Krisis moral pejabat publik merupakan salah satu persoalan mendasar yang tengah dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia. Berbagai kasus korupsi, penyalahgunaan wewenang, kolusi, dan nepotisme yang melibatkan para penyelenggara negara terus menjadi perbincangan publik dan menggerus kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi pemerintahan. Data dari Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kasus korupsi yang melibatkan pejabat publik dari berbagai tingkatan, mulai dari kepala daerah, anggota legislatif, hingga pejabat kementerian, masih terus menunjukkan angka yang memprihatinkan dari tahun ke tahun. 1 Fenomena ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kerugian finansial negara, tetapi juga menyebabkan kerusakan sistemik pada tatanan pemerintahan yang bersih dan berwibawa. Ketika para pejabat yang seharusnya menjadi pelayan masyarakat justru menyalahgunakan amanah yang dipercayakan kepada mereka, maka rasa keadilan sosial pun semakin tergerus. Indonesia Corruption Perceptions Index menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia masih berada di peringkat yang kurang memuaskan dalam hal tata kelola pemerintahan yang bersih di antara negara-negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara. 2 1

در این روزها و خصوصاً بعد از سقوط کابل به دست گروه طالبان، شهر کابل و سایر نقاط کشور دچار دگرگونیها و برخوردهای، هم
فیزیکی و هم فرهنگی، شده است. آنچه از این تضادها و دگرگونیها مهم جلوه کرد و بازتابهای جدی را شاهد بود، برخوردهای
فرهنگی و عقیدتی بود. این برخوردها در میان نسل جوان که در فضای دموکراسی نوپا نفس میکشید و در ارتباط و حمایتهای
کشورهای غربی و سازمانهای بینالمللی زندگی میکرد و نسل که ناراضی از این حاکمیت بیستسالهی به اصطلاح غربی و کفری و
استعماری بود، شدت گرفت.
در طی همین چندماه تسلط طالبان، تظاهرات و گردهماییهای زیادی از طرفهای موافق و مخالف در رابطه به تحولات اخیر
برگزار گردید. اما متأسفانه خیلی از آنها، خصوصاً تظاهرات علیه طالبان، به خشونتهای ناخوشآیند روبهرو شد. در این میان، آنچه
حتی بیشترین توجه رسانههای منطقه و حتی جهان را جلب کرد، اولا،ً حمایت تعداد از زنان در قندوز و به تعقیب آن در دانشگاه
تعلیموتربیهی کابل در همان اوایل سقوط کابل بود. این زنان با نوعِ خاص از پوشش - البته بهتر بگویم، پوشیدگی! زیرا پوشیدگی،
پیچیدن همهی بدن با چیزی است، اما پوشش، پوشاندن قسمتهای بدن بسته به لزومات طبیعی یا اجتماعی و گاهاً فکری و عقیدتی
است - و زیر نام حجاب، همهی شان را سیاهپوش کرده، حمایت شان را از نظام طالبان و امارت اسلامی اعلان نمودند. همچنان از
دیگر زنان کشور نیز خواستند تا حجاب اسلامی - اما حقیقتاً طالبانی و عربی - را مراعات کرده، دست از ترویج فرهنگ و سنتهای
غربی بردارند. دوما،ً اقدامات وزارت امر به معروف و نهی از منکر در رابطه به حجاب- با پیشنهادکردن دو الگوی «پوشش عربی» و
«چادری»- گشتوگذار زنان، شنیدن موسیقی و ریشگذاشتن مردان بود که در این اواخیر سروصداهای زیادی ایجاد کرد.
بنابر این، تلاش این نوشتار مختصر این است که با نگاه نسبتاً منصفانه و در عین حال منتقدانه به مسألهی حجاب، خصوصاً در
چارچوب اسلام، توجه صورت گیرد. برای این کار تلاش خواهد شد تا بیشتر از تحلیلهای میانرشتهیی استفاده گردد

Religious experience emerging from our Islamic tradition is, at its very foundation, in conflict with the form of religious experience grounded in modernity. The situation of our philosophical thought today makes it necessary to rethink the foundations of both, and the relation between them.

Iqbal is the first Islamic thinker who, through the concepts of “religious experience” and “modern scientific foundations,” undertakes a rethinking of the fundamental questions of Islam, and arrives at explanations that are, in essence, at odds with the nature of its traditional foundations.

My concern here is not to criticise the consequences of his view, but to identify two problems within his approach: first, the uncertain form of knowledge produced by a religious experience based on a “material worldview”; and second, a third dimension called “spirituality,” which he attempts to add to this modern knowledge. These two, despite Iqbal’s effort, have not proved reconcilable; and today the conflict between them is no longer something that can simply be resolved.

To understand the dialectical position of these two contradictory elements within contemporary culture is to prepare the ground for a form of self-awareness: an awareness of how we today confront the root of truth, or God, and of the position of our own philosophical thought.

نزاع‌های فرساینده‌ی شبکه‌های اجتماعی ضرورتِ اندیشیدن به اهمیت و آداب گفت‌وگوی انتقادی را بیش از پیش عیان کرد. با وجود آثاری در سنجشگرانه‌اندیشی جای خالی متنی بومی، مقدماتی و روزآمد که مشخصاً به گفت‌وگوشناسی بپردازد و پاسخ‌گوی نیازهای فضای فکری ما باشد، محسوس بود. کتاب گفت‌وگو؛ آیین حق‌جویی، درآمدی بومی به گفت‌وگوشناسی سعی‌وخطایی است در پاسخ به این خلأ. در این اثر کوشیده‌ام با گذر از رویکردهای صرفاً ترجمه‌ای و انتزاعی، به پیشینه‌ی گفت‌وگو در سنت ایرانی-اسلامی بپردازم. بخش نخستِ کتاب بر بازخوانی، ترجمه و شرح رساله‌ای کلاسیک در آداب مناظره از طاش‌کبری‌زاده (قاضی و ادیب عصر عثمانی) استوار است. بخش‌های بعدی کتاب نیز به واکاویِ اهمیت نقد فضیلت‌مندانه و سنجشِ الگوهای رایج در شبه‌نقد و شبه‌بحث می‌پردازد. این کتاب، در مقام دهمین عنوان از مجموعه‌ی گفت‌وگواندیشی، به‌تازگی از سوی نشر کرگدن منتشر شده است.

شاید تاکنون کسی متوجه نشده باشد که رسم سلام گویی از عربها نیست؛ بلکه رسمی است که اسلام و در اصل قرآن به واسطه پیامبر اکرم، در میان اعراب حجاز ترویج داده؛ و از آن پس در میان دیگر مسلمانان رواج یافته است.
البته بسیاری از عربها بخصوص آنان که مقیّد به انجام مستحبّات نیستند، از ظهور اسلام تاکنون، هنوز هم به این مهمّ پایبند نیستند و به یکدیگر سلام نمی‌گویند.

