So excited about this upcoming event on 5th May at the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) office. If you have any pain points around retention and how to keep your people engaged, invested and performing at the highest level, come and talk to us and others in industry about how to measure “employee attachment” in your new employees’ first 90 days with your organisation. The insights we will share will help; · Mitigate the risks of early employee attrition; · Achieve a faster ROI through discretionary effort and performance; · Accelerate the time it takes for new employees to reach minimum levels of competence and profit contribution/ROI; · Make informed decisions about matters relating to talent retention strategy; and · Protect the time and expense incurred during the recruitment/training process. With the average cost of on-boarding a new employee at $100K, strong attachment is the greatest predictor of future performance, discretionary effort and talent retention. Following a couple of advisory sessions with Clients this month regarding attraction and retention strategies, I felt it a good time to share some thoughts. We are known best for our expertise in securing mid to senior level talent across Europe and the US in HEOR and Access, but we also act as an advisory on specific elements around process, benchmarking and market insights. I was asked to present at the World Evidence, Pricing and Access Congress a few years ago on Talent Attraction and Retention strategies to a group of Pharma and Consulting Leaders, and over the next few weeks will share the insights that I presented in those sessions. For any questions, further advice and insights, reach out to cliff.cox@evisci.com #marketaccess #healtheconomics #heor #RWE #COA
