If you want recruiters, clients, and industry leaders to notice you, here are 5 daily LinkedIn habits that will change your career: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 (𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 > 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) 📍Instead of mindlessly scrolling, drop insightful comments on 5 industry-relevant posts daily. 📍Not “Great post!” but actual value. 📍Why? Comments are more powerful than posts—they push you into new networks without an algorithmic struggle. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀) Send 2 meaningful connection requests daily—but personalize them. Example: ❌ “Hi, I’d like to add you to my network.” ✅ “Hey [Name], loved your take on [Topic]—would love to stay connected and exchange insights.” The difference? One is forgettable, the other builds relationships. 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝘅 𝗮 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 (𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝘆) 📍Your career lessons. 📍A challenge you faced and solved. 📍An industry trend and your take on it. 📍No need for perfection—people connect with authenticity. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗠𝘀 (𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗡𝗼 “𝗛𝗶, 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗜 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻?”) Instead of cold messages asking for a job, start conversations. Example DM to a recruiter: “Hey [Name], I saw your company is growing in [Industry]. I’ve been working in this space and would love to share insights. Open to a quick chat?” Notice the shift? You’re offering value, not just asking for favors. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂 If someone interacts with your post or profile multiple times, that’s a signal. Don’t let it go to waste—reach out, start a conversation. 💡 Small habits → Big results. Most people use LinkedIn as a job board. The smart ones use it as a networking machine. #CareerGrowth #LinkedInTips #Networking

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of trying to “do more.” I’d pack my day with tasks, thinking the more I got done, the better. But eventually, I realised productivity isn’t about racing through checklists or squeezing out every second. It’s about impact, focus, and - surprisingly - sometimes even doing nothing at all. Here are 3 mindset shifts that have transformed how I approach productivity.👇 1️⃣ Effectiveness > Efficiency Just because you’re moving doesn’t mean you’re going in the right direction. Busy ≠ productive. These days, I’m focused on effectiveness - doing the right things, not just doing things right. It’s about aligning my work with my goals and prioritising impact over speed. Next time you’re working through a to-do list, ask yourself: What will make the biggest difference? 2️⃣ Quality > Quantity Trying to juggle eight different tasks sounds productive, but often it’s a shortcut to burnout. I’ve found that picking just one or two high-impact tasks usually leads to far better results than spreading myself thin. Focus on the 20% of your work that drives 80% of your results. The power of productivity lies in choosing impact over quantity. 3️⃣ Wholehearted Nothing > Half-hearted Something This one took me the longest to understand. Sometimes, the best way to be productive is to do... absolutely nothing. Sounds counterintuitive, right? The reality is, not every minute has to be filled. Choosing what not to do can be just as powerful as deciding what to tackle. Taking intentional breaks or even letting yourself rest completely can be the key to showing up fully when it matters most. Next time you’re caught in the “do more” trap, remember: true productivity isn’t about doing more, it’s about making every action meaningful.

Most professionals wait until they need a job to start networking. But by then, it feels forced, rushed, and honestly… a little desperate. Here’s the truth: Networking is not about asking for favors. It’s about building genuine relationships before you need them. If you’re trying to shift roles, grow into leadership, or feel stuck where you are, start here: 1. Connect with intention. Reach out to people in roles, industries, or companies that interest you. Not to ask for a job, but to understand how they got there. 2. Make it easy for them to respond. Send a short, clear message. Let them know why you admire their path and ask for 10–15 minutes to learn from their experience. 3. Lead with curiosity, not need. The best conversations happen when you’re genuinely interested—not just looking for an opening. 4. Stay in touch. A thank-you note, an article they might like, a quick update on your progress—relationships grow through consistency, not one-offs. 5. Give before you ask. Share insights, offer help, or simply support their work. Thoughtful connection builds long-term trust. Networking isn’t about being extroverted or strategic all the time. It’s about being present. Showing up. And remembering that people open doors for those they remember for the right reasons. If you’re waiting for the perfect time to start, this is it.

If you can find 20 minutes a day, you can build a pipeline that never runs dry. Most people overthink LinkedIn... They treat it like a full-time job instead of a business growth habit. But the top performers? They don’t spend all day here — they just spend their time intentionally. Here’s a 20-minute daily rhythm that keeps you visible, builds trust, and fills your pipeline 👇 🕐 𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 — 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 Reply to comments. Answer DMs. It’s faster to deepen warm relationships than start cold ones. Visibility compounds when people remember your name. 💬 𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 — 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝟯-𝟱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Comment where your ideal audience and peers are active. Skip “great post” — share why it matters or what you’d add. That’s how you go from being seen to being remembered. 📩 𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 — 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮-𝟯 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 Send 2-3 thoughtful message a day. Congratulate, follow up, or share something genuinely useful. No pitch. No pressure. Just presence. 📊 𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀 — 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 Check who viewed your profile, engaged with your content, or fits your target client. Do this 5 days a week and you’ll: ✔️ Build daily visibility ✔️ Stay top of mind with buyers ✔️ Turn connections into conversations (without spam or burnout) You don’t need more time on LinkedIn. You just need to use your 20 minutes with purpose. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸?👇