The purchase of a series of international journals marks a novel phase in the work of the mission, namely the organization of a library encompassing no less than twenty languages, offering the latest books and journals on Islam, the science of religion, Muslim modernity, and religious reform. A closer look at this collection will allow the reader to form some idea of how Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah picked his way through the many publications on religion and modernity that were published in the 1930s in Europe and beyond. The analysis serves to illuminate the manner in which this missionary adapted core Ahmadiyya reform proposals for religious progress and grafted them onto European modernity discourses in the 1930s in Berlin. By 1930, Germany had seen enough crises to make people clamour for stability and, during that year, the catastrophe continued to unfold. In January, war reparations were calculated to last until as late as 1988.

Traditional Qurʾānic schools have historically served as institutions for Islamic education and spiritual formation in Southwest Nigeria. Recently, however, some, particularly those operated by the Zumrah Al-Muʾminīn Group, have taken on informal rehabilitation roles, undertaking responsibilities traditionally associated with social welfare and psychological support. This development has raised concerns over practices that may conflict with Islamic ethical standards. Consequently, this study assessed the extent to which rehabilitation activities of these centres conform to principles of the Sharīʿah, especially in relation to al-ʿadālah (justice), al-raḥmah (compassion), and ḥifẓ al-karāmah al-insāniyyah (preservation of human dignity) as entrenched in the maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah (objectives of Islamic Law). The study adopted a qualitative methodology, employing structured interviews to collect data from stakeholders involved in or affected by the operation of these centres. Respondents included religious scholars who provided theological perspectives on Sharīʿah compliance; administrators of the rehabilitation centres who elucidated their operational frameworks and rationales; and members of the host communities who reflected on the social perception and local impact of the centres. Findings revealed that, notwithstanding the Group's claim of adherence to Islamic norms, several operational practices within the centres conflict with core Sharīʿah values relating to justice, human dignity, and education. Notable concerns included incidents of physical and emotional abuse, unhygienic living conditions, and insufficient delivery of spiritual and educational guidance. These contraventions undermine the maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, particularly those related to ḥifẓ al-nafs (preservation of life), ḥifẓ al-ʿaql (preservation of intellect), and ḥifẓ al-karāmah (preservation of dignity). The study concludes that several practices within the rehabilitation centres fall short of the ethical and legal standards set by the Sharīʿah. It therefore recommended that the establishment of standardised, Islamically compliant rehabilitation models, complemented by governmental regulation and community oversight. In doing so, it contributes to the ongoing discourse on the future of Islamic education in Nigeria, offering pragmatic solutions for safeguarding student welfare while preserving the authenticity and spiritual integrity of traditional Qurʾānic learning.

تقترح هذه الدراسة مقاربة جديدة لتصنيف المفهومات الأخلاقية في القرآن الكريم على أساس إحصائي يرصد تطور تواترها بين المرحلة المكية والمرحلة المدنية، وبناء على ذلك صُنِّفت إلى أربعة حقول دلالية، الثلاثة الأولى منها هي المفهومات الأشد تواترًا في المرحلة المكية، ثم انحدرت درجة تواترها في المرحلة المدنية، فيختص الحقل الأول بالمفهومات التي تتصل بأخلاق المعرفة وموقف الإنسان من الحقيقة والأنا والإنكار، والمفهوم الأهم في هذا الحقل هو الكذب، أما الحقل الثاني فموضوعاته تدور حول مجامع الأخلاق المذمومة، والتي تتجاوز الأنا إلى الآخر، والمفهوم الأهم في هذا الحقل هو الظلم، أما الحقل الثالث فهو المفهومات التي تقرر مجامع الأخلاق المحمودة التي يكرسها القرآن المكي، وهي على النقيض من الحقلين السابقين، والمفهوم الأهم في هذا الحقل هو الرحمة، ثم يأتي الحقل الرابع المتعلق بالمفهومات التي كان تواتر حضورها في المرحلة المدنية أكثر منه في المرحلة المكية، والمعنى الجامع بينها كونها من الأخلاق الكلية، والتي تعبر عن المنظومة الأخلاقية القرآنية، ولخصائص المرحلة المدنية تأثير في زيادة تواترها، والمفهوم الأهم في هذا الحقل هو التقوى. وقد صنفت هذه الحقول مرفقة بجداول إحصائية تكشف تطور تواتر كل مفهوم بين المكي والمدني، مع تحليل العلاقة بين مفهومات كل حقل دلالي، وإبراز ما يربطها بالمرحلة التي ينتمي إليها الحقل الدلالي.

This paper presents the intellectual foundation, translation principles, and global vision behind The English Qur’an, a modern British English translation of the meanings of the Qur’an developed to serve contemporary readers while remaining fully faithful to the Arabic revelation. The work is based on the conviction that the Qur’an must be encountered with clarity, dignity, precision, and accessibility, without sacrificing its sacred tone, structure, or theological integrity.

Many existing English translations have served important historical and scholarly roles, yet a significant number remain difficult for the ordinary reader due to archaic language, inherited biblical phrasing, excessive literal rigidity, overly academic presentation, or inserted interpretive commentary within the verses themselves. This paper argues that a serious modern translation must respond to these challenges respectfully, while preserving full loyalty to the Arabic meaning.

The English Qur’an is built upon the principle that revelation should be encountered in living language, not hidden behind avoidable linguistic barriers. It retains Qur’anic terminology such as Allah, Tawrah, Injīl, and Zabūr, preserves prophetic names in their original Qur’anic form without inserted English alternatives or brackets, and rejects both careless paraphrase and lifeless literalism. It also avoids inserted bracketed explanations inside verses, ensuring that translation remains distinct from commentary.

This study establishes the core principles of the project: fidelity to Arabic meaning, clarity over archaism, preservation of divine tone, verse integrity, consistency in sacred terminology, accessibility for the general reader, theological neutrality, legal and ethical precision, natural linguistic beauty, and humility before revelation.

The paper also includes selected translation demonstrations from The English Qur’an to show how these principles operate in practice across theology, law, narrative, spiritual reflection, justice, and moral responsibility. Its purpose is not merely to introduce a translation project, but to establish a serious academic and public framework for trustworthy Qur’an translation in the modern world.

Over the last decade, scholars of Islam have increasingly turned to the imaginal-forces not immediately visible or tangible-and its effects on the broad range of Muslim understandings of reality and truth. Much of this scholarship has implicitly suggested that the exploratory character of the imaginal and its acceptance of multiple truths and values is the prerogative of traditionalist Muslims, while its ambiguities are inherently oppositional to the project of modernity. This idea has been most explicitly articulated by Thomas Bauer, according to whom modernization annihilated ambiguity in Muslim communities. Focusing on stories about dream encounters, I complicate these binaries by showing that the so-called epistemic norms of modernity cannot be easily mapped onto this traditionalist-modernist conceptual pair, as the capacity to tolerate ambiguity may take different forms. While modernist Muslims may themselves insist on the fundamental incompatibility of the modernist project with the imaginal and its ambiguous understandings of the real, they reconceptualize experiences of ambiguity in terms that differentiate them from premodern or traditionalist conceptualizations.

