Triplemoon is tackling one of the most underserved gaps in healthcare: pediatric behavioral health. Triplemoon uses a unique Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) that keeps physicians, therapists, and psychiatrists working in lockstep. A few things that stood out from their story: • CoCM requires clinical data to move fluidly between therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians. This brings a level of complexity most EHRs aren't built for. • Scaling means onboarding entire clinics at once, which demands that complicated workflows run smoothly. • Their data infrastructure isn't just operational.
