As the industry gathers at #Cannes next week, we're particularly excited about conversations with partners like Untapped Growth who are fundamentally reimagining how agencies buy, plan, and grow. In our latest Executive Dialogues video, PubMatic's Rajeev Goel and Untapped Growth's Ryan Ricci on what changes when agentic buying moves from automation to simplification: agencies consolidating from 15+ partners down to 4, reclaiming time from tactical work to drive strategic growth, and compressing the value chain. The future of the agency isn't faster media buying. It's strategic partnership. Watch here: https://lnkd.in/eGxF28RN #Advertising #AdTech #Programmatic #CannesLions

Most founders think GTM starts with the launch. By the time you are announcing anything, the actual go-to-market work already happened, or it already failed. Launch day is not the beginning. It is the reveal of a decision made months earlier. The decision is this: who exactly is this for, what do they currently do instead of buying from you, and why would they switch. If you cannot answer that in one sentence before you launch, no amount of launch-day energy fixes it. I have watched founders spend six figures on a launch event for a product nobody had validated demand for. I have also watched a founder validate demand with fifteen phone calls and a landing page, then launch quietly to a waitlist that converted at a rate most companies would kill for. The event is not the strategy. The event is what happens after the strategy already worked. If your GTM plan is mostly about the launch date, you do not have a GTM plan yet. You have a party. #GTM_Gyan #GTMStrategy #B2BMarketing #FounderLife

I've had about 30 founder conversations in the last 2 weeks one theme I hear frequently: "we need to rebuild" not pivot, not reposition, but fundamentally rebuild the product (and) company AI is impacting many product categories adjacent players are suddenly in your market and the playbook that worked for the last 5 years is breaking in product development (speeding up dramatically) in marketing (many marketers struggle to generate leads) in sales (longer sales cycles, objections you've never heard before) etc. but here's what nobody talks about: 👉 the moment you have to say it out loud to your co-founder to your leadership team to your board to your investors "what we have isn't going to work anymore and here's what I think we should do" that takes guts and almost nobody shares how that actually goes SO... I'm looking for one founder who's willing to do exactly that on stage at SaaS Summit Benelux on September 23rd in Amsterdam Someone who's been through the rebuild conversation, or is in it right now we want real experience, not advice from the sidelines this is not a paid slot and nope, you can't sponsor your way in I want an authentic founder story if you've had that conversation and you're willing to share it, please DM me 🤛

Here's what everyone missed at Cannes: talent agencies (UTA’s Creators division) aren’t just brokering brand deals — they’re building full-stack businesses for creators: products, retail, events, P&Ls, equity. That changes monetization: creator partnerships are now product partnerships that demand engineering, ops, and GTM ownership — not just a marketing brief. Practical next moves for founders & operators: - Treat creator partners like co‑products: instrument content → attribution → revenue in your data stack. Use a consistent context layer across platforms (see Model Context Protocol: https://lnkd.in/dBssmp6V). - Automate rights, provenance, and takedown workflows with agent-run playbooks; bake in model/output security and policy checks (start with LLM app security guidance: https://lnkd.in/dTB3bscf). - Build revenue ops to support hybrid launches (content → IRL → product), and model commissions vs. equity in your CRM and contract workflows. Operator takeaway: stop buying creator attention — instrument, automate, and co‑build with them as product partners so monetization survives platform change.

Most founders chase more leads when the real problem is simpler. They are talking to the WRONG people. Reach without relevance is just noise. A clear GTM strategy does not just open doors. It makes sure you are knocking on the right ones. Here is what a solid GTM strategy actually does for your pipeline. 👇 If you're expanding into new markets or refining your GTM approach and want to talk it through, feel free to send me a message. #GTMStrategy #ForeignDirectInvestment #FinancialServices #SiteSelection #EconomicDevelopment