At a time when there is growing momentum to create greater epistemic space for non-Anglo-European intellectual traditions in the modern academy, the appearance of Terry Lovat's Handbook of Islamic Philosophy could not be more apt. The book's general approach also aligns well with recent attempts among contemporary Muslim philosophers to decolonize Islamic philosophy. 1 At the same time, the editor's selection of materials for this volume evinces a thoughtful engagement with the Islamic philosophers as being indebted to their intellectual past (particularly the traditions of Late Antiquity), but as also addressing the philosophical concerns and problems native to their religion. This acknowledgement sets the work in question apart from most other books of its kind, and can, if taken seriously by Muslims, allow them to understand and develop methods and theories in conversation with their own intellectual traditions (after all, do Europeans and North Americans not do just this with their traditions?). Such a perspective also has the advantage of diminishing the reductive Anglo-Eurocentric notions of universality that still dominate Islamic studies, where Muslims and their worldviews are at best historicized and thereby particularized and straightjacketed into Western and hence "universal" and "timeless" intellectual narratives and concerns. Lovat's Handbook of Islamic Philosophy is divided into two overlapping categories, namely the theoretical and the practical, or what he calls the "Classical, Post-Classical and Aesthetic" and the "Practical, Applied and Contextual." The former includes essays on the origins of Islamic philosophy and the symbiotic relationship between Sufism and philosophy alongside discussions on Arabic logic and interreligious hermeneutics. The latter consists of entries that have an eye on the lived nature of Muslim theology across many cultural and linguistic zones, covering topics such as Islamic finance, Quranic pedagogy, and legal reform. Such a broad range of inquiries finessed in a volume on Islamic philosophy will certainly challenge what is normally understood by the term "philosophy." This is a welcome provocation, not least because it shows how Islam's conception of philosophy allows it to address the widest possible dimensions of the human experience, from art and religion to literature and education.

This study explores the intellectual legacies of two prominent modern Ḥanafīs, the post-Mughal Indian Muḥammad Anwar Shāh Kashmīrī (d. 1352/ 1933) and the Ottoman Muḥammad Zāhid al-Kawtharī (d. 1371/ 1952), within the context of the religious and political upheavals of the early fourteenth/ twentieth century. While both scholars share educational backgrounds rooted in parallel sub-Ḥanafī traditions—the Dars-i Niẓāmī and the Ottoman curriculum, respectively—nuanced methodological disparities  become apparent upon closer scrutiny. By juxtaposing their respective milieus, academic competencies, literary output, and theological, legal, and hermeneutic frameworks, this paper underscores their idiosyncratic perspectives and enduring influences in the landscape of contemporary Ḥanafī thought.

In the philosophy of Allama Iqbal, modesty ‫(حیا)‬ holds a significant place. Iqbal, a renowned philosopher, poet, and politician from the Sub-continent, emphasized the importance of different characteristics of a person i.e. honesty, brevity, custodianship, and leadership. According to his viewpoint, modesty has a fundamental status in the development of the individual and society. For Iqbal, modesty was not just about shyness or humility in behavior, but it was a deeper concept internally connected with self-respect, dignity, and moral integrity. He believed that modesty was essential for the spiritual growth of an individual. Iqbal argued that true modesty can protect a person from negative behavior and ultimately society. It develops a sense of self-awareness and a recognition of good and evil. This sensor can protect from evil and motivate towards good deeds. However, it also involves a firm belief in one's capabilities and growth potential. Modesty, in his philosophy, was not about self-deprecation but about acknowledging the divine potential within oneself while remaining humble before the Creator. Furthermore, He believed that a modest person would naturally respect the dignity and rights of others, leading to harmonious social relationships and collective progress. In summary, in the philosophy of Allama Iqbal, modesty is a comprehensive concept that incorporates humility, self-awareness, moral integrity, and respect for others. It is regarded as a fundamental virtue essential for individual development and societal harmony.

در این گفتار کوتاه، قصد دارم با اتکاء به دیدگاه «میهن‌دوستی انتقادی» به واکاوی سه پرسش محوری مرتبط با شرایط کنونی ایران بپردازم. منظورم از «میهن‌دوستی انتقادی» رویکردی سیاسی است که می‌کوشد دفاعِ حقوق‌بشری از کیانِ سرزمین و جانِ شهروندان را با نقدِ ساختاری و سازش‌ناپذیرِ شیوه‌ حکمرانی غیر دموکراتیک هم‌آهنگ سازد؛ این دیدگاه به استبداد داخلی نه می‌گوید اما نه به قیمت استیلای خارجی، و هم‌زمان به استیلای خارجی هم نه می‌گوید اما نه به قیمت تحکیم استبداد داخلی، بلکه می‌کوشد موضعی ملی اتخاذ کند که هم منتقد استبداد داخلی است و هم منتقد استیلای خارجی.

This article reflects on some methodological issues in the study of tafsīr, taking the dissemination of the ideas of Ibn ʿArabī (d. 638/1240) on the non-perpetuity of the chastisement of Hell in Sufi tafsīr as a case study. I show that Ibn ʿArabī's ideas on the issue were hardly adopted by later Sufi commentators on the Qurʾān. I investigate whether just as its exoteric counterpart, and despite the claim of Sufi tafsīr being rooted in 'experience' and thus being more 'original' , Sufi tafsīr is 'genealogical' and is thus more conservative in its content. Although the Sufi genre of tafsīr generally seems more willing to include Sufi sayings and ideas from outside the boundaries of the genre, this does not make it adaptive of the non-mainstream ideas of Ibn ʿArabī on Hell proposed outside the genre. This brings up some considerations on the use and usability of tafsīr as a source of intellectual history.

The article aims to reveal some of the heavy macro-sociological variables that have become, about two decades ago, structuring the current migration act and strongly determine its characteristics and consequences today. It not only negatively affects the integration of immigrants in the receiving countries, but also contributes to destroying the chemistry of peaceful coexistence between peoples and nations. This is related to the inflated discourse around the question of identity, the growing phenomenon of Islamophobia, the escalation of economic crises in most of the receiving countries, the growing influence of right-wing populist nationalist parties, and the spread of the theory of the "Great Replacement".

