We're growing fast and looking for sharp, hungry, motivated individuals to join our Energy Solutions team. This is a delivery-focused role (180 desk) - you'll be working existing client vacancies rather than chasing new business, with a heavy focus on candidate sourcing and cold outreach. What is the job?

• Own candidate sourcing, cold outreach, qualification, and closing for live vacancies across our energy and infrastructure clients
• Manage the end-to-end delivery process for multiple live roles, from brief to placement
• Build and maintain a strong, active talent pipeline through proactive, consistent candidate outreach
• Develop deep market knowledge across renewables, power, grid, and broader infrastructure to become a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers
• Work closely with your team and leadership to hit delivery targets and turn briefs around at pace
