This paper examines the correlation between Climate Policy Uncertainty and the performance of the stock market in India, which is measured using the NIFTY50 index, over the period from 2005 to 2025. The methodology used includes the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, Johansen cointegration test, Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), Impulse Response Function (IRF), and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD). Findings show that both the variables are of order one integration and have a long-run equilibrium relation. The findings of VECM prove that Climate Policy Uncertainty exerts a significant influence on stock market performance in the short term. Further, based on impulse response, shocks from Climate Policy Uncertainty negatively affect the stock market initially, but the influence reduces over time. From variance decomposition, it can be observed that both the variables are mostly dependent on their own innovations; however, there is also a minor impact of Climate Policy Uncertainty on the stock market performance variable.

This paper presents the design and analysis of a Silicon Carbide (SiC) [2]based back-to-back converter application in for integrating the solar power with a standard 230V AC, 50Hz grid. SiC devices offer superior switching performance, reduced losses, and high thermal stability compared to conventional silicon-based devices. The proposed system consists of a DC-DC [3] boost converter and a grid-tied inverter configured in a back-to-back topology. The system ensures maximum power extraction, improved efficiency, and stable synchronization with the grid. Various simulation and theoretical analysis demonstrate enhanced performance in terms of efficiency, power quality, and reduced harmonic distortion etc.

This paper presents a comprehensive literature review examining the conceptual foundations, the oretical models, and empirical evidence linking EI with leadership outcomes and organisational success. Rooted in the seminal work of Salovey and Mayer (1990), EI is conceptualised as the ability to perceive, understand, regulate, and utilise emotions effectively in oneself and others. Subsequent frameworks, particularly Goleman's competency-based model, have extended EI into leadership domains, emphasising self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The review synthesises findings from prior studies demonstrating that emotionally intelligent leaders foster positive work climates, enhance employee engagement, improve decision-making, and drive organisational performance. Furthermore, EI is closely associated with transformational leadership, conflict management, team cohesion, and employee satisfaction. However, the literature also highlights ongoing debates regarding measurement validity and conceptual clarity. Despite these criticisms, EI remains a valuable construct for understanding leadership behaviour and organisational effectiveness. The study concludes that integrating EI into leadership development programmes can significantly enhance organisational outcomes and suggests directions for future research in diverse organisational contexts.

The main drawbacks of conventional voting methods, including voter impersonation, duplicate voting, human counting problems, and a lack of realtime transparency, are addressed by this initiative. A comprehensive end-to-end voting solution with multi-layered security is implemented by the suggested system. Through a two-step fingerprint

Among various digital platforms, WhatsApp has emerged as a highly accessible and cost-effective marketing tool for local retailers due to its widespread smartphone penetration, ease of use, and real-time customer interaction capabilities. In the contemporary retail environment, maintaining strong customer relationships has become essential for business sustainability and competitive advantage, particularly for retailers operating in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities such as Villupuram and Puducherry. The present pilot study examines the role of WhatsApp marketing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) among local retailers. The study aims to understand how WhatsApp-based communication influences customer engagement, personalized interaction, service responsiveness, promotional effectiveness, and customer retention. The research further evaluates the extent to which WhatsApp marketing contributes to strengthening retailercustomer relationships in the local retail sector. The study adopts a quantitative research approach using descriptive research design. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to local retailers operating in sectors such as grocery, textiles, sports goods, electronics, and general retail stores in Villupuram and

This research explores the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in optimizing project scheduling and resource allocation within the civil engineering domain. The proposed AI-driven system leverages machine learning algorithms to analyze project timelines, predict delays, and dynamically allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment. By integrating historical data and real-time inputs, the system ensures adaptive and cost-effective solutions to common project management challenges, such as resource shortages and scheduling conflicts. The study demonstrates the potential of AI in reducing project completion times, enhancing resource utilization, and minimizing costs. Through case studies and simulation models, the effectiveness of the system is validated, highlighting its significance in advancing construction project efficiency and sustainability. In civil engineering, traditional project management approaches often struggle with the uncertainties and dynamic nature of large-scale projects. The proposed AIenhanced system addresses these limitations by employing predictive analytics and optimization algorithms to foresee potential bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions. The system integrates techniques such as neural networks for forecasting and genetic algorithms for optimal resource distribution, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient utilization of resources. Additionally, the incorporation of AI-driven decision-making supports real-time adjustments to project schedules, accommodating unexpected changes in project scope, weather conditions, or resource availability. This innovative approach not only improves project delivery timelines but also contributes to sustainable construction practices by reducing waste and maximizing resource efficiency. The research underscores the transformative role of AI in redefining project management standards in the civil engineering industry.

This study investigates the impact of AR-enabled product visualization on impulse buying behavior through a comprehensive secondary data analysis of existing empirical studies, industry reports, and scholarly literature. By synthesizing prior research grounded in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-OR) framework, the paper examines how immersive visualization, interactivity, and perceived realism influence consumers' cognitive and emotional responses. The analysis reveals that AR technology enhances product vividness, reduces perceived risk, and fosters a sense of virtual ownership, which collectively stimulate spontaneous purchase decisions. Furthermore, emotional engagement and perceived enjoyment consistently emerge as mediating factors between AR experiences and impulse buying tendencies. The findings highlight AR's strategic role in increasing consumer engagement and conversion rates in competitive e-commerce environments. By consolidating fragmented insights from prior studies, this research provides a structured understanding of AR's influence on unplanned purchasing behavior and offers practical implications for retailers seeking to leverage immersive technologies to drive consumer impulsivity in digital marketplaces.

In developing countries like India, rapid urbanization, population growth, and changing consumption, patterns have led to a substantial increase in waste generation, thereby placing immense financial pressure on municipal authorities. This study presents a cost-based analysis of SWM practices in Nashik city by integrating Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) with economic evaluation. The research examines various stages of waste management, including collection, segregation, transp, processing, and disposal, with a focus on identifying cost inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization. The findings indicate that improper waste handling leads to increased operational costs, environmental degradation, and public health expenditures. Additionally, limited budget allocation and reliance on traditional methods reduce the overall efficiency of the system. The study highlights the importance of adopting cost-effective and sustainable strategies, such as waste segregation at source, composting, recycling, and waste-to-energy technologies. The integration of Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) with LCA and EIA provides a comprehensive framework for evaluating both direct and indirect costs, enabling better decision-making. The results suggest that improved planning, technological intervention, and
