Access to care starts with access to information. Navigating health and community services can be challenging for older adults, caregivers, and even providers. Resources like York Region's Seniors Navigation Guide make it easier to connect people with the supports they need to age well in their communities. As we continue to advance integrated, person-centred care, sharing practical resources like this is a simple but meaningful way to improve access. Thank you to Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey for an outstanding collaboration with the New Jersey Public Health Association (NJPHA) on last night's networking event. The turnout was fantastic, the food was delicious, and, most importantly, the networking was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was especially exciting to welcome 10 new members to the NJPHA community! The evening was a testament to the power of collaboration. Public health cannot be done in isolation. It requires all of us, across organizations, sectors, and disciplines, coming together, building relationships, sharing ideas, and holding the line for public health. The more connected we are, the more collaborative we become, and the more aligned our efforts, the stronger our public health infrastructure will be to meet the challenges ahead and advance the work we are all so passionate about. Thank you again to PMCH for your partnership. Looking forward to many more opportunities to strengthen public health together. #PublicHealth #Collaboration #Partnership
We had a fun evening at the Midsummer Night's Networking Event last night at our Secaucus Office! We were thrilled to host this event with the New Jersey Public Health Association (NJPHA) to bring 70 public health professionals and graduate students together for a night of conversation and connections. Public health professionals don’t just talk about change; they make it happen!
