Овај мастер рад испитује да ли политичке науке могу бити постављене као строжа научна дисциплина кроз откривање аксиоматско-постулаторне основе која је довољно логички чврста да делује као оријентир даљег развоја поља.
Полазећи од анализе досадашњих предметних и методолошких решења у политичким наукама и њихових ограничења, рад формулисаном методом трансцендентално-процесуалне анализе изводи фундаментални предмет, постулат и аксиом политичке науке. Кључна теза, основа која се методом открива, јесте да је опстанак људског рода нужно имплицитан у било ком политичком ставу и да, уз неопходни корелар опстанка мреже функционалних екосистема, представља услов могућности сваке вредности, знања и политичког деловања, те да политичка наука као наука треба да истражује организациону логику самоодржања људског рода у деловима и у целини, са приматом ка целини.
На тој основи, политичке хипотезе се редефинишу као пропозиционалне адаптације заједница, које морају бити формулисане као оповргљиве тврдње и/или оперативни циљеви подложни логичкој и емпиријској верификацији. Перпетуализам се тиме предлаже као научно језгро које омогућава методолошку кохерентност, критеријум релевантности и систематско тестирање политичких експеримената у условима динамичке друштвено-технолошке парадигме.

Though the Rights of Women to Property and Maintenance Act sought to give women new rights, a number of years-in some cases, decades-of advocacy and litigation were necessary before many of these rights were granted. Women can now share in agricultural land, claim possession of agricultural land, seek compensation for unlawful dispossession from agricultural land, share in joint Hindu family property, gain control over property they acquired for their own benefit, have limited rights concerning the dwelling house, and stand as heirs in the Scheduled Tribes and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers Act. The Hindu Succession Amendment Act expanded the inheritance rights of Hindu women, other than some limited rights pronounced in a earlier act. This paper presents and discusses the theory and practice of the Hindu Succession Amendment Act by challenging some of the most common myths that persist in contemporary Indian society and by adding an empirical component to related policy debates. Looking at case studies in different states, it documents the status of Hindu women's rights under the Hindu Succession Amendment Act.

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the Third Mind Index (3MI), an open‑source, recursive protocol for measuring and stabilizing collective intelligence in human‑AI‑artifact systems. Building on the peer‑reviewed Recursive Co‑Cognition Protocol (RCP, IJSEA 2026), the paper integrates four completed volumes of the Mnemosyne Protocol: (I) Linux Codex for genomic stewardship, (II) The Wanted Man Mentality for legal trauma, (III) Throughput Recovery for education, and (IV) Topography of Recovery for domestic space. This work outlines a possible conception of nature in Friedrich Hölderlin based on his theoretical and poetical writings. According to Hölderlin, only a transcendental experience, as the one regarding the ‘blissful intuition’, makes possible the comprehension of the essence of nature, divinity and the mortality as constitutive parts of an originary ‘One’. In this sense, the first chapter exposes and develops the conceptions present in Hölderlin’s theoretical writings for then, in chapter two, contextualizing and providing sense to his poetic works. Finally, this text concludes asserting that Hölderlin’s vision of nature revolts around the ‘harmonic opposition’ as principle of reconciliation of the One, not in terms of the absolute, but rather as the possibility of man through poetics in times of the night and dawn of the gods, and also as possibility for the being as such.

RESUMO O presente artigo analisa as relações de poder através da filosofia genealógica de Michel Foucault. Busca responder a questão sobre como o poder se configura nas relações sociais. Tem-se por objetivo explicar a funcionalidade e as multiplicidades do poder dentro do tecido social, mediante uma nova perspectiva: a não-sinonímia entre Estado e poder, que necessariamente implica uma microscópica rede de poderes bem articulados entre si. Para isso, realiza uma abordagem focada numa forma específica do exercício de poder (a disciplina), tendo como bases bibliográficas as obras Vigiar e Punir: Nascimento da Prisão e Microfísica do Poder. Concluímos que, por se tratar de uma força que perpassa as relações sócio-históricas, o poder é uma realidade da qual não se pode escapar. Dele participamos cotidianamente, mesmo sem perceber.