In this article I present religion and especially the position of women in religion as a narrative product. This means that, like other realities, it is made of speeches with validity and authority generated by the influence of power mechanisms favor the authority of patriarchy in its preparation. I describe, from a personal perspective, the two dominant discourses about Muslim women, both products of an orthodoxy: the idealization, sustained by religious patriarchy of Islam, and demonization, which corresponds to a Western vision universalizing their own particular way of seeing reality through the interaction of privileges and representations of otherness. Since neither of these discourses gives voice to Muslim women, I argue that the feminist hermeneutics in Islam is an effort to establish a discourse of gender justice from Muslim women’s voices. Cette oeuvre propose une refondation complète de la pensée politique marocaine à partir d'une architecture décagonale articulant ontologie, institution, épistémologie, anthropologie, droit, géopolitique, civilisation, généalogie critique, universalité et horizon normatif. Elle montre que le Maroc, loin d'être un cas périphérique, constitue aujourd'hui un laboratoire de civilisation capable de produire une modernité enracinée, une souveraineté lucide et une politique de la dignité. L'analyse commence par l'angoisse identitaire contemporaine et le besoin de sens qui traverse les sociétés postcoloniales. Elle montre ensuite comment la Monarchie marocaine, structurée par le Triptyque malikite-ash'arite-soufi, constitue une infrastructure institutionnelle unique, capable d'articuler continuité et innovation. L'épistémologie critique révèle le vide normatif laissé par les modèles importés et les impasses des idéologies concurrentes. L'anthropologie amazighe est alors réinterprétée comme matrice séculière organique, permettant de penser une sécularité non conflictuelle.

يشير نمط الحياة إلى مجموعةٍ كبيرةٍ وواسعةٍ من السلوكيَّات الإنسانيَّة التي لا يمكن حصرها بسهولة، فهي تتضمَّن أشكال السلوك كافَّة بدءً من علاقة الشخص بربِّه وعلاقته مع نفسه وعلاقته بالأفراد المحيطين به، ثم علاقته بالموجودات الأخرى التي يعيش معها. وتتجلَّى أهمِّيَّة نمط الحياة في دورانه مدار القيم والأفكار والتعاليم التي يعتقد بها الفرد وتؤثِّر على مسار المجتمع؛ فهو الترجمة العمليَّة للمعتقدات والقيم... على أرض الواقع. وإذا كنَّا لا نجد شخصًا أو جماعةً من دون معتقدٍ ومن دون خلفيَّاتٍ فكريَّةٍ وإيديولوجيَّةٍ فهذا يعني أنَّنا لن نجد شخصًا أو جماعةً -أيضًا- لا تمتلك نمطَ حياةٍ معيَّن. وإذا كان وجود نمط الحياة ضروريًّا فقد تشترك مجموعاتٌ عديدةٌ في بعض تفاصيل أنماط الحياة وتختلف في بعضها الآخر انطلاقًا من الاختلاف الإيديولوجيّ بينها.

إنَّ نمط الحياة عبارةٌ عن مجموعةٍ منظَّمةٍ من السلوكيَّات الداخليَّة والخارجيَّة، وكذلك الوضعيَّات الاجتماعيَّة والأشياء التي يختارها الشخص أو المجموعة على أساس مجموعةٍ من الميول والترجيحات أثناء التعامل مع الظروف المحيطة. وبعبارةٍ مختصرةٍ: نمط الحياة عبارة عن النموذج أو المجموعة المنظَّمة من الأفعال المرجّحة

ثمّ إنَّ السلوك الاجتماعيّ ونمط الحياة تابعٌ لفهمِنا للحياة؛ فعندما نفهم الهدف من الحياة عند ذلك يجب أن نختار نمط الحياة الذي يقرِّبنا من ذاك الهدف أو الأهداف، وهذا يتوقَّف على الإيمان بالهدف؛ فالإيمان بالهدف هو الذي يجعل الشخص مقتنعًا بضرورة الوصول إليه، وهذا لا يتمّ إلَّا من خلال اختيار أسلوبٍ معيَّنٍ للحياة.

ومن الواضح أنَّ الفرح والحزن من القضايا التي تؤثّر على السلوك والحياة الفرديَّة والاجتماعَّية إيجابًا وسلبًا. وهو ما يتطلَّب تعميق البحث في هذين المفهومين وبيان الرؤية الإسلاميَّة للمفهومين، مضافًا إلى كيفيَّة التعامل مع الآثار المترتِّبة على كلٍّ منهما في السلوك الاجتماعيّ العامّ... وقد أجاد المؤلِّف -مشكورًا- في معالجة هذه القضايا، وتمكّن من تقديم رؤيةٍ متكاملةٍ في الموضوع. نسأل الله أن تكون مفيدةً ونافعة.



مقدّمة المؤلِّف

السعادة من المواضيع المهمَّة في الحياة التي تثير اهتمام جميع الناس. وقد تناولتها مدارس علم النفس المختلفة من وجهات نظرٍ متعدِّدة.

يعالج هذ الكتاب -وهو خلاصة كتاب «النموذج الإسلاميّ للسعادة»- كيفيَّة التعامل مع الفترات السارَّة وغير السارَّة في الحياة؛ فإنَّ للحياة جانبين: السارّ وغير السارِّ، يمكن أنْ تكون الحياة جيِّدةً إذا استطاع الفرد السيطرة علىٰ الضغوط النفسيَّة التي تفرضها المواقف غير السارَّة، وتمكَّن من رؤية الجوانب الإيجابيَّة في المواقف السارَّة. وإنَّ رؤية الجوانب الإيجابيَّة في الحياة تساعد الفرد علىٰ إدراك جمال حياته، مَا يمنحه شعورًا إيجابيًّا ورضًا. وفي المقابل، فإنَّ السيطرة علىٰ الضغوط النفسيَّة تُقلِّل من الانفعالات السلبيَّة، ما يُهيِّئ الظروف لحياةٍ جيِّدة. يهدف هذا العمل إلىٰ تقديم تعاليم الإسلام المتعلِّقة بالتعامل الإيجابيّ مع كلتا الفترتين السارَّة وغير السارَّة بنظامٍ جديدٍ وأُسلوبٍ مبتكر.

تنقسم التعاليم الدِّينيَّة في هذا الموضوع إلىٰ فئات ثلاث:

الأُولى: تتناول العوامل المشتركة بين الفترتين السارَّة وغير السارَّة.

الثانية: تتعلَّق بالعوامل الخاصَّة بالفترة السارَّة.

والثالثة تتناول العوامل الخاصَّة بالفترة غير السارَّة.

بناءً علىٰ ذلك، يتناول الفصل الأوَّل مسألة الكتاب، والفصل الثاني يعرض النماذج الإيجابيَّة والسلبيَّة للتعامل مع هاتين الفترتين، أمَّا الفصل الثالث بعنوان: «التوازن بين الفترتين السارَّة وغير السارَّة» فيتناول العوامل المشتركة، والفصل الرابع بعنوان: «أُسلوب التعامل الإيجابيّ مع المواقف السارَّة» يتناول العوامل الخاصَّة بالفترة السارَّة، والفصل الخامس بعنوان: «أُسلوب التعامل الإيجابيّ مع المواقف غير السارَّة» يتناول العوامل الخاصَّة بالفترة غير السارَّة.

