The old go-to-market playbook was volume: more emails, more ads, more cold outreach, and hope something sticks. The modern one is value and it runs on AI + unified data. Here's what a modern GTM strategy actually looks like in HubSpot 👇 1️⃣ Agent-First Engagement Let AI handle up to ~80% of early lead qualification and discovery. Your website chatbot spots buying intent and books the meeting automatically so your team spends time closing, not chasing. 2️⃣ Data Unification One system of record. CRM records, service history, and AI-prompt insights in a single place, so marketing, sales, and service finally share the same customer view. No more siloed data, no more "which number is right?" 3️⃣ Targeted Deal Funnels Lead scoring and automated sequences triggered by real intent signals guiding prospects to self-serve or routing them to the right pipeline at the right moment. 4️⃣ Seamless Launches Use HubSpot's built-in Go-To-Market Kit to set your strategic foundation, map pricing, and stand up clear GTM metrics dashboards from day one. The brands winning right now aren't the ones shouting the loudest. They're the ones whose systems do the heavy lifting so their people can focus on the work only people can do. That's the build AtlanticWorks does for you as a certified HubSpot partner, with full ownership of everything we set up. #HubSpot #GoToMarket #RevOps #AIautomation #GTM #B2BMarketing #SalesEnablement #AtlanticCanada

Most people will look at HubSpot acquiring Warmly, and call it another AI acquisition. That’s fair. But for HubSpot users, this matters. Because CRM has always had one big gap. Intent. We store contacts. Track deals. Create workflows. Build reports. But we still miss key signals. Who is visiting the website? Which company is showing interest? Which prospect is active but has not filled a form? Which account needs sales attention today? That’s where Warmly becomes important. It helps identify website visitors, understand buying intent, and turn that activity into action. If this gets deeply connected with HubSpot, CRM will not just be a place where data sits. It will start helping teams decide what to do next. For HubSpot users, this could mean: Less manual lead checking. Faster follow-ups. Better visibility on warm accounts. Smarter routing. Cleaner sales and marketing handoff. Today, many teams still depend on exports, spreadsheets, and delayed follow-ups. But when intent signals flow directly into CRM, the way teams work changes. You don’t just know who submitted a form. You start knowing who is showing interest before they raise their hand. That’s the real shift. From CRM as a database. To CRM as an active GTM system. And that matters. #HubSpot #CRM #RevOps #MarketingOps #SalesOps #AI #GTM #Automation #IntentData

HubSpot just put Agent Hub into public beta, and I think it resolves one of the biggest problem with AI in GTM right now. Fragmentation. For example, your prospecting agent emails an account the same week your service agent is handling their open complaint, and neither knows the other exists. Agent Hub (live now for Pro and Enterprise) changes the operating model: → One console for every agent across marketing, sales, and service — live status, actual results, organised by outcome: build demand, win deals, delight customers, scale growth. → Agent Builder lets you describe a workflow in plain language and it builds the agent on your existing CRM data. Deals, contacts, call transcripts, buying signals. No field mapping, no middleware, no dev ticket. → Agents trigger from anything: schedules, record updates, webhooks, third-party tools. What this means in practice: two plays I'd build this week: 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱-𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Every RevOps team has a graveyard of closed-lost deals nobody works. Build an agent that monitors those accounts for change signals such as new funding, leadership hires, renewed site visits etc it pulls the original loss reason and call notes, and re-engages with context: "You passed on us 9 months ago over budget. Your new VP just visited our pricing page." That's not a sequence. That's a rep who never forgets. 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹 → 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆, 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 A target account hits your pricing page three times in a week. Today that signal dies in a dashboard. Now: webhook triggers the agent → it checks deal history and open tickets (so you don't prospect an account mid-escalation) → drafts personalised outreach → routes it to the right owner. Signal to play before the intent goes cold. The unlock isn't the agents. It's the shared context. Agents that see the whole customer journey, every touchpoint, every team and they work together, not separately. RevOps has spent a decade stitching tools together so the data tells one story. This is that story starting to act on itself. If you're on Pro or Enterprise, the beta is live now. Start with one play, measure it, then scale. What's the first agent you'd build? #RevOps #GTM #HubSpot #AIAgents #SalesOps

Charlotte Shiron does a great job of laying out all of the GTM tools needed to run a modern-day business. The categories of the apps are quite extensive (with over 50 tools). And that underlines the complexity of modern GTM: 🟢 CRMs and Enrichment 🟢 Marketing Automation 🟢 Company and Contact Databases 🟢 Intent Signals 🟢 Website Visitor Identification 🟢 Data Scraping, Orchestration and Quality 🟢 Automated and Manual Sequencers 🟢 Power Dialers 🟢 LinkedIn Content and Ads Tracking 🟢 SEO/AI Search 🟢 Sales Enablement 🟢 Channel Attribution 🟢 Automations/AI Agents How many tools do you have in your arsenal right now? Do you have one for each of the categories above? We'd love to hear about your favorite tool (and why). Comment and let me know!

