Business Systems Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics, AS400,SAP)or SQL experience in a manufacturing environment who is comfortable administering, troubleshooting, and making system customizations independently.

This is on-site opportunity with a manufacturing facility in the Fort Worth, TX area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary on-site administrator for ERP
• Manage daily ERP system operations within a manufacturing environment
• Support invoicing, bills of materials (BOM), parts tracking, and production workflows
• Customize, configure, and optimize system functionality to meet operational needs
• Perform programming or system modifications as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues independently
• Act as liaison between plant operations and corporate IT (Dallas-based team)
• Train and support end users within the facility
• Ensure data integrity and system efficiency

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong hands-on experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics, AS400, SAP)or SQL
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of ERP workflows including:
• Invoicing
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Inventory and parts management
• Production processes
• Ability to operate independently without heavy corporate IT support
• Experience with system customization or light programming preferred
• Background as an ERP Administrator, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Degree not required — practical experience highly valued