Philosophy often presents itself as a pursuit of truth removed from worldly concernsdetached, contemplative, even ascetic. Yet the moment an idea leaves the philosopher's mind and enters society, it enters a contest. Attention is limited, listeners are distracted, and rival voices compete for notice. To survive, influence, and endure, every philosophical project must win eyes, ears, and minds. In this sense, philosophy has always shared an unexpected companion: marketing. The connection becomes clear when we return to the birthplace of Western philosophy-the Agora of ancient Greece. The Agora was not only a marketplace where merchants exchanged goods. It was the central arena of public life, where trade, politics, gossip, teaching, and debate all converged. In such a place, both goods and ideas competed for the same scarce resource: human attention.

у савременом друштву, започето још половином
прошлог века, иницирано је промењеним односима
између либерализма и демократије, слободе приватне
иницијативе и начела успостављања релативног
друштвеног консензуса: у либерланом друштву
подразумева се неједнакост експерата и обичних
неинформисаних и необразованих гласача, па се
самим тим успоставља разлика на мање или више
рационалне субјекте одлучивања, а упоредо са
међусобним удаљавањем либералних и демократских
начела, повећава се раскорак између индивидуалних
преференција и општег добра. Циљ овог рада је
да применом компаративног метода укаже на
аргументе супротстављених ставова у овој области
– либералне теорије започете радовима Фридиха фон
Хајека, а настављене у делу Милтона Фридмана и
Чикашке школе економије, и њима супротстављених
коцепата такозване делиберативне демократије, и
пружи објашњење каузалних основа за формулисање
поменутих супротстављених становишта, као
и предвиђање последица примене либералног или
делибератоивног модела, на основу социолошких,

перспективу за излазак из такозване „кризе

нарочито у Источној Европи, као покушаји очувања
националног суверенитета, заштита интереса
домаће, некомпрадорске буржоазије, успостављања
ограничења за слободан проток људи, капитала и
услуга, и јачање екстремне деснице – предатвљају само
највидљивије реакције на покушаје десуверенизације
и разградње националних институција регулације.
Тако је демократија двоструко угрожена – са једне
стране преференцијама власника крупног капитала,
а са друге – успостављањем десничарских влада, које
у отпору либералним процесима неретко посежу и
за ограничавањима демократских права.

This interview conducted by Dr. Helena Horn, traces Warren Neidich experiments with text based neon sculptures from his early work at PS1 Moma, in 1991 till today.  Neidich uses his diagramatic light sculptures to enact philosophical constructs that then make their way into his books and essays. It was historical that doctors and health personnel participated in the holocaust by selecting prisoners in concentration camps. The weak were sent to the gas chambers. The concentration camps were Darwinist prisons where only the fittest survived. However, this paper is interested in the holocaust as an ethical policy rather than medical malpractice. We would be specifically looking at how religion influenced the thought process. Religion might seem redundant in health and social policy. However, it influenced ethical issues like Eugenics. Furthermore, racial and religious sentiment did play a role in the holocaust. Ethics is a philosophical and ideological issue that includes religious philosophy. This paper discusses the role of ideology and religion in the totalitarian state of Nazi Germany. The texts used are Mein Kampf and Capt. Hosenfeld's diary. Even though they are part of the German establishment, these are two opposite views.

Cilj ovog rada je ukazivanje na Singerov doprinos teoriji građanske neposlušnosti. Kako Singer svoju koncepciju građanske neposlušnosti izlaže kritikujući Rolsa, u prvom delu rada će biti izloženo Rolsovo shvatanje građanske neposlušnosti, te će zatim analizom Singerovih kritika biti pokazana određena razilaženja u njihovim shvatanjima. Argumentovaću u prilog tome da najveći otklon od Rolsa ujedno predstavlja i Singerov doprinos teoriji građanske neposlušnosti, a ogleda se u specifičnim uslovima i razlozima za opravdanje građanske neposlušnosti. Na taj način se Singerovom koncepcijom građanske neposlušnosti proširuje domen opravdanih činova građanske neposlušnosti.