People make a big deal out of 'getting ready for the day.  But honestly, it doesn't have to be a morning marathon. Every morning, without fail, I dedicate 10 minutes to setting up my day.  This routine has been my anchor for over 10 years, transforming what used to be an hour-long chore into a quick, impactful ritual. Here's my stripped-down process: - First, I glance at my automated reminders I built over the years. They keep me aware of my must-dos. - Next, I review my calendar, pinpointing meetings and scribbling down key points for each. This ensures I'm never caught off guard. - Finally, I jot down three critical tasks outside my scheduled events. These are my non-negotiables for the day, ensuring I focus on what truly matters. Over a decade into this practice, it's become second nature. I step out the door, not just prepared but energized, ready to take on whatever the day throws at me.  It's not about filling every minute of your day; it's about prioritizing smartly to tackle it with confidence. Remember, the key to a productive day starts with a clear, calm mind. Keep it simple, and watch your days transform.

Networking is not an event. It is abhyas. Daily, gentle, compounding. Indian research has been saying this for years. Banerjee, Chandrasekhar, Duflo and Jackson showed how communication centrality moves people to act. Meet beyond your usual circle and ideas travel faster. Tarun Khanna and Krishna Palepu remind us that success in emerging markets comes from navigating institutional voids. When systems are imperfect, sambandh becomes strategy. Anil K Gupta’s Honey Bee Network reveals the power of “knowledge-rich, economically poor” communities. New wisdom often lives outside elite rooms and spreads through local ties. Nimmi Rangaswamy and Ed Cutrell document how small entrepreneurs use digital networks to survive uncertainty. Everyday parichay builds resilience and fresh information flows. Make it a habit. One new person today. Two real questions from curiosity. Three lines of gratitude by evening. Offer help before you ask. Keep a simple log of what you learned and who you helped. Ek naya sambandh aaj. The rest will follow. #NetworkingHabit #Curiosity #Leadership #IndiaResearch #CareerGrowth

It’s a common misconception that productivity stems purely from the right tools or systems. In my experience as a leadership coach, I’ve seen that true productivity starts with something much more personal: mindset, choices, and habits. The Real Source of Productivity Productivity starts from the inside out. It’s about the decisions you make daily, the habits you cultivate, and the mindset with which you approach your tasks. For instance, a mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and efficiency can transform the way you manage your day, regardless of the tools you use. Turning Activities into Habits The journey from doing productive activities to establishing productive habits can be transformative. Let’s break it down: 1. Prioritise Continuously: Each morning, take a few minutes to decide what the most important tasks of the day are. This simple decision-making process helps set a clear direction, focusing your energy on what truly matters. 2. Establish Routines: Routines reduce decision fatigue. Whether it’s a morning ritual that prepares you mentally for the day or a set time for checking emails, routines can free up mental space for more complex decision-making. 3. Reflect Regularly: Reflection isn’t just about contemplating what you’ve done. It’s an active evaluation of what’s working and what isn’t, allowing you to refine your approach continually. How will you shift your focus internally to boost your productivity today? #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #productivity #growth #mindset #coaching

Over the years, I’ve completely redefined what productivity means to me. It’s no longer about ticking off tasks or squeezing more into my calendar. It’s about protecting my energy, staying in alignment, and doing what truly matters—with presence, ease, and joy. Here are 5 mindset shifts that changed how I work, live, and feel: 1. From “move fast” → to “move with clarity” I’ve learned the hard way—speed means nothing without direction. You can be busy all day and still feel stuck. Now I pause to ask: Is this aligned with where I want to go? That clarity saves me hours of wasted effort. 2. From “hold it all in my head” → to “put it on paper” Mental clutter drains energy. That’s why I use lists—for my year, my month, my day. They don’t just help me stay organized—they help me stay light, focused, and fully present in the moment. 3. From “always available” → to “protect my prime energy” Mornings are my most sacred time. That’s when my energy is at its peak—when I feel most creative and connected. I’ve stopped giving away those golden hours to meetings or distractions. That small boundary has been a powerful shift. 4. From “prove yourself” → to “nourish your environment” I no longer try to prove my worth in spaces that don’t value me. I now choose people and environments that recharge me—where ambition, kindness, and growth coexist. Because energy is contagious, and who you surround yourself with matters. 5. From “push through” → to “pause and replenish” Rest used to feel like weakness—now it feels like wisdom. And not just sleep—I'm talking about emotional, mental, and creative rest. When I started honoring rest as a way to refuel my energy, everything shifted. I became more grounded, more focused, and more me. ✨ Productivity is no longer about cramming more into my day. It’s about creating space—for what fuels me, fulfills me, and moves me forward without burning me out. Which of these shifts speaks to where you are right now? #mindsetmatters #mindsetiseverything #mindsetcoaching #productivity #growthmindset
