GQR – Senior Recruitment Specialist – Healthcare

GQR is growing our high-performance contract recruitment team within our NYC Office. We're hiring recruitment pros to focus on placing acute care clinicians (RN & Allied) into short-term assignments at our hospital partners nationwide.

This is a 180 recruiting role, with total candidate ownership. Our Account Managers drive client relationships and job flow, so you can focus on what you do best: finding, closing, and redeploying top clinical talent.

The Opportunity:

• Source and engage high-quality acute care clinicians for short term contracts
• Build deep pipelines of RNs and Allied professionals ready to move quickly
• Match, submit, and close candidates on open hospital roles across the US
• Drive speed and volume throughout the recruitment cycle including interviews, offers, and starts
• Partner tightly with Account Managers to prioritize high-impact roles
• Create repeat business by building strong relationships and providing superior customer service

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of healthcare staffing or agency recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills and power of influence. You know how to create urgency, build trust, and secure commitments
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding KPIs with a strong production history