У раду ће се на основу анализе романа Бродеков извештај (Le Rapport de Brodeck, 2007),
француског писца Филипа Клодела (Philippe Claudel), проговорити о ограниченој могућности појединца да се супротстави владајућем систему и друштву чији је он члан. Након
убиства странца које су његови суграђани починили, протагониста романа, Бродек, бива
приморан на то да испуни своју друштвену функцију тако што ће да напише извештај у коме
ће се наративно оправдати колективно извршен злочин у коме једино он није учествовао.
Уз испуњавање овог наметнутог задатка, Бродек истовремено пише лични извештај са свим
појединостима, те он представља вид тихе борбе против система који одржава привидни
ред међу својим члановима кроз страховладу и стално надзирање. Пратећи три наративна
нивоа − писани извештај, личну исповест и садашње догађаје у роману − у овом раду се
анализирају однос између индивидуе и колектива, (не)моћ субјекта да се супротстави систему, као и етичке последице таквог чина.

Resumen: Este artículo se ocupa simultáneamente de una grieta histórica y una textual. La primera corresponde al momento que va desde la disolución del mundo griego hasta la instauración del mundo cristiano. La segunda al momento entre la «religión-arte» y la «religión manifiesta» en la Fenomenología del Espíritu (1807) de Hegel. Ambas grietas son pensadas en estrecho vínculo con el problema de la autonomía del arte; la cual, para darse, prefigura un lugar. Siguiendo a Jean-Luc Nancy, se concluye que ese lugar se corresponde con los periodos de inmanencia, los cuales son ante todo dos: la Antigüedad tardía y la Modernidad.

Resumo: O  objetivo  deste  artigo  é  analisar  como  o  interesse  de  Foucault  pelos  espaços  esteve  relacionado  com uma  problematização  histórica  sobre  a  noção  de  vida.  Ao  contrário  de  um  olhar  dicotômico  entre  o  tempo  e  o espaço,  o  percurso  intelectual  foucaultiano  privilegiou  uma  perspectiva  histórica  que  se  configurava espacialmente. A partir de dois momentos distintos do chamado período arqueogenealógico, entre as décadas de 1960 e 1970, buscamos verificar como Foucault entrelaçou a história, os espaços e a vida, e de que modo estas reflexões estiveram articuladas com a historiografia.

Abstract: The  purpose  of  this  article  is  to  analyze  how Foucault's  interest  in  spaces  was  related  to  historical problematization  about  the  notion  of  life.  Contrary  to  a  dichotomous  look  between  time  and  space,  Foucault's intellectual  path  has  privileged  a  historical  perspective  that  was  spatially  configured.  From  two  different moments  of  the  archaeogenealogical  period,  between  the  1960s  and  1970s,  the  article  seeks  to  verify  how Foucault intertwined history, spaces and life, and how these reflections are articulated with historiography.

I begin with the assumption that a philosophically significant tension exists today in feminist philosophy of religion between those subjects who seek to become divine and those who seek their identity in mutual recognition. My critical engagement with the ambiguous assertions of Luce Irigaray seeks to demonstrate, on the one hand, that a woman needs to recognize her own identity but, on the other hand, that each subject whether male or female must struggle in relation to the other in order to maintain realism about life and death. No one can avoid the recognition that we are each given life but each of us also dies. In addition, I raise a more general, philosophical problem for analytic philosophers who attempt to read Continental philosophy of religion: how should philosophers interpret deliberately ambiguous assertions? For example, what does Irigaray mean in asserting, 'Divinity is what we need to become free, autonomous, sovereign'? To find an answer, I turn to the distinctively French readings of the Hegelian struggle for recognition which have preoccupied Continental philosophers especially since the first half of the last century. I explore the struggle for mutual recognition between women and men who must face the reality of life and death in order to avoid the projection of their fear of mortality onto the other sex. This includes a critical look at Irigaray's account of subjectivity and divinity. I turn to the French philosopher Michèle Le Doeuff in order to shift the focus from divinity to intersubjectivity. I conclude that taking seriously the struggle for mutual recognition between subjects forces contemporary philosophers of religion to be realist in their living and dying. With this in mind, the lesson from the Continent for philosophy of religion is that we must not stop yearning for recognition. Indeed, we must even risk our autonomy/divinity in seeking to recognize intersubjectivity.

