Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly driven and organized Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our New York office. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our recruitment success by efficiently identifying top talent, sourcing new business, and optimizing our processes to achieve outstanding results. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality placements and bringing on new clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be on achieving recruitment targets and contributing to the overall success of the team by bringing on new clients and roles. Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-Desk Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, encompassing both candidate sourcing and new business development to secure high-value placements.
• Strategic Talent Identification: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.
• Process Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting processes, tools, and systems to maximize personal efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Market Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, compensation, and talent availability within your specialized technology areas, leveraging this knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
• Candidate and Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed individual recruitment metrics and goals, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for experience in technology or IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, consistently meeting or exceeding individual placement targets.
• Demonstrated ability to excel independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
