Senior Superintendent | Ground-Up Hospitality & Multifamily

This role will begin by leading a ground-up luxury hotel/resort project valued at approximately $50M. You'll have full responsibility for field operations from groundbreaking through project completion while partnering closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership.

Description

• Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project closeout.
• Manage project schedule and daily field activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives.
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure quality control and enforce company safety standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and project staff.
• Maintain excellent communication with the project management team to achieve schedule and budget objectives.

Profile

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience leading multiple ground-up commercial projects from start to finish.
• At least 3-4 successfully completed ground-up builds as the Lead Superintendent.
• Strong hospitality and/or multifamily construction experience.
• Extensive experience with concrete podium construction.
• Experience managing projects in the $20M-$35M+ range, with the ability to lead projects up to $50M.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, structural concrete, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $200k (Depending on Experience)
• Vehicle allowance between $600 - $800 month
• Full Gas Reimbursement
• Bonus up to 20% of salary
• 3 weeks PTO + 12 paid holidays