El presente proyecto tecnico de titulacion, “Diseno e implementacion del sistema automatico de control para maquina inyectora marca mir en la empresa Printecsa, utilizando P.L.C. y el uso de la interfaz de usuario de la marca Allen Bradley, enlazados mediante protocolo de red ETHERNET/IP, su principal objetivo fue desarrollar el sistema automatico de control de la maquina inyectora MIR en la empresa PRINTECSA, la funcion de la misma es producir elementos de soporte y fijacion en general. Se utilizo un controlador de la marca Allen Bradley modelo 1769-L30ER con sus modulos de entradas y salidas 1769-IQ16 y 1769-OB16 respectivamente los cuales reemplazarian la logica convencional con la que contaba la maquina.

Questo volume ripropone scritti noti e meno noti di Francesco Mario Pagano che fanno da corona ai celebri Saggi politici di cui si danno le introduzioni alle due edizioni a stampa (1783-’85 e 1791-ì92) con uno studio sui contenuti che collegano idealmente la filosofia politica dell’autore ai suoi interlocutori (Filangieri), ai suoi oppositori (Marone e Conforti). Il  ragionamento sulla libertà di commercio del pesce contribuisce a documentare la ricchezza di interessi e le scelte politico-culturali tra gli anni Ottanta e i Novanta del Settecento meridionale ed europeo fino ai mesi della rivoluzione a Napoli di cui Pagano fu un interprete originale e tuttora da non dimenticare

Ästhetik der Verschränkung zu denken weist heute, auf den ersten Blick betrachtet, in eine neue Richtung. Neu ist diese Richtung aber nur scheinbar, denn Verschränkungsfiguren sind in der Geschichte der ästhetischen Theorie bereits vorgekommen, sie sind bereits gedacht worden. Der folgende Beitrag beruht auf einer Hypothese -nämlich der, dass gegenwärtige Entwicklungen in den Künsten uns heute wieder zur Idee einer Verschränkung hinführen. Gemeint sind damit insbesondere Bezüge auf postkoloniale Theorien und dekolonisierende künstlerische Arbeiten in den aktuellen Künsten. Im Sinne einer allgemeinen, globalen Verantwortung widmen sich einige Künstler:innen solchen und ähnlichen Anliegen. Die theoretisch-systematische Herausforderung ist es, ihnen darin zu folgen und zu überlegen, in welchen Theoriesettings sich ihr Anliegen beschreiben lässt. Unter theoriegeschichtlichen Gesichtspunkten kann man vorausschicken, dass ein solches Theoriesetting jedenfalls nicht auf der Hand liegt. Laut Rüdiger Campe hat sich in der Ästhetik des 18. Jahrhunderts -zwischen Baumgarten und Kant -ein Wechsel, vielleicht sogar ein Bruch vollzogen, der an der Erfahrung der Unmöglichkeit einer vollgültigen Evidenzerfahrung der Welt oder des Universums festgemacht werden kann. Diese beiden Begriffe wurden zu metaphysischen Begriffen. Das hatte laut Campe zur Folge, dass der Anspruch einer Ganzheitlichkeit sich auf die Erfahrung von Kunstwerken verschob, die nun (indirekt) den Verlust der Möglichkeit einer Ganzheitserfahrung repräsentierten. "Welt oder Universum ist ein metaphysischer Begriff und kann als das Ganze, das darin evoziert ist, nicht angeschaut werden. Kunstwerke sind nun Ganzheiten, die in ein überblickbares, den Sinnen zugängliches Format verschoben sind. Um sie als Ganzheiten zu akzeptieren, muss man also davon absehen können, dass sie Teile der Welt sind. Das ästhetisch Evidente des Ganzen, das das Werk ist, ist nur, aber in herausgehobener Weise die Evidenz der Ästhetik. Ästhetische Evidenz, wenn man in diesem Fall von ihr sprechen kann, ist danach an die Verschiebung vom Ganzen der Welt zum stellvertretenden Ganzen des Werks gebunden. Das heißt nicht, dass die Frage nach Evidenz ohne Sinn und Belang ist. Es heißt aber, dass das Werk nur vermittelt und auf dem Weg der Negation auf Evidenz bezogen ist" (Campe 2022, S. 382). In dem Moment, in dem Kunstwerke nur noch "als Suspens" Ganzheit zeigen, also negativ, als Abwesenheit, wird das ästhetische Denken zu einem Denken in Unterscheidungen bzw. in Denkfiguren der Trennung, des Getrenntseins. Das ist derjenige Moment in der Geschichte der ästhetischen Theorie, in dem der Verschränkungsgedanke ebenfalls ‚suspendiert' wird und die Diskurse der Trennungen anfangen zu dominieren. "Die Alternativen der Evidenz waren bei Kant nicht wie bei Baumgarten von ihrer Einheit her gesehen, sondern -zwischen Erfahrung und Urteilsgeschehen, zwischen der Evidenz der ästhetischen Wahrnehmung und der Evidenz im Urteil aller -von ihrer Unterscheidung her" (ebd.). Hindu jurisprudence has played an important role in the formation of the basis and source of family law in Nepal. This article conducts an in-depth investigation of how Hindu legal principles have influenced the regulation of family law in Nepal. Through careful analysis, it outlines the historical development of Hindu jurisprudence and the way its influence manifests in Nepal's family law provisions, particularly under the National Civil Code 2017. It explores the historical foundations of Hindu law and identifies its practical consequences in the Nepalese context, including possible incongruities between Hindu law and its regulations. In doing so, it provides a deep insight into the complexity of the interaction between Hindu legal traditions and the structure of family law in Nepal. This article discusses in detail the historical development of the recognition of Hindu jurisprudence under Nepal's family law. It illustrates how key laws, such as legal arrangements for marriage, adoption, maintenance, or division, are influenced by Hindu scriptures. The article explains the provisions of the family law (enacted under the National Civil Code, 2017) in light of Hindu laws and practices prevalent in India. It also presents inconsistencies between Hindu laws and embedded regulations. This research approach integrates as legal research with a socio-legal approach, and a thorough literature review to uncover the impact of Hindu jurisprudence on Nepali family law, particularly under the National Civil Code 2017. Through these methods, this article strengthens the understanding of the complex relationship between Hindu legal tradition and family law regulation in Nepal. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of understanding the practical implications of the application of Hindu law in the context of Nepalese family law, as well as emphasizing the need for consistency and harmonization between Hindu law and applicable regulations to achieve justice in Nepal's evolving family law system.