Academic book review of the first book by the Islamic Studies professor at Wheaton College, arguably the most prestigious Evangelical Christian liberal arts college in the USA. The book is entitled "Witnessing God: Christians, Muslims, and the Comparative Theology of Missions" and is published by Brill in 2025.

This article explores the potential of Quranic hermeneutics as a transformative framework in addressing the contemporary ecological crisis. Through an in-depth analysis of Qur'anic verses related to the environment, this study reveals the Qurannot only as a normative text, but also as a comprehensive guide for sustainable environmental management. The study uses an integrative hermeneutics method, which combines textual, contextual, and empirical approaches, with a focus on its relevance in Indonesia as a case study. The findings show that Qur'anic hermeneutics is able to build ethical, ecological, and spiritual paradigms that are relevant to addressing global environmental challenges, while offering practical steps towards socio-ecological transformation.

الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، وصلّى الله على سيِّدنا محمّد وآله الأطهار الميامين، وصحبه المنتجبين، وبعد...

القرآن الكريم هو دستور الله الشامل للبشريّة جمعاء، والمصدر الأوّل للتّشريع الإسلامي، والحجّة القاطعة بيننا وبين الله تعالى التي لا شكّ ولا ريب فيها، وهو المرجعيّة المعرفيّة الحاكمة على كلّ المباني والأصول والمرتكزات الفكريّة والثقافيّة والقيميّة في العلوم والمعارف الإنسانيّة والإسلاميّة، وقد بلّغ نبيُّ الإسلام(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)القرآن الكريم تبليغًا كاملًا باتّفاق المسلمين، «فإنّ الحقّ المحقّق المبرهن بالبراهين القطعيّة من العقليّة والنقليّة، أنّ ما في أيدي الناس من القرآن الكريم هو جميع ما أنزل الله تعالى على رسوله خاتم النبيّين محمّد بن عبد الله(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) وما تطرّق إليه زيادة ونقصان أصلًا»[1].

و«إنّ القرآن أُنزل لهداية البشر، وسوقهم إلى سعادتهم في الأُولى والأُخرى...»[2]. وقد بيّن رسول الله(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) غايته في الهداية ورفع الشبهات فيما ورد عنه(صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) بقوله: «إذا التبَستْ عليكم الفتن كقطع الليل المظلم فعليكم بالقرآن، فإنّه شافه مشفَّع، وماحلٌ مصدَّق، من جعله أمامه قاده إلى الجنّة، ومن جعله خلفه ساقه إلى النّار، وهو الدليل يدلّ على خير سبيل، وهو كتاب فيه تفصيل،... فيه مصابيح الهدى، ومنار الحكمة، ودليل على المعرفة لمن عرف الصفة...»[3]. ويرى السيّد الطبطبائي (رض) أنّ

مجموعة المعارف الإلهيّة تفصيل للتوحيد، وأنّ الآيات القرآنيّة بهذه المعارف الإلهيّة التفصيليّة والحقائق الحقّة تعتمد على حقيقة واحدة وهي أصل، وبقيّة المعارف غصونه وأوراقه، وهذا الأصل هو توحيد الله تعالى، ويتضمّن هذا الأصل جميع تفاصيل المعاني القرآنيّة وجزئيّاتها[4].

بناءً عليه تتجلّى وظيفة المسلمين العلميّة تّجاه كتاب الله تعالى، بالآتي:

- تهيئة البيئة العلمّية والتحقيقيّة المناسبة للعناية المعرفيّة المثلى بالقرآن الكريم؛ من خلال التأسيس المنهجي لمنظومة متكاملة من المناهج والبرامج العلميّة التخصّصيّة القرآنيّة، الهادفة إلى تأصيل الدراسات القرآنيّة وتطويرها، وجعلها من المرجعيّات المعرفيّة الحاكمة في العمليّة البحثيّة، في المنهج والمضمون.

- تطوير البحوث والمناهج التفسيريّة وما يرتبط بها من أنماط واتّجاهات، إضافًة إلى توسيع مرتكزات بحوث مناهج تفسير القرآن؛ تأصيلًا وتطبيقًا.

- الاعتماد على الأصول والتأسيسات القرآنية في بلورة الرؤية الإسلاميّة الأصيلة للعلوم الإسلاميّة والإنسانيّة.

- أن تشكّل الدراسات القرآنيّة بكلّ مكوّناتها هدفًا محوريًّا بالنسبة للعلماء والأساتذة والباحثين؛ ومراكز البحوث، والتعليم العالي؛ كون القرآن الكريم هو المصدر الأساس للشريعة الإسلاميّة، ولكلّ ما يتفرّع عنها ويرتبط بها، وله الدور الرئيس والحاكم في صياغة الرؤى والمباني الفكريّة والثقافيّة، ورسم الاتّجاه المجتمعي العامّ للمسلمين على مستوى الاجتماع والحكم والإدارة.

- إيلاء الموسوعات القرآنيّة الجامعة للشروط والمواصفات العالميّة، والمعاجم الموضوعيّة اللفظيّة والمضمونيّة، أهميًّة قصوى؛ للمساهمة البحثيّة المنظّمة وخدمة الباحثين المسلمين وغيرهم.

وفي هذا السياق يأتي مشروع المركز الإسلامي للدراسات الاستراتيجيّة في سلسلة «مناهج العلوم الإسلاميّة»، حيث خُصّص ثلاثة أجزاء منها لخدمة المشروع البحثي التخصّصي القرآني؛ فعالج الجزء الرابع من السلسلة «المقدّمات والأسس النظريّة لعلوم القرآن ومناهج التفسير»، وتركّزت بحوث الجزء الخامس في «أنماط تفسير القرآن واتجاهاته»، بينما تمّ تخصيص الجزء السادس من السلسلة «لنقد المناهج الإستشراقية والحداثية في تفسير القرآن». عسى أن يشكِّل هذا الجهد البحثي والتخصّصي مدماكًا في هذا المشروع القرآني الرائد وفق رؤية إسلاميّة أصيلة وشاملة. ولا يسعنا في الختام إلا تقديم خالص الشكر والإمتنان لكلّ من ساهم في إنجاز هذا المشروع العلمي المبدع، ولا سيما الشيخ الأسعد بن علي قيدارة، والهيئة العلمية، وجميع الباحثين.

