The round was led by Prime Movers Lab, with participation from Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holding Co., Ltd. 富邦金控 Financial Holding Venture Capital, and AGLAÉ VENTURES. Founded by Artem Sokolov, Humanoid is building AI powered industrial humanoid robots designed for sectors such as manufacturing and logistics. The fresh investment will help the company accelerate its robotics platform, expand commercial deployments, increase production capacity, and continue advancing its proprietary AI technology, KinetIQ. JUST IN: China's ROBOTERA has raised $148 million in a new funding round led by @Chengtong Fund. 🇨🇳🤖 Founded by @Chen Jianyu, YUE XI. ROBOTERA develops humanoid robots, service robots, and dexterous robotic hands to accelerate the future of embodied AI. The funding round also attracted investments from: • Jiangxi Provincial State-owned Enterprise Assets Operation (Holdings) Co., Ltd. • Guoyuan Securities Company Limited • Yufu Zhongxin Fund • Hangzhou Financial Investment Group Returning investors include CICC Renault, Jiukun Venture Capital, Hony Capital, Juntai Capital, and Shenghe Capital. With this latest investment, Robotera has now raised $369 million over the past two months, following: • 💰 $148M strategic funding in March • 💰 $200M funding round in April • 💰 $148M funding round in July The fresh capital will help accelerate the development and commercialization of humanoid robotics and embodied AI.