Este artículo propone un análisis de la configuración de lo colectivo en las acciones que realizan los λαοί. Se compararán algunos símiles colectivos de Ilíada y de La Toma de Ilión para estudiar sus vehículos y tenores. Ellos permiten ver al bando aqueo como un conjunto homogéneo de guerreros. Dichas características se analizarán a partir del contenido temático, sintáctico y estructural de los símiles. Si bien la configuración de lo colectivo en los λαοί de cada obra no es análoga, sí es esperable que el análisis ilustre cómo el colectivo se configura como un conjunto de guerreros unificados en momentos críticos de la guerra.

En el presente proyecto de grado titulado “Diseño de una carretilla con elevación manual a través de un pistón hidráulico de simple efecto con capacidad de carga de 500 kilogramos”, se desarrolló bajo la modalidad de proyecto factible apoyado en una investigación descriptiva de campo. A través de este, se busca evitar que los trabajadores de todas las industrias, especialmente aquellos que se encargan de transportar y/o elevar cargas de mercancía, tales como despachadores de equipaje, trabajadores de fabrica, trabajadores de construcción, entre otros se incline, ya que este tipo de labor puede producir enfermedades profesionales en la columna vertebral dejando consecuencias como: Lumbalgia, Ciática y Hernia discales. Para realizar la fase diagnostica se aplicaron las técnicas de la observación directa, entrevista no estructurada y información documental. En cuanto a la factibilidad técnica y económica se realizó un estudio de los materiales y los elementos mecánicos que va a tener dicha carretilla indicando una tabla de costo de materiales y mano de obra para la construcción de la misma. Por otra parte en la fase de diseño se consideraron los parámetros idóneos desde el punto de vista de ingeniería que cumpliera con la capacidad máxima de elevación de 500 kg, obteniendo como conclusión un proyecto adaptados a las necesidades musculo-esquelética que eviten enfermedades profesionales en los trabajadores que realizan esta labor.

