Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Cobalt, you'll build your own specialist market, generate NFI through expert candidate and client management, and play an important role in the continued growth of our NYC team.

You'll have the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, establish yourself as a trusted market specialist, and make a real impact within a collaborative, ambitious business

• Become a true specialist within your market and generate personal NFI through expert candidate management
• Develop a strong understanding of Cobalt's wider service offering and confidently identify opportunities to cross-sell across the business
• Understand and contribute to the team's business plan and growth
• Build lasting relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional service while maximising opportunities across Cobalt's wider teams and locations
• Take advantage of ongoing training and development to continuously grow your recruitment and market expertise
• Identify and win new business, agreeing commercially viable terms with new clients
