs get answers on-site instead of guessing. Save this for the next time your board shows a callback you didn't see coming. Get the full conversation: https://lnkd.in/ekpRvsuy #ServiceTitan #ElectricalContractors

  • UPTIME just went live, bringing electrical, mechanical, controls, and refrigeration field service and project work into a single system. Months of testing and planning got them here. So did a finance team working weekends, field staff learning new workflows on the job, and leaders who kept customers first through every step of the change. Multi-line industrial operations don't consolidate onto one platform by accident. It takes a team that shows up for the unglamorous parts. Congratulations to the Uptime team!

🚀 We’re LIVE! As of July 9, Uptime Industrial Inc. is officially up and running on ServiceTitan! Months of planing, testing, training, and late nights have brought us to this milestone, a modern platform that will power our field service and project teams across industrial electrical, mechanical, controls, and refrigeration. A massive shout out to the incredible crew at ServiceTitan; Kelli Brenn, Shea Horner, and Rachel Fix, for all their amazing support every step of the way. From configuration and process optimization deep-dives to last-minute troubleshooting, this team went above and beyond to get us across the finish line. We couldn’t have done it without you. 🙌 And to our own Uptime team… thank you to the finance team for all the late nights and weekends. To all our field staff and operational leaders, thank you for embracing the change, learning new tools, and keeping our customers first through it all. Here’s to working smarter not harder! 🎉 #ServiceTitan #GoLive #FieldService #DigitalTransformation #UptimeIndustrial