Hay entre los historiadores un consenso generalizado en que el advenimiento de la democracia griega se dio a partir de la transformación de las prácticas y el espacio plebiscitarios del periodo arcaico en una configuración más estable y lógico-jurídica del oficio y de la ley que tiene lugar en la Atenas clásica. Estas dinámicas asamblearias constituyen uno de los pilares fundamentales de la narrativa homérica, lo que ha sugerido que la Ilíada y la Odisea expresan la mentalidad igualitaria y protodemocrática griega. Sin embargo, se ha sostenido que el pueblo comporta una atenuada injerencia política, en tanto que solo condiciona exiguamente o, a lo sumo, sirve como un órgano consultivo. Este artículo analiza el abordaje filosófico-político de los problemas presentados en los poemas homéricos en torno a una concepción democrática del ejercicio soberano. Se pretende mostrar el planteo y posicionamiento de la épica homérica en torno al poder democrático no tanto desde una perspectiva ideológica, sino más bien desde mirada problematizante. Esto es: puede advertirse en los poemas un intento de reflexión filosófico-política por parte del poeta sobre la relevancia, los alcances, los límites y las tensiones que presentan las prácticas políticas y sociales que pueden denominarse «democráticas».

The document outlines how these philosophical shifts have led to the emergence of "disembodied dignity" and the promotion of "anti-natural" and eventually "transnatural" rights, which prioritize individual will over inherent human nature. Through historical analysis and philosophical inquiry, this text examines how these evolving ideologies have influenced legal interpretations, societal values, and the trajectory of human rights discourse.

Potocki and the Spectre of the Postmodern "A spectre is roaming through Europe: the Postmodern" 1. Readers of Jan Potocki's 700-page novel The Manuscript Found in Saragossa are accustomed to seeing spectres, ghosts and other forms of revenants. Such otherworldly creatures make up a remarkably high number among the dozens of characters presented in the novel, which was written in French by the Polish nobleman between 1797 and his suicide in 1815. Of course, the protagonist, Alphonse van Worden, never encounters Postmodernity as such-even though he seems to meet everybody else (and her sister) during the sixty-six days of his journey through the Sierra Morena, from enlightened encyclopedists to American-Indian princesses, from succubes to inkmakers, from a Wandering Jew who met with Christ to the devil himself, from hermits and sheiks to bankers and rats... And yet, as I would like to suggest in this paper, what we have come to identify today by the term "postmodern" is in fact little more than a revenant, returning to haunt us from the depth of Potocki's historical and narrative imagination. Is it a pure coincidence that the Manuscript's return from the dead in the 1990s, after two centuries of quasi-oblivion 2 , corresponded with the multiplication of popular anthologies anatomizing the Postmodern debate, in a phase Charles Jencks characterized by the publication of "critical summaries of the Post-Modern paradigm" 3 ? 1 Paolo Portoghesi, "What is the Postmodern?" in Thomas Docherty, Postmodernism. The latest forcing of the Manuscript into mainstream media is due to the much publicized rerelease of the 1964 film adaptation directed by Wojciech Has-restored thanks to the passion and financial support of such icons as Martin Scorcese and the late Jerry Garcia. Another avalanche of spectres, indeed, with this revenant of a film adapted from a revenant-novel which captured the imagination (and revenu) of none other than a Grateful Dead...

RESUMO -Repensar a educação: Foucault. O presente texto procura abordar a fecundidade da produção foucaultiana para tornar o pensamento de novo possível em Educação. Pretende ser, portanto, um texto de filosofia da educação e, também, uma introdução ao pensamento do filósofo -em suas interfaces com a educação. Com este intento, debate a problemática da Epistemologia e da Pedagogia, a partir do conceito de episteme que Foucault desenvolve em As palavras e as coisas; a analítica foucaultiana do poder e suas implicações nas relações pedagógicas; as relações saber-poder no terreno educacional; e deixa em suspenso, na conclusão, a produção de Foucault em torno da ética do "cuidado de si", que traria importantes elementos para se (re)pensar a educação.