يُعدّ المشروع الفكري لطه حسين (1889-1973م) واحدًا من أبرز المشاريع الإشكاليّة في الفكر العربي الحديث، حيث تداخل فيه الأدب بالتاريخ، والنقد بالاجتماع، والهوية الثقافية بالرهانات السياسيّة. فقد شكّل هذا المشروع علامةً فارقة في مسار النهضة العربيّة المعاصرة، بما أثاره من جدل واسع حول قضايا التراث، والتحديث، والعلاقة بالغرب، وإشكاليّات التعليم، والتخلّف، والنهضة. ومن هنا جاء اهتمام المركز الإسلامي للدراسات الاستراتيجية بتقديم هذه الدراسة النقديّة المتخصّصة، لتكون إسهامًا في إعادة قراءة الفكر العربي الحديث والمعاصر في ضوء معايير معرفيّة صارمة ورؤية نقديّة متوازنة.

لقد نظر طه حسين إلى الواقع المصري والعربي من خلال زاوية ثقافيّة حداثيّة متأثرة بالمدرسة الغربيّة، فرأى أنّ مفتاح التقدّم يكمن في إصلاح التعليم وتعميمه، وفي إعادة صياغة العلاقة بالتراث صياغة نقديّة، بحيث يُعاد إنتاج الماضي وفق معايير العقل الحديث. غير أنّ هذا المنهج الذي استند إلى النزعة الشكّية الديكارتية وإلى التصوّرات الوضعية في الاجتماع والتاريخ، أفضى إلى قراءات مثيرة للجدل؛ سواء في موقفه من القرآن والسنّة، أو في تفسيره لأحداث صدر الإسلام، أو في أحكامه على الشخصيات التاريخية الكبرى، فضلًا عن مواقفه من التراث الأدبي العربي الذي كثيرًا ما قاسه بمقاييس النقد الغربي الحديث.

إنّ هذا الكتاب، الذي نقدّمه اليوم إلى القارئ العربي، لا يقتصر على عرض أفكار طه حسين ومؤلّفاته، بل يتجاوز ذلك إلى مساءلة الأسس المعرفية والأنطولوجية والإبستمولوجية التي انطلق منها، والى فحص الخلفيّات السياسيّة والاجتماعيّة والثقافيّة التي أسهمت في تشكيل وعيه. فهو دراسة علميّة ترصد جدليّة العلاقة بين الفكر والواقع، وتستقصي كيفيّة انعكاس الصراعات الحضاريّة الكبرى ــ بين الشرق والغرب، وبين التراث والحداثة ــ في كتابات طه حسين ومواقفه.

إنّ ما يميّز هذا العمل أنّه لا يقف عند حدود التوصيف أو السرد التاريخي، بل يسعى إلى تقديم قراءة نقديّة تحليليّة، تتعامل مع مشروع طه حسين بوصفه نموذجًا كاشفًا عن آليات التفاعل بين النخبة الثقافيّة العربيّة والحداثة الغربيّة. ومن هنا، فإنّ هذه الدراسة لا تهدف إلى الإدانة ولا إلى التمجيد، بل إلى الفهم والتفكيك، وإلى تبيين مواطن القوّة والضعف في المشروع، والكشف عن نتائجه البعيدة على الثقافة العربيّة المعاصرة.

وقد ارتأى المركز الإسلامي للدراسات الاستراتيجية نشر هذا الكتاب انطلاقًا من رسالته العلميّة في تعميق البحث النقدي حول قضايا الفكر العربي والإسلامي الحديث، وتقديم الدراسات التي تسهم في بناء وعي معرفي أصيل. إنّ دراسة طه حسين ليست بحثًا في شخصه فحسب، بل هي نافذة لفهم المسار المعرفي والثقافي للأمّة في مرحلة مفصليّة من تاريخها الحديث، وما زالت تداعياتها ممتدّة إلى يومنا هذا.

وبهذا، فإنّنا نقدّم هذا الكتاب إلى القرّاء والباحثين والمهتمّين بالدراسات الفكريّة والنقديّة، آملين أن يكون إضافةً نوعيّة إلى المكتبة العربيّة، وأن يفتح آفاقًا جديدة للنقاش العلمي الرصين حول قضايا التراث، والحداثة، وما يرتبط بها من أسئلة المصير والهويّة في العالم العربي والإسلامي والله وليّ التوفيق.

الفكر المعاصر يعتبر مكوّنًا أساسيًّا في المنظومة الفكريّة الإسلاميّة، والتراث المعاصر لايختصّ بطبيعة الحال بالعالم الإسلامي فحسب، وإنّما له ارتباطٌ بجميع الثقافات والكيانات الجماعيّة التي تضرب بجذورها في تاريخ البشريّة.

يتبلور هذا الفكر على أرض الواقع حينما تشهد الساحة ظهور فكرٍ «آخر» بصفته ثقافةً وسلسلة مفاهيم دلاليّة منافسة، فالزمان والمكان إلى جانب المنافسة التي تحدث على ضوء مجموعةٍ مِن المفاهيم التي يطرحها «الآخرون»، كلّها أمورٌ تحفّز المدارس الفكريّة والثقافات الأصيلة للعمل على التأقلم مع الظروف الجديدة، وفي الحين ذاته تحفّزها على السعي للحفاظ على حيويّتها وخصوصيّاتها التي تميّزها عن «الآخر».

لو أنّ التاريخ شهد في بعض مراحله إقبال العلماء المسلمين على التراث الفلسفي الإغريقي، باعتباره نطاقًا منسجمًا مِن الناحية الدلاليّة وذا مضامين عميقة لدرجة أنّ بعض الفلاسفة مِن أمثال الفارابي وابن رشد ولجوا في فضائه الفكري وحاولوا إقامة تعريف معانيهم ورؤاهم الدينيّة متلائمًا مع هذا الآخر الدخيل، ففي العصـر الراهن باتت الثقافة والحضارة الغربيّتان الحديثتان المتقوّمتان على أسسٍ علمانيّةٍّ وتوسّعيّةٍ، تمثّلان «الآخر» بالنسبة إلينا ولسائر الثقافات غير الغربيّة.

النظام الدلالي المنبثق مِن الفكر الغربي قد أسفر عن إيجاد تحدّياتٍ كبيرةٍ لـ «ذاتنا الإسلاميّة» بفضل تفوّقه سياسيًّا واقتصاديًّا، ونطاق هذا التحدّي يتّسع أكثر يومًا بعد يومٍ؛ لذلك طرحت العديد مِن الحلول لمواجهته، وقد استسلم بعضهم لواقع الأمور بعد أنْ شعروا بالخشية مِن الغرور الغربي، فراحوا يبحثون عن الحلّ في العالم الغربي نفسه، لذا دعوا بانفعالٍ إلى ضرورة ملاءمة «ذاتنا» مع هذا «الآخر»، إلا أنَّ آخرين سلكوا نهجًا مغايرًا ودعوا إلى تفعيل تراث «ذاتنا»، وأكّدوا على أنّ الحلّ لا يتبلور في ديار منافسنا، وإنّما هو كامنٌ في ديارنا. نعم، تراثنا المعاصر هو ثمرةٌ لكلّ حلٍّ يمكن أنْ يطرح في هذا المضمار.

