Every now and then you get lucky and make a magical hire. Nadine Curtin is one of those hires. I first met Nadine while she was surfing her way through Baja in the back of a van with her husband. Not the most conventional place to take a Zoom call with your new boss… But she knew her audience ;) 🏄🏻♂️ Since then, in just 2 years, Nadine has gone from contractor, to manager, to now our Head of Support. She is a role model that we all strive for at Stan: - Incredibly thoughtful - Consistently drives results - And a deft people manager The rare combination of a leader with strong business acumen and strong people skills. She’s a Leader, Owner, and Colleague. And now… very soon… a Mom! Nadine — we’re so grateful for your steady leadership and exemplary character here at Stan. And WE’RE SO FRKN HYPE FOR YOUR NEXT CHAPTER AS STAN’S FIRST MOM.

24 hours of flight delays, cancellations and travel chaos later… somehow, I made it to NYC🗽 I'm here with the Stan team for the next week to build Stanley for Business in public with one ambitious goal: Help put $1 million into the pockets of employees through content creation. Getting here wasn’t exactly smooth. My flight was delayed by four hours, cancelled, moved to the next day, and then delayed again because of bad weather. At one point, I genuinely didn’t think I was going to make it. But somehow, here I am finally in New York and ready to build. Over the next week, we’re launching 7 features in 7 days, each designed to take Stanley for Business to the next level. We’ll be sharing the wins, the chaos, the decisions, and everything we learn along the way. Day one is already off to an interesting start but excited to keep going and let’s build 🚀

This Thursday, we're hosting the Stanley Founder Fireside at our Toronto office. Our last event filled up in 2 days. We had double the demand over capacity. Five founders and operators who are actually scaling companies right now. We'll get into the real stuff on GTM and distribution: how they got their first users, what channels actually worked, and the stuff that totally flopped. If you're building something or trying to grow, you should be here. We're capping it at 80 people, and spots are going fast. Just wanted to give you a heads up before it's gone. Drop a comment if you're in and I'll send you the link. 📍 Downtown Toronto, July 30th

You are sitting on more reach than any of your company pages, and I bet you are not using it. I kept thinking about this from the engineering side. I want my engineers posting about what they're building. It makes them better at explaining their work. It attracts other builders. And it gives Stan reach that our company page never will. Your company LinkedIn page gets maybe 2% organic reach. Meanwhile your engineers, PMs, and designers are connected to exactly the people you're trying to reach. So we built something at Stan. Stanley for Business lets an admin set a topic, employees opt in, generate a post with Stanley, submit for approval, and go live on their own profiles. Here's the core idea: pay your employees to post. If 20 employees each have 500 connections, that's 10,000 people seeing your company's message from someone they actually trust. That's more reach than most brand accounts will ever get. We're in beta right now. Want to try this with your team? For the past year I’ve helped 3,973 people grow on LinkedIn. But your personal brand doesn't live on just one platform. Neither should I. It’s actually a bit selfish to keep me just on LinkedIn, don’t you think?? So, now I’m helping you on Instagram, X and Threads too. One Stanley → one place → all your content. Here’s what using me will now look like: ✅ One platform for every channel ✅ One content calendar across everything ✅ Repurpose one post into many automatically ✅ Text me on iMessage and create content on the go ✅ Separate voice per platform so you always sound like you Here's what's not changing: ❌ Your data ❌ Your voice ❌ Your subscription price If you got the migration email this week, here's what to do: 1. Open Stanley and click the pop-up invite 2. Tap "Bring my phone in" to unlock texting features 3. Send one message and you're done Everyone migrates automatically on July 31st anyway. Same me. Just everywhere now. P.S. You can now text me on iMessage so you can talk to me from anywhere

There aren't many people I'd wake up eager to work for. John Hu and Vitalii Dodonov are the exception. 6 months ago, I was an unproven 19-year old who just dropped school to go all in on myself. Sure, I'd made videos with millions of views and had startup experience, but I'd never led a content team at scale. But one day, they stumbled across my work and took a massive bet on me. Fast forward to now, I'm leading content at Stan (a $400M company) and working with the founders every day to build a world-class content engine. On top of that, I was even trusted to grow a new product (Stanley Studio, our AI video editor) from 0 to now 3800 users. I still can't believe it. None of this felt possible 6 months ago. But if you're guided by people who see the endless potential in you and are willing to tell you what you need to hear, and you pair that with your unquenchable desire to become better, you'll go places, trust me. 🚀