Neste artigo e explicado o metodo de escrever uma “historia do presente”, de Michel Foucault, junto com seus objetivos criticos e suas diferencas quanto a historiografia convencional. Tambem e discutida a mudanca de Foucault de um estilo de pesquisa e analise historicas concebido como “arqueologia” para um estilo entendido como “genealogia”, demonstrando-se como a historia do presente implementa a investigacao genealogica e a revelacao de conflitos e contextos encobertos como um meio de reavaliar o valor de fenomenos contemporâneos. O artigo destaca as observacoes criticas de fenomenos atuais a partir dos quais comeca uma historia do presente, prestando particular atencao ao conceito de “dispositivo” de Foucault e seu metodo de problematizacao. Политичка моћ је способност појединаца, групе или институције да ствара промене унутар политичке заједнице и утиче на одлуке у оквиру политичког система. То је темељан концепт који нам омогућава да разумемо политичке процесе и начин како се доносе политичке одлуке и обликују правила и норме управљања друштвом. Аутор разматра различите теоријске приступе политичкој моћи и њено испољавање кроз институције власти при чему се тежишно и селективно опредељује за концептуални оквир који нуди Мишел Фуко(Michel Foucault) за проучавање политичке моћи у Србији. Рад је конципиран на начин да се након увода и излагања различитих теоријских приступа феномену моћи идентификују основни елементи аналитичког приступа. При томе се критички односи према сазнајним могућностима наведеног концепта и предмету анализе, политичке моћу у Србији. У раду су коришћене аналитичка, синтетичка метода, метода апстраховања и дедукције. Закључено је да је политичка моћ у Србији концентрисана у врху власти и у оквиру лидерске позиције, а да су дисперзија и изграђени дискурси политичке моћи у функцији одржања те позиције.

Resumo: O propósito que anima este estudo é o de desenvolver análises e construir argumentos, focalizando a "imagem de homem" como tema filosófico do processo reflexivo de formação docente continuada. A metodologia utilizada na formulação dos argumentos foi recorrente ao ensaio, com um encadeamento articulado de análises sustentadas por aportes cuja delimitação temática e teórica é justificada no artigo. Nas considerações finais, reforçamse os argumentos sobre a importância da continuidade e aprofundamento da formação docente, ressaltando-se, em seus estudos e reflexões, os subsídios do campo temático da filosofia da educação, e nele, a consideração a questões instigantes referidas à imagem de homem que possa, de modo pouco visibilizado e refletido, estar subjacente ao escopo das práticas educativas dos professores. Propõe-se, então, que se considerem, nos critérios orientadores das práticas, referências críticas e contextualizadas, que se encontram na dinâmica da ação-reflexão-ação, própria dos encontros de formação na escola. This paper challenges the argument of the middle-class regime as the embodiment of the mixed regime and is presented as the best regime in practice, or the best regime in most cities. Instead of an account of the best practical regime, that is, of a specific regime form, Aristotle gives one an account on how regimes can achieve moderation and harmony-that is stability through ensuring the role of the meso, the middle, which is between the wealthy and the poor. Aristotle, in his account of this middle and its superiority to either the wealthy and the poor, we navigate through the meaning of what the middle element truly is. So, instead of an account of a specific regime type, we get an account of what moderates and stabilizes regimes generally.

Resumo : O artigo trata da analítica do poder em Michel Foucault como tema de investigação filosófica. Tematiza a concepção de poder disciplinar a partir das práticas sociais e jurídicas, apontando para a relação entre poder e saber. Aborda os principais aspectos do poder disciplinar. Enfatiza a disciplina como forma do poder disciplinar para controlar e fazer funcionar a sociedade. Avalia as modalidades do poder e a sua mudança da época clássica para a modernidade. Mostra os deslocamentos e as técnicas do poder no século XVII e XVIII. Apresenta a passagem do exercício do poder sobre o corpo do indivíduo, para o corpo espécie. Trata do controle social da Sociedade Disciplinar. Apresenta o Panóptico no qual a relação de poder é de sujeição constante do indivíduo e demonstra que o panoptismo constitui-se um poder produtor de um saber que regula a vida dos indivíduos.