المركز الإسلامي للدراسات الإستراتيجيّة افتتح في مكتبه بمدينة قم المقدّسة فرع الفكر المعاصر بهدف تدوين دراساتٍ وبحوثٍ علميّةٍ حول الإنجازات الفكريّة التي تحقّقت على صعيد ما ذكر إلى جانب تقييمها، وفي هذا السياق بادر الباحثون فيه إلى استطلاع المشاريع الفكريّة لأبرز العلماء والمفکّرين في العالم الإسلامي مِن الذين تنصبّ نشاطاتهم الفكريّة في بوتقة نقد الفكر المعاصر، وثمرة هذا النشاط تنشر في إطار دراسات تتضمّن بحوثًا تتطرّق إلى بيان واقع مسيرة إنتاجهم الفكري وكيفيّة تبلور آرائهم بصياغتها النهائيّة.

سنتناول في هذا الكتاب نقد وتحليل آراء الباحث الايراني مصطفی ملكيان، وما طرحه مِن آراء ومعتقدات علمانيّة متأثّرة بالمناخ الغربي، ونأمل أنْ ينال رضا القارئ ويجد فيه بغيته. ولا يسعنا في الختام إلّا أنْ نتقدّم بالشكر والتقدير لكلّ مَنْ ساهم في إنجاز هذا العمل، لا سيّما الدكتور بيكي مدير ملفّ الفكر المعاصر، وكذلك السيّد محمّد رضا الطباطبائي مدير وحدة الإصدارات، وسائر الباحثين المساهمين في إنجاز هذا العمل.

In a previous article titled “A Prophecy of Profound Significance: The Martyrdom of ‘Ammar ibn Yasir,” I analysed the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) amazing prophecy about that great companion: "A transgressing group will kill him.” However, this hadith has profound implications that go beyond its miraculous nature. It belongs to a category of hadiths that are instrumental in understanding contentious historical and theological issues and how they developed.

خلصت الدراسة النظرية عن تاريخية "النظرية الاجتماعية العلمية" الحديثة المقدمة إلى "مركز نهوض" (نشرت فبراير 2026) إلى أن المشترك بين جميع الاتجاهات السوسيولوجية هو السعي إلى تحقيق: (1)- الموضوعية بما هو الفهم الأقرب للصواب للواقع الاجتماعي، وذلك مقابل النظرة الإئتمارية التي تسعى لصوغ نموذج قبلي مسبق للمجتمع، و (2)- الفاعلية بما هو محاولة الخلوص إلى منظورات مفيدة ومؤثرة على الاجتماع البشري، وذلك مقابل الحيادية المطلقة المزعومة للعلم الاجتماعي، وعدى الغايتين لا يمكن أن نجد خيطا رابطا من المنظرين وأتباعهم، (وتلك هي الخصوصية المطلقة للسوسيولوجيا الحديثة)، على ما بين "الموضوعية الصرفة" و"التأثير المطلق" من مفارقة يمكن علاجها في موضع آخر، المخطط النظري أدناه هو الملخّص لأشكال التنظير الاجتماعي الحديثة، المنطلقة من حلم مضاهاة العلوم الطبيعية (الوضعية) والمنتهية إلى حلم مضاهات الممارسة الطبية المباشرة (الإكلينيكية)، وما بينهما من محاولات اجتهادية تراوحت بين الدقة المنهجية بناء على النمذجة الرياضية (بودون) وبين التجريد الظاهراتي الصرف قائم على الحقائق الوجودية (شوتز). وبينها جميعا تقف إسهامات الكنطية الجديدة مع دلثاي وزيمل التي تجاوزت عالم العقل الكنطي إلى عالم الحياة والتجربة المعيشة، فضلا عن تحديدات تونيز التي أجملت الغاية من السوسيولوجيا في أكثر من هدف واحد حسب المزاج الشخصي أو الحاجة التاريخية..

Aḥmad Ibn 'Ajība (d. 1224/1809) is one of the prominent Sufi mystics who lived in Morocco during the 13 th / 17 th century. His importance in Sufi scholarship is due to him being one of the original Sufi scholars who contributed immensely to elucidating ambiguous Sufi concepts that were enigmatic by nature and only accessed by Sufi adepts. In this article Ibn 'Ajība's esoteric interpretation of the Quranic verses addressing Prophet Muhammad's spirituality and his divinely lofty status are studied in detail. In his commentary, Ibn 'Ajība emphasizes on different themes related to prophetic spirituality. The article starts by discussing the spiritual fatherhood of Prophet Muhammad as he is considered the seed of existence. This theme leads to exploring the famous concept of the Muhammadan light and how the light of Prophet Muhammad was the first to be created and out of which stems the light of different beings who had their shares of the Prophetic light according to their degree of proximity to God and their spiritual readiness. Prophetic mercy is also discussed in detail along with its relationship with the Prophetic ethical character. Ibn 'Ajība further explains that if the All-Merciful had a son, then it would be Prophet Muhammad who is the most entitled of this affinity because he is the first who worshipped God in pre-eternity as his light was the first thing to appear in existence. Ibn 'Ajība presents to us another aspect of the prophetic spirituality which is mercy and how all prophets were created from mercy and Prophet Muhammad was the heart of mercy. The great ethical manners that were bestowed upon Prophet Muhammad was discussed in a separate theme and was used by Ibn 'Ajība as an evidence of divine election (khuṣūṣiyya). Many more themes of Prophetic spirituality are discussed in detail along with the opinions of two of the most influential Sufi scholars, Abū al-Qāsim al-Qushayrī and Rūzbihān al-Baqlī al-Shīrāzī, who both left an indelible impact on Ibn 'Ajība's Quranic commentary.

Pendahuluan Dalam Islam, harta bukan sekadar alat pemuas kebutuhan, melainkan amanah dari Allah SWT. Konsep Memelihara Harta Kekayaan (Hifdz al-Maal) merupakan salah satu dari lima tujuan utama syariat (Maqasid asy-Syariah). Harta harus dikelola agar tidak menumpuk di satu golongan saja, melainkan berputar untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan umum. Oleh karena itu, Islam mengatur secara ketat Cara Memperoleh dan Menggunakan Harta, di mana setiap perolehan harus melalui jalan yang halal (legal) dan thayyib (baik), serta didistribusikan melalui mekanisme zakat, infak, sedekah, maupun investasi produktif.

