Healthcare has spent decades digitizing paperwork. Now it's time to redesign the patient experience. Guillaume de Zwirek, CEO & Co-Founder of Artera, shares how agentic AI is transforming patient engagement across healthcare. Some of the biggest takeaways: ✅ Why healthcare's biggest problem isn't technology. It's friction. ✅ Why AI is much more than adding a chatbot to existing workflows. ✅ How organizations can automate scheduling, referrals, billing, and patient communications while keeping humans focused on higher-value work. ✅ Why security, governance, and trust must come before AI innovation. The conversation also explores what it really means to become an AI-native organization and why healthcare leaders need to rethink processes, teams, and technology together. 🎧 If you're leading AI, digital transformation, patient engagement, or healthcare operations, this episode is well worth the listen: https://lnkd.in/eJZ8AHcx

We'll discuss: • What successful integration into Epic and clinical workflows actually looks like. • Which operational, technical, and organizational factors drive long-term adoption. • Lessons from technologies that have successfully scaled across provider environments. If we're serious about transforming healthcare, we need to move beyond connectivity and focus on technologies that become part of how care is delivered every day. 👉 Join the conversation. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/e4_WN3wX #DigitalHealth #Interoperability #HealthcareInnovation #ClinicalWorkflows #HealthIT

How Physicians Can Break Into Health Innovation & Tech, with Dr. Aaron Reinke & Jody Tropeano Greene In today’s episode of Inside the Doctor’s Lounge, Nisha Mehta, MD is joined by Aaron Reinke, MD, family physician, health tech advisor, and physician innovator, and Jody Tropeano Greene, Head of Content at HLTH Inc. "𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱." They're probably right. And it matters far less than you think. Because in healthcare, building was never the rate-limiting step. Clearance was. Trust was. The software was the easy 5 percent; the permission was the other 95, and the permission is what took the years. A new analysis from HLTH's Padraic Hughes argues that cheap code doesn't drain the moat. It moves the moat to whatever the code still has to get past: the clearance, the reimbursement code, the licence, the legal standing to be answerable when the model is wrong. The uncomfortable part: your most durable moat is the one you don't own. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. #DigitalHealth #HealthcareInnovation #HealthPolicy #HLTH