If you're in RevOps, this one's for you. HubSpot just launched the Agent CLI in public beta - basically, it lets AI agents (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or OpenAI Codex) plug straight into your HubSpot portal and actually do the work, not just talk about it. Think of it like this: all those repetitive questions and cleanup tasks you handle in HubSpot every week? You can now hand them off to an agent and have them run on a schedule - before you've even had your coffee. ☕ Here's how I see it helping RevOps day-to-day: 1️⃣ Data cleanup that runs itself - every Monday at 8am, get a prioritized list of high-fit contacts with no deals, stale activity, or missing fields. No more manual audits. 2️⃣ Safer bulk changes - you can preview everything with a dry-run before it touches live data. Huge for property cleanups, deduping, and migrations where one wrong move hurts. 3️⃣ Faster answers, less digging - need to know where a deprecated property is used across workflows, reports, and views? Ask once, get the full picture, review the cleanup plan, then apply. It's available to all HubSpot customers on all tiers (as long as you use one of the supported agents). Full announcement here 👉 [Now in Public Beta] HubSpot Agent CLI: https://lnkd.in/gEEZ596S (Disclosure: drafted with AI assistance, reviewed by me for accuracy.) #HubSpot #RevOps #AIAgents #Automation #HubSpotCommunity

A GTM tech stack should reduce complexity. Most of them create more of it. I see teams collecting tools like they are building an advantage: • Apollo for data • Clay for enrichment • Instantly or Smartlead for outreach • HubSpot for CRM • Zapier or Make for automation • AI tools for research and personalization None of these tools are the strategy. They are infrastructure. A strong GTM stack should answer five questions: 1. Where does our data come from? 2. How do we qualify and segment prospects? 3. How do we launch and manage outreach? 4. Where are conversations and opportunities tracked? 5. How do insights flow back into the system? If your tools do not work together, you do not have a stack. You have subscriptions. The goal is not to use more software. The goal is to build one connected system that turns data into conversations and conversations into revenue. Tools should support the process. They should never become the process. What is one tool in your GTM stack you could not operate without? #GTM #TechStack #RevenueOperations #SalesAutomation #LeadGeneration #OutboundSales

For years, "automate it in HubSpot" basically meant one thing: build a workflow. Powerful, but only as far as a clean "if-this-then-that" style-tool could reach. Friends, that just changed. Yesterday, HubSpot shipped Agent Hub and Agent Builder: one place to see and run AI agents across marketing, sales, and service, built on the data already sitting in your CRM. 💪 Here's why it's exciting. Workflows still handle the deterministic steps beautifully. Now the steps that always needed a human (reading a messy inbound email, summarizing three call transcripts, drafting insights from real research) can hand off to an agent, right inside the automation you already trust. Rules for the predictable parts. An agent for the judgment parts. Together, a lot more of your process comes into reach. 🤝 Growth's new guide just went live on our blog to help you get started. It maps 50+ ways to put HubSpot Agent Hub to work, across every GTM team and a handful of our favorite industry verticals. (see comments for a direct link) #HubSpot #AgentHub #RevOps

Most HubSpot Marketing Hub portals are sitting on a gap. The gap is not data. Contacts, activities, pipeline stages, campaign metrics: that operational layer is usually solid. The gap is context. Who the company is. What it sells and why buyers care. Which accounts are a good fit and which are not. Who the competitors are and where the company wins against them. How the brand sounds when it speaks. The platform has given this context a formal home. Business details, products, brand voice and email tone now live in a dedicated context layer that Breeze applies automatically. Knowledge vaults hold curated reference material that individual assistants and agents draw on. Answer engine optimisation tracks how the company appears in AI search results. The practical sequence matters too. Company and buyer definitions come first because everything else inherits from them. Competitor and market intelligence comes next. Agent activation and scoring configuration come last, built on the foundation rather than guessing without it. Portals without this context are not getting the full value they should be from their investment. #HubSpot #B2BMarketing #MarketingStrategy #BreezeAI #MarketIntelligence #GrowthStrategy

HubSpot just automated the gap between intent and pipeline... Yesterday's news that HubSpot is acquiring Warmly, is more than a product add. Warmly identifies who is visiting your website at the person level, scores them by intent, routes high-priority accounts to reps, and automates outreach, all without human intervention. That workflow is now set to live natively inside HubSpot. The gap between "someone visited your pricing page" and "a rep has sent a personalised message" is being closed by agents, not people. For RevOps and GTM teams, this changes the shape of the function. RevOps has always been about connecting data, process, and people. This move puts AI agents in that middle layer, actively executing on revenue signals rather than just surfacing them. The role is shifting from building the machine to supervising the agents that run it. The teams who redesign their GTM around this first will have a structural advantage over those who don't. #RevOps #GTM #HubSpot #SalesAI #B2BSales