There has been complex and ambivalent relationship between Muslim modernists and Sufism. Although none of major Muslim modernists from Sir Syed to Fazlur Rahman to AbdulKarim Soroush are Sufis in the classical sense with an explicit affiliation to structured or institutionalized Sufi praxis and all of them have been critical of the latter to varying degrees, they have, however, been attracted to certain aspects of Sufism or read it in a way that complements their modernist project. It is in respect of such values as respect of the religious and philosophical other or difference and thus dialogue with the West, critique of  absolutist revivalism and ahistoric juristic medieval framing of scripture and thus particular construction of rights of women and various minorities that Muslim modernists like Asghar Ali Engineer appropriate Sufism.    In this paper an attempt to appraise Asghar’s reading of Sufism with particular focus on his reading of Indian Sufism and its implications on religious other is made vis-à-vis traditionalist reading  of Sufism. Analyzing his appraisal of classical Sufi heritage and its central doctrine of Unicity of Being and in this context his reading of Akbar and Dara and critique of Sirhindhi and modern ideologues of Muslim separatism and terms of his advocacy of interfaith dialogue, it is argued that he presents a unique set of opinions that presuppose an ambivalent modernist reading that can in turn be traced to ambivalence in the heart of modernity’s engagement with the mystical – a selective respectfully critical reading that leaves open the possibility of unfolding other readings or retrieving other dialogic spaces.

The discussions surrounding the authenticity of the extra-Qurʾānic traditions in Islam has been a prevalent theme in the scholarship for the last six decades. This thesis is about the modern polemics surrounding the parts of the Islamic tradition with supposed Jewish origins, also known as the isrāʾīliyyāt. The term isrāʾīliyyāt has been the subject of numerous religious-polemical works since the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with Modernist Muslim commentators arguing for the ejection of this material to make way for a return to a 'pristine' Islam. Although such arguments against isrāʾīliyyāt find considerable coverage in the academic literature, the dynamic exegetical scene in Turkey is often neglected. Highlighting the discussions in Turkey, this research aims to bring out the contemporary debates about isrāʾīliyyāt therein with a study of new media, a platform that is widely used by preachers from different ideological camps. This thesis seeks to situate the Turkish case within the larger Middle Eastern context of Modernist Islam by discovering the connections between exegetes from different localities and eras, aiming to locate the intellectual influences of the figures that are studied.

Phenomenology and philosophical hermeneutics are deepening their dialogue with ancient and medieval metaphysics. Yet Islamic philosophy - typically relegated to a distant past - remains strikingly absent despite its recognized impact on European thought. To counter this absence, The Appropriation of Islamic Philosophy revitalizes the work of Avicenna - the seminal Islamic thinker - for contemporary philosophy, making a case for a Ricoeurian hermeneutics of appropriation.

Selami Varlik brings Avicenna into dialogue with Ricoeur through their shared concern with putting belief in tension with rational discourse. The notion of creation, common to both Islam and Christianity, plays a pivotal role in this convergence - particularly through Avicenna's distinction between ontological creation and temporal creation. By establishing a shared conceptual language between both traditions, this work makes a vital contribution to the development of a living Islamic philosophy, transcending the scope of the two thinkers examined here.

«نکته مهم دیگری که دانستن آن موجب دوری گزینی ما از تفسیرهای کهن می‌شود، این است که  تفسیرهای نادرست مفسران کهن، نه تنها بر مترجمان و مفسران بعدی تأثیرگذار بوده، بلکه بر فرهنگهای واژگان عربی به فارسی و عربی به عربی نیز تأثیر عمق خود را تحمیل کرده‌اند؛ به گونه‌ای که اگر کسی در فهم آیه‌ای ناتوان باشد و بخواهد به وسیلۀ فرهنگ واژگان به فهم واژه یا عبارتی از قرآن دست یابد، به همان نکته‌ای میرسد که تفسیرهای کهن تعیین کرده اند؛ و نه بیشتر».
برای اینکه بدانم آیا فرهنگ واژگانی وجود دارد که واژۀ تأویل را درست ترجمه کرده باشد، تجربۀ خود را در این مقاله نیز به کار بردم: «چندین فرهنگ واژگان، اعم از فارسی و عربی و انگلیسی را بررسی کردم و همه یک چیز را دربارۀ واژه تأویل نوشته‌اند؛ و آن اینکه معنای تأویل یعنی شرح و تفسیر! درنتیجه، این جست و جو موجب شد تا پاراگراف بالا یک بار دیگر تأیید شود!».

Los jawāriŷ son un grupo extremista que surgió desde los primeros tiempos del Islam, caracterizado por el takfir fácil, la violencia y la separación de la comunidad musulmana. Su conducta y pensamiento no reflejan la belleza del Islam ni la rectitud de los salaf (el Profeta ﷺ y sus compañeros), sino que constituyen un desvío ideológico manipulado históricamente y aprovechado por enemigos del Islam, como judíos y otros, para dividir y debilitar a la Umma. Su ejemplo muestra la importancia de seguir la Sunna y la vía de los salaf para proteger a la comunidad de estos extremos.

فرض غالب در بسیاری از مباحث راهبردی این است که دموکراسی در مناطق بی‌ثبات نوعی تجمل است، یا حتی گونه‌ای آسیب‌پذیری محسوب می‌شود، و بنابراین «ثبات» باید در اولویت باشد. اما تجربهٔ سه دههٔ اخیر خلاف این را نشان می‌دهد. هر جا فروپاشی اقتدارگرایی با گذار دموکراتیک همراه نبوده، نتیجه به‌ندرت آرامش بوده است. در عوض، این وضعیت به تجزیه، جنگ‌های نیابتی، رادیکالیزه‌ شدن، و ناامنی دائمی انجامیده؛ یعنی مشکلاتی که بیش از رژیم‌های سرنگون‌شده غرب را درگیر کرده است.

Puji Syukur ke hadirat Allah SWT atas limpahan rahmat, taufik, dan hidayah-Nya sehingga penulis dapat menyelesaikan tugas membuat sebagian dari makalah yang berjudul "Pembidangan Fiqih-Fiqih Muamalah", dalam Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Ilmu Fiqih. Makalah ini disusun sebagai salah satu tugas dalam mata kuliah Ilmu Fiqih yang diampu oleh Bapak Wawan Kurniawan, M.Pd. Penyusunan makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai pentingnya mengetahui tentang ilmu fiqih mualamah dibidang pendidikan baik pendidikan formal, informal, maupun non formal. Di zaman sekarang ini kita harus memahami ilmu fiqih muamalah dengan baik, terlebih lagi dizaman sekarang maraknya perdagangan online maupun offline. Melalui makalah ini, penulis berupaya menguraikan bagaimana mahasiswa dapat memahami bahwa pentingnya ilmu fiqih muamalah ini. Penulis berharap makalah ini dapat menjadi bahan refleksi dan motivasi bagi mahasiswa untuk lebih bijak dalam melakukan transaksi jual beli. Penulis menyadari bahwa makalah ini masih jauh dari sempurna, baik dari segi isi maupun penyajiannya. Oleh karena itu, kritik dan saran yang membangun sangat diharapkan penulis demi perbaikan karya dimasa mendatang.
